We Manoranjan Purohit and Sangeeta Purohit had been to Likizo Services Private Limited Pune on their invitation to Banner office on 7th April 2018 .Sri Rakesh Singh Choudhury of Likizo Services explained me and my wife and promised us to recovery of Rs75000/- for 24 instalments by the ICICI bank. Then he got my credit card of ICICI bank swiped and paid Rs 75000/-to the account of Likizo services. But they never informed the bank for any instalments. Hence I contacted the bank they told maximum 12 emis with 13 percent interest with GST as applicable is getting recovered. HenceI sent mail several times to Likizo services and Rakesh Singh Choudhury in this regard. But they have not kept any promise. Even I sent mail to Likizo Services for booking hotels in Dubai in Dec 2018.for 5 days .Rakesh Singh Choudhury and Manoj Pillai response was hopeless. Finally I booked hotel of my own through Booking. Com. Since I booked flight ticket on their false promise I have to go to Dubai with my wife and son and had my own booked hotel. Again I sent mail in January 2019 for booking of hotels in Kerala from 9th March 2019 to 12 th March 2019 for only myself and my wife. But they have never replied my mail. since February 2019 I am trying on phone it is either switch off or busy. It is understood that this is a quite fraud company to cheat money from people. Hence I request the consumer complaints cell to kindly take up my case for refund of my Rs102985/- without further delay. I took the likizo membership from baner, pune office in july 2018 by paying full amount of 1, 50, 000/- for providing services for 10 years. Not receiving any services from them as promised during membership. Now customer care nos also not working from last 2-3 weeks.

Since they are lacing in providing committed services, i would like to cancel my membership & get the full refund.

I took the likizo membership 2018 march. They charged me[protected] credit card and 30000 debit card) as membership for 5 yrs. They provided me n my wife 1year gym membership as agreed. No other services were given. And this year they are saying they cannot provide gym services as they do not have funds. Now i am really frustrated n unsatisfied with their services n all i want is my money back. They don't answer calls and don't provide any proper service. They said that amount paid through credit card will be converted to loan with 0% interest. Later got. To know from bank that nothing of that sort has happened. So i had to convert credit card amount to loan and even paying the interest by my pocket. Then manoj (Customer manager) from likizo said that they will repay me the interest amount in 12 months. Only some amount i have managed to get back by fighting with them. Rest all is still pending from their end. This company has cheated me. Now refund me my money back. Now they have shut their office in baner, pune from where i had taken the membership.

Till now i didn't get any service from them and they won't pick the call most of the time as well.

It's totally fraud and want refund as i didn't get any service from this company till date.

This company is the biggest fraud company and they take their room for making membership. Once customer paid amount after that they never keep their promise.

As per executive's statement this membership will provide various services like
A) gym
B) rs. 1000 /- dmart voucher
C) 2 movie tickets
D) 2 dinner passes & event passes

But we have received only dinner service hardly for 2 months & as per promise they are not providing the interest amount which debited by the credit card.

At the time of signing contract they have given lots of promises but after half installment paid there is different view of this company. Starting from first inquiry it was headache for me to deal with likizo. All the time i was following up with team member & each and every inquiry i need to call customer care for sorting issue but they never call us & acknowledge also. So i need to cancel the contract because this company is not trusty nor they have satisfied customer query easily. I was very upset to deal with this company

At the time of membership they tell you, you will get a 4star accommodation all over the world. When you make a real booking, for sure you will be surprised with cheap hotel.

Their customer support is very worst. Quickly they will close the company and they will prove they are fraud.

I request you guys... Don't make any membership better deposit your amount in bank.

When i am trying to get in touch with them their all contact number are not reachable. Also i visited their baner office but as security said the office is closed from last one month.
I tried a lot to connect with likizo kindly help me to solve this.

Likizo services are big frauds,

They have taken full payment 1, 35, 000 rs /- for 35 days (5 weeks) for 5 years holiday packages (National + international),
After payment when i asked for my amsterdam (3 days) & swiss (4 days) booking from january 2019, but till date likizo service has not given me final booking, initially they have told me that booking for amsterdam and swiss was confirm, but when i ask them for final confirmation of hotel likizo people kept silent on same, after repeated calling, messaging, emailing i come to know that they have not at all booked my hotels for above trips,
Now i am facing big problem booking high cost hotels. From january likizo people are reply me that booking will be given asap, but till date their asap time has not arrived, if any one want to see how likizo people lie to customer, please contact me on "[protected]@yahoo.com" i have all proofs how likizo service fools its customers.

Every time new customer care will operate with you stating that they will resolve all your problems, but once you call that person again after some time either that person is on long vacation or leaves that company, till date i have contacted likizo's 10-12 customer cares, i think they have taken special training to how to tackle customers. All the numbers indicated on their official site are fake.

Please don't believe on likizo's fake promises, till date not a single promised was completed successfully.

At this point what i need is my hotel booking, which likizo service are trying to delay beyond my trip dates.

I request all the people that please don't buy any package from likizo services they are big frauds, they took your money and not at all provide any service.

We have taken a holiday package from likizo services. We have paid rs 62500/- at once. The compqny was said it will be nocost emi but we are paying bank interest with gst as we have paid it from credit card. Company fails to provide all the amenities what it promises. It is a totally fraud waist of money and time i want my money back. I have already register a complaint in consumer forum. Now i will move forward to some extreme stape and charge the company for wasting our time money and mental harassment.

