I have taken a membership but none of the services has been given till now.

This company is the biggest fraud company and they take their room for making membership. Once customer paid amount after that they never keep their promise.

At the time of membership they tell you, you will get a 4star accommodation all over the world. When you make a real booking, for sure you will be surprised with cheap hotel.

Their customer support is very worst. Quickly they will close the company and they will prove they are fraud.

Please help me for refund my money.

I have enrolled package for 5 years by paying rs.90, 000 in likizo service pvt ltd (Cbd belapur, navi mumbai main office). They didn't provide any services to me and also not. No one picking up call while booking any travel packages.
They are fraud people, please help me to refund my money.

We have to do police complaints against such fraud people. Please do contact me on [protected]. We will go in group to complaint against likizo services at belapur police station.

I had taken membership from them in july 2018 paying 1, 60, 000.
They had promised 10 years of holidays (6 days, 7 nights per year).

But now when i mailed them fro booking a holiday there was no reply from them.
Also the customer care numbers mentioned on their site are not reachable.
Please help to get back the money as they are not trustworthy.

I am a member of likizo three month services, bearing membership for which i had paid rs 15‚000 for purchasing this service.
After discussion we are cancelled membership, likizo provide fraud cheque to me. Cheque is bouce due in-sufficient fund in likizo company account. I would like to cancel my membership with you.
Now, i have been trying calling your belapur office, however there is no response on telephone no. And email as well. I am visit to belapur location.
No office present on same location.
They didn't provide me refund too. They just gave me 15000 rupees as interest settlement against my total interest..
In this regard, therefore, i request you to refund my money paid to you while taking the membership...

Have enrolled package for 5 years by paying rs 1lakh in likizo service pvt ltd (Belapur, main office in pune baner). Initially i have been told that it will be in form of emis but they have swiped total 1lakh amount.
At the time of booking for the tour package, when tried to contact no body is responding and when reached to the belapur office found that they have windup the office and ran away

When i have taken this membership i have been told that you will get all the facilities except international holidays since i have paid rs 50000/- for three years but i came to know that in rs 50000/- you will not get for three years even for domestic holidays and not all the facility, if you pay rs 46000/- more then you will get international holidays for 3 years along with domestic holidays. I have been told that in rs 50000/- you will get below facilities :

1. 3 years domestic holidays (6 nights/7 days domestic holiday per year i. E. Total 21 days)
2. Club membership.
3. Spa facility.
4. Sona facility.
5. Summer camp.- pick up and drop facility.
6. Zoomba class.
7. Beauty parlor facility voucher
8. Gym facility anywhere in pune.
9. All the events held in pune.
10. Birthday and anniversary offers
11. Rs 50000/- is converted as 0% interest and 0% processing fees for 3 years.
12. 3 times banquet hall in a year and 9 times in 3 years.

Except international holidays if any of the above facility is not given to us as promised, please cancel my membership with immediate effect. I am happy to cancel my membership. As discussed in person i will be waiting your response by tuesday end of the day and on wednesday i. Now, i have been trying calling your belapur office, however there is no response on telephone no. And email as well. I had planned a visit, however could not execute the same due to non response from your side.
In this regard, i would like to cancel my membership with you. Therefore, i request you to refund my money paid to you while taking the membership.

With reference to membership lsm1004. We got a mail for hotel booking for the month of may for goa.. But still we haven't received any confirmation for the same.. When contacted the hotel even they don't have any bookings under my name. When went to their office, it is locked. Their numbers are also switched off.. Kindly see to this matter n send us our hotel bookings

I have paid 1, 45, 000 in the month of november 30 2018. It was supposed to be a normal emi but they have take a smart payment and the whole payment is taken. When i tried to contact them non of their number were reachable and also they have ran away from then office. And also my money is gone. I also have the receipts and agreement papers along with their contact cards.

We had paid 37500 and now there phones r switch off.. What to do.. Plz help.. We have paid through cash.. But as now there all phone numbers r switch off we r unable to contact them.. I recieved a call from them for gifts, they sold me membership for 1.25 lakhs. No benefits provided. Also, they said zero cost emi, which is not done till date for 1.5 years now. I am continuously asking for cancellation of membership, no refund provided till date. I have email proofs, my credit card was charged for all 1.25 lakhs and they never converted to emi too.

I visited their belapur office for cancellation, they assured cancellation however never did.
They didn't provide me refund too. They just gave me 10000 rupees as interest settlement against my total interest if 38000. I am really into huge trouble. Their customer care is not reachable now, no email response etc. Please help.

Get the service as per their promise. Since last 6 months i have not received emi interest, didn't receive my money which i spend in my holiday trip which need to be provided by this company, no gym membership yet
I have given rs. 1, 35, 000/- to them for 5 year service but really fed up. All the people are abusing during conversation and making false promise every time.
No proper reply on my mails and never pick my calls.

