Likizo cheated us. Took all money and now not receving call. Number switch off and Even Belapur office closed.
Even no refund of EMI conversion charges.
They fulled many people by promising great service and hotling.
Even when we told them that we are going to lodge FIR in police station for such fraud they told to us do what you want. Seems they didn't bother anyone.
How government giving permission to such fraud company. And now people like us- from where we will get money back???
There are n number of people to whom likizo cheated. So concern government authorities have to take legal action against that.

During the proposal of membership on 2 october 2017, executive was proposed a holiday plan but due to my personal uncertainty about use of holiday plan, i have rejected his proposal and then he had proposed me below services as a part of membership for 2 years (24 months) in the cost of rs. 47500.

1) monthly dinner (Dinner said hotels by me or hotels suggested by likizo services)
2) monthly grocery voucher (Rs 1000 dmart voucher)
3) 5-6 yearly event passes
4) and addition 6 day and 7 night for yearly holiday within india.

Because it's dinner and grocery voucher certainly will be useful for me on monthly basis. So i have agreed and purchased this plan. Now these things are not properly served on monthly basis and asking time for this.

And after few months, they said that dmart has stopped the grocery voucher so they will do reimbursement in cash at my bank account with my agreement. But they never done it.

Likizo services is a fraud company, it has taken nearly 150000 of ours now now not receiving any calls, my consumer no is lsm 184, they fooled us under the name of tours n packages now now feed away, kindly make a refund of my money, going to file a fir against them, they promised of 5star hotels stay n did nothing, fraud company, during investing in likizo services, i was personally very impressed with the facilities told by the representatives. But when i called recently i was shocked as none of the contact was reachable, not even the customer care nos.. That time i cam e to know that this company is under enquiry and now its out of service.

I just request to give my money back as i am no longer willing to continue the membership with this firm.

As company asked me to pay 15, 000 rs as down payment and remaining amount (1, 10, 000) will get deducted as emi from my account but they took all 1, 25, 000 from my account (15, 000 from debit and 1, 10, 000 from credit)

So at this point i felt they are not trust-able at all as they are not responding and hence i want my all money back.

Even after this they are saying that money is non refundable. And as per my knowledge there is no any term refundable as per gov circular.

Need your help to get my money back.

Same problem. How to contact with that company they are not replying to my mails and not providing any working contact number. My membership no. Lsm-1860. I am going to lodge a complaint against this company. But before lodging fir, i want to consult here please guide me after reading reviews on google maps and justdial i am getting worried about my money too.

I am going to file complaint of cheating under section 415, 419 & 420 of ipc. All they have done is the false commit commitment false promises.
They are no stick to what they said or told. No concrete plan not transparent. I need refund of my 20k. I am following up to sort the issue and consider this as all i need is my refund soon.

Now i will not leave them they will have to pay consequences of cheating.

I took likizo membership in the month of sept. 18. First of all they have promised to convert credit card amonut of 110000/- into 48 months installment, which did not happen &also promised to pay interest amount for the credit card loan. They paid interest for first 3-4 months that to doing several calls/ follow ups. Also promised to provide 1000/- grocery coupons per month which i did not get for that also they are postponing things by giving silly excuses. I tried to book my vacation accommodation for kerala for which they are about to provide me booking confirmation from last one month which has not happened. So overall they are fooling me from last 2 months. There contact numbers are not reachable & also they are not replying to emails. I would like to file a complaint against them right away for cheating & fraud behaviour.

Hi am pratik naga patil, i have taken likizo services membership (Membership no. - lsm453) on my name.in december 2017, i have paid 15000 rupees by debit card and 90000 rupees by credit card on same day. Total 105000 rupees by debited and intrest of credit card not returned as per agreement. Now we planned holidays vaccation. We called many times to customer care, office no. But no one pickup the calls. All phones are switched off as well as offices in belapur and sanpada was closed.

Membership no - lspsh1032, i paid 50, 000 from credit card they commite us emi intrest paid by company uptill 4 months no any ammount get us, no any phone in working, no any reply on mail so please help us to return our payment

On reviewing the company reviews online at different websites, there are lot many complaints against the practices of this company and amount being debited in name of emi. There are also court cases ongoing and firs against this company as mentioned by people in reviews. I have been asking for tax invoice and payment receipt of rs. 50000/- since day-1, but till date they are not ready to share the same. First amount is being debited by mis-guiding and further terms are changed to their convenience. Attaching pdf copy of all chain of mails shared with this company till date for your reference.

Request your help for registration of complaint against the company to get me back my rs. 50000/- which have been charged by mis-guiding for transaction being swiped through my card and further mis-leading information for terms of membership. Also others can be made aware about malafide intentions of the company and its senior management from being duped in future.