M/s Likizo Services invited us to collect gifts at their belapur office. Later they gave us presentation to join their Travel and Club Membership. They told us many benefits like 1 weeks holiday/year in 4-5 star hotel, D-mart & Big Bazar gift vouchers worth Rs.30, 000/-, Gym or Swimming facility for members, buffet dinner and movie tickets once in every two month, banquet hall thrice in a year. All these facilities are for five years for total fees of Rs. 1, 28, 250/-. They told we had to pay Rs. 25, 000/- now and remaining amount in EMI as they have tie up with banks. They brainwashed us for three hours to take membership. I suspected these offers were too good to be true and seeing me not convinced, they told we had to pay only Rs. 10, 000/- now and remaining after using their Complimentary 2 Nights stay and 1st holiday service. As we can first try their service and had option to pay remaining amount later and that also into EMI, we paid Rs. 10, 000/- from debit card. But they defrauded me with total Rs.1, 13, 250/-.
M/s Likizo Services is fraud company promoted with the sole motive of making quick money by unethical and illegitimate means. The company has duped many innocent middle class family. It is nothing but daylight robbery in a very systematic manner to trap people. They don’t have any tie up. M/s Likizo services made these agreement by defrauding and cheating. Please return Rs.1, 13, 250/- earliest.

I have booked room in pride sun village, goa after making payment of amc for 22nd march 2019. I have been chasing likizo for last 12 days for confirmation. Every day i was told that i will get confirmation tomorrow. Today i am trying to call them but they are not picking my phone.

Ultimately, i called mr. Kapil dabhade, manager who replied that he will look into this and will revert. After waiting for 2 hours, i tried to call him to know the status, he also did not pick up phone. I have sent whats app message to which he didn't bother to reply.

I already have booked air tickets and even taxi from goa airport to the destination.

People from likizo have called me about some offer and i went to them and they explained me about their services but when they provided agreement to sign in which all the term and conditions is not there whatever they explained to me and i signed that agreement and paid 62500 rs but right now when i went through many sites found these people are fraud.

I am member of likizo services from last year as per their talk they are suppose to provide gym, summer camp, tradition event passes. Still today nothing is given by likizo. I always mail or call for gym but no responce. Now i want to cancel this service and want refund of money. But these people are refusing for refund.
All the vouchers they gave at time of agreement are also fraud no one work at all.in agreement i give from their staff in written as we din't get service form likizo it will refundable but now they are refusing for refund and telling new new reasons. If i call there staff always tells me that they talk with higher people and tell later but no response is getting.

As company asked me to pay 10, 000 rs as down payment and remaining amount (47000) will get deducted as emi from your account but they took all 57000) from my account (10, 000 from debit and 52500 from credit)

So at this point i felt they are not trust-able at all and hence i want my all money back.

Even after this they are saying that money is non refundable. And as per my knowledge there is no any term refundable as per gov circular.

Need your help to get my money back.

Please help us in refunding the 57000 which we have given to likizo as 10000 in down payment and 47000 from credit card..they told us they will convert the credit amount to EMI and they will provide the extra charges applied by bank for the conversion to us but they disappeared and nor responding..

i want the refund of that ..
they are saying its nonrefundable.. please return 57000 + the extra charges Of EMIs every month to us ..because you were the ones forced us to take your servies..and your services are the worst one.

but there is no such government rule of not giving our money back to us...

We are continuously calling them from 3 months... But there is no response and them have taken our lakhs of rupees.. We have not travelled onece even and they had promised 5 trips from their side... I dont want their low grade unresponsive services anymore... We had paid through credit card and they promised to pay us the the extra charges applied to us by the bank.. We have been waiting for 3 months to recieve this amount... We have not got any. We request you people to help us in cancelling the contracrt with likizo services as they are the worst services..

I took membership in likozo 8 months back. Six months they provided me with gym membership. From jan'19. They are not providing any service. I have emailed and called alomst more than 50 times but each time they saying some fund issue and service will start soon. Now the customer care not responding either email or phone. All the numbers which were provided to me for their manager and marketing persons are out of service. I had paid 80000 at one time. Seems invested in fraud company. Need my refund. They may charge 6 months gym service which comes to not more than 15000.

We were invited by likizo at amanora office in feb 2018 and in a closed room with l loud music sound convinced me to take the membership. Credit card was swapped for rs 81000/- and 15000/- paid thru debit card (Total 96000/-)
Committed so may facilities, but despite of regular follow only got gym membership for 2 to 3 months thru fitato. No services or facilities are provided as per commitment
Manoj pillai - manager customer care misbehaved with me over phone. Later on asked me to come to amanora office. We reached there on time, but there was no person available and notice of "office closed - shifted to baner" was mentioned
We visited baner office, but there was no responsible person available to answer and give any commitment
Now since last 7 to 8 months, regularly calling, sending mails, visiting their office asking for facilities but no response.
Now not picking up phone also and no response to mails
After going thru the news pune mirror 04 feb 2019, i got some hope to get my money back. Good initiative by the group
Request you to please include me in the team and guide me for further action for refund