I received a call from likizo services pvt ltd stating that i have won a lucky draw and will be eligible for 3 free gifts and that i need to be there either with my spouse. It also mentioned that i need to attend a compulsory session of 60 minutes on 12th june, 2018. After receiving the message when the person was contacted, i was informed that the session will be pertaining to information about the free gifts but instead they gave us a upsale. They explained us about the hospitality and clubbing services they have. Once we calculated the per trip amount, it was same as the amount we would have invested and asked the point in joining their services. They confirmed us that they have tie ups with all 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and that 3 star is mentioned in their document as they will be providing accommodation in cities which might not have 4 and 5 star hotels and hence mentioned 3 to 5 star in document. Hotels like fourpoint, grant hayyat, sentosa, taj, marriot etc. Were part of their list. They assured us that we will be provided with 4 and 5 star hotel options only if cities/countries have them.

There were list of attractions offered with the package. Which included 3 years of gym membership – they said they have tie-ups with all major gym chains. They also mentioned about summer camp for kids, dinner at an event once in 2 months, three times a year hall of our choice for small functions where food will be our cost rest everything including decoration will be paid by likizo. Private dinner and party for occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and new year parties to be paid by lkizo. They also promised big basket vouchers every month for 1 year.

Likizo also confirmed they will be helping us with forex services and and also visa services. Though visa is not part of their service but they can arrange someone for us for visa. We were also offered pick up and drop and a guide who will also be the cab driver as part of our package with minimal travelling fare.
They charged us with rs. 81, 000 for the package and onetime fee of rs. 2025. They confirmed that rs. 81, 000 chargeable from us will include all taxes including gst, service tax etc. Likizo also confirmed that the entire amount will be converted into 36 month emi on 0% interest. Although the bank would charge the interest, but that would be payed by likizo. They also confirmed that onetime fee would be reimbursed along with the interest.

They also assured a full refund if the services offered were not upto mark. Upon questioning about hotel availability and quality, they assured that we just need to pick a location and date and that they will arrange hotel options for us. 7, 50, 000 4 to 5 star hotels have tie ups with likizo with complimentary breakfast in all hotels and around 75% with complimentary dinner as well along with breakfast. We were informed that all hotel bookings need to be sent 30 days prior for arrangements for domestic booking and 90 days prior for international booking.

After the agreement has been signed. These are the things that likizo services are backing out from now.

1. We never received the membership card, which was supposed to be courier on our registered address. Instead, we have only received a welcome mail, which had our membership number. On contacting them, i was told that the card processing would take time and it would reach to us shortly along with other vouchers, which they have promised at the time of agreement.
2. When we contacted them, for the refund of the interest that was charged by the bank, they agreed to pay rs.35, 433 (One time fee: 2025 and interest: 33408) over mail.

Later, they said that rs. 21, 000 would be waived off as a part of amc (Annual maintenance cost) for 3 years and only rs.14, 433 would be reimbursed and that too on 4 installments. After which on constant follow-ups only three installments were payed.

3. Later, when we tried to contact them for hotel bookings they were not responding to our mails and phone calls. Even the number which they have given on google is invalid.

Please help me getting my entire amount refund as this is a fraud company and does not offer services of any kind as explained in their session or mentioned in their contract.

I am Rachana, my brother has taken a package from likizo . Paid them 135000 plus taxes. But has now vanished. None of there numbers are working. They did not provide help in any manner. Had spoken to parvez Sayyad and Manoj pillai (supposed to owner of the company) but still didn't get refund. Please refund my money back on urgent basis. Plus they had promised various offers such as gym packages, flight ticket discounts etc..but none of it is been fulfilled. Whenever I call customer care no body recived the call.

I had taken the scheme in which they promised to provide stay in 5 star hotels and many other free services like gym and salon. I have mailed them many times, tried to call on all given numbers but all of them are either not reachable or switched off. I want my refund. They had also committed to give free movie tickets, after mailing them several times and also visiting their baner office they gave no response. We asked them to book hotel for us in any month, they started giving excuses that they are full in 3 4 months. They are totally fraud people. Every week people in their office change. This is a huge chain. People easily fall prey to their trap. They also ask you not to use your phones while meeting so that you can not google anything and they ask you to give your decision then and there itself. I just want my money back.

I have paid 145000rs for 5 years memberhip in likizo services from cbd belapur office. I tried to call them for booking but all phone nos are either switched or wrong nos. I called at their baner office pune, but i heared calll after some time message repeatedly. Then i searched on internet & saw many more like me.

We took membership from likizo belapur in oct 2017 with payment of[protected] cash + 40000 emi with a credit card). We have been promised by likizo for great services and free vouchers. We very time we tried to book hotel from them, they used to give us silly reasons for it. Now we are trying to contact them for using services on all contact number and emails available with us. But there is no response from their side.
So at this point, i felt they are not trust-able at all and hence i want my all money back. I need help on this matter.

This company forced us to come to belapur for promotion of their company, when reached belapur they took us to room where many other people were attending individually. They talked big about providing accomodation in 4-5 star hotel, subsidised ac car service along with free guide in and around india and internationally specially dubai/thailand/usa.
Apart from their regular 3 year contract, they agreed to give us one joining offer for 2 family - 3n/4 days in and around india.
They agreed to provide interest free emi as well. After lot of hesitation, and their insist to take membership, we agreed.
When we got membership document, most of the commitment is missing. They are not trustworthy. Even their phones are coming switched off. Not only that we are getting interest charged on emi from bank. We have already paid 4-5 emi. We want to stop paying emi and refund of our money alongwith interest paid.
We do not want membership, we have not used their services till date.