Hi my name is prakash rajaram masal. I have taken likizo services membership (Membership no-lsm483) in the name of my wife mrs. Aparna masal. For that we paid rs.105000 for the period of five years. They got an agreement signed by us on 30 december 2017. We paid rs.15000 by debit card and remaining 90000 by credit card. Untill now we only availed 6 day holiday package in mahabaleshwar. This year i was plannig my vaccation with my family. We called so many times to customer care and our tour coordinater. Intially nobody was picking up calls and their phones are switched off now since iast two weeks. My contact no is [protected]/[protected]

We have taken membership with likizo services, belapur for travel and vacation. We have paid 1.5 lac rupee to likizo and now they are not responding to any of the query. Now the people who were working also not responding and not picking the phone. There office is closed out..
Please help me in finding a way to get back the deposited money.

I request you to take proper legal action and all our hard earned money should be recovered from this company with interest. Also to take serious criminal action against the director of the companies for social security as they have cheated...

Dear team we have taken membership on 15.02.2019 with likizo services, belapur for travel and vacation. For vacation they will provide hotel option and we have to paid service charge accordingle like for 1 night 1000 rupees. Our membership number is lsm2112 and we have paid 105000.

Now for booking in april and may month we trying to call customer care (+[protected] number and other members from team of likizo also switch off so then personally visited belapur office which found closed and no any contact from likizo end as send mail for booking also for which we have not received any reply till date.

So kindly refund the whole money to us as early as possible.

I am kishor, staying at pcmc, pune area in may 2018 i have taken holiday plan with likizo service pvt ltd., but from day one they cheated with me that amount of 65, 000/- will be taken in installment in every month, but they have taken full amount on the first day itself saying that amount of emi & interest will be debited every month but the same has not happen. After complaining they told that monthly interest will be refund, but they refunded interest only for starting 3 months itself then they refused to send interest.
What every facility told to us are not fulfilled, and now a days they are not lifting the phones nor reply to my mails. On visiting at baner (Mr sonowane) office they told me to inform pune office at anoroma tower, where no one has taken any step to take complaint nor ready to give name and email id also. Then i contact mr. Manoj pillai at baner who left the job and his cell is switched off and one day in daily lokmat newspaper i got message that mr. Manoj pillai of this firm is involved in fraud, the newspaper cutting also send to their office but no action taken.

This company is the biggest fraud company and they take their room for making membership. Once customer paid amount after that they never keep their promise. Now none of their contact numbers are operating, all have been disconnected. They are fraud and took our rs. 50000/-
At the time of membership they tell you, you will get a 4star accommodation all over the world. When you make a real booking, for sure you will be surprised with cheap hotel.
Their customer support is very worst. Quickly they will close the company and they will prove they are fraud. Kindly refund us our rs. 50000/- before the company is closed.

We have paid 1 lakh rupee to likizo and now they are not responding to any of the query or offices not there at there place... Its a fraud company and we want our money back... We have paid 1.2 lakhs for 5 years and now its just 1st year. They have promised for free hospitality and also some other benefits but not given at all... Its a complete fraud company... Now the people who were working also not responding and not picking the phone. There office is closed out.. Need help from government to resolve it.

I purchased their membership for 5 years for 98700,
On terms that it would be for 48emi and they will give a gift voucher of 1000rs per month, but they deducted the whole amount from my credit card and didn't convert it to emi,
I had to pay the whole amount to my bank in a single payment, what they told was they will give whatever extra interest amount paid by me. But they didn't do any payment for long time and later did just a payment of 2500 and told total 10000 they will pay back, but in 4 installments, but i didn't get any amount after that, i want to cancel this membership and get the refund of my amount deducting the 2500 which they have paid.

Hi, i was manipulated by likizo services in by some fake call of some prize winner. After visiting their office in belapur they conned me in a deal for tour and travels package of worth 1, 10, 000₹. On a high pressure situation they made me pay the amount by credit card and they promised that payment would be with 0% interest. By to my credit card company i have to pay the interest of 12% which is around 35000₹ on 110000.

Then likizo company confirmed that they will reimburse that additional interest money paid by me. After couple of months and so many follow ups they sent the first interest of 5 k and then second month installment of 2.5 k after that again they stopped to cooperate and haven't paid any money. I am pissed of with this company and want to abandoned this deal with them. Kindly suggest how can i get back my complete investment and surrender their membership.

It's a pathetic, unethical bunch of some non professional jerks. It's not a professional company just a group of fraud people.

I have taken lekizo services after paying rs 95000 in jun 2018.
Now for the services they have signed on stamp paper they have stopped giving.
For booking any hotel, i calledband mailed them hundred times and everytime they gave me fake assurance. And on the day of going to hotel they denied my booking by saying sorry on mail, not picking up calls.
Now once i am calling them to refund my hotel booking money they have stopped responding at all and not picking calls as well. I want to lodge an fir to get my money. Pls help me.

We take likizo membership worth rs 65000 by paying rs 25000 & paid another 15000 after 1 month. As per agreement they should give us club membership. They said us to take fitato membership in january 2019 & they will reimburse amount. Till date no amount reimbursed. For further membership they said to pay own amount & first amount is no reimbursed.
They are totally fraud. Customer care number is not reachable & switch off many times. No quick response to mail. I mailed for my refund. But didnt replied.
I want my money back from likizo.
