Recently i had conversation with one of your customer care executive.He asked to tally the return amount of the products ordered on limeroad.So i did that and found there is one more item i.e. a top costs Rs605 is showing delivered but we haven't received that product.
I am regular customer of Limeroad but this time i am facing lots of issues with it.We havent got refund of returned products costs Rs 3049+ Rs229 and Rs 605 also.We trust you thats why we did not tally product return amount.but after we did tally it was unexpected that product is showing delivered and we haven't received that.Its been 2 months of the products returned and now you guys are saying that a sarree worth rs 3049 did not pass qaulity check.How is that possible its quality was already poor and does not worth the price.With attached blouse how one can carry that sarree.and nose ring was already in broken box and it was used and we mentioned the same reason for return.

It's been 10 days i have returned 3 products to limeroad but still showing in app that quality check is pending. How many years will they take to initiate the refund?? They are not showing any progress. No notification i have received yet. And their calling no. Neither chat window is also reachable what kind of service is this... 1858/- is not at all small amount

I order shoes from limeroad and my money from my google pay has been cut. But the order is not showing up in limeroad. I have the payment slip as the proof. I have mailed to limeroad sales support but they have just asked for my number and hasn't provided any support.

Hi, i hve transferred the lr credits to my personal act but still i didn't receive any amount from your side since am waiting from past 1week please let me know when il receive the amount kindly do needful

I had placed a order on 13 august amd the product was delivered to me Fabric was too bad and rough so i requested a return on 22 august
Om 23 august it was picked up
I returned it with all labels and tags
Then limeroad hold it for quality check
After somany days when i had not get my refund, i complaint to them
Customer service is disgusting and there is no number for calling
After somany.complaints...

Refund amount has been transferred to lf credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit options, then why transfer my money here. Again i opt the option of trsnsfer from lr credit to my bank account dtoll now i did not got my money back to my bank account

Ordered cash in delivery product from limeroad which i returned on 23 march waiting for refund since then. Poor service.

Limeroad has delivered me a damaged product. And there is no option to return the item. There customer care number is not reachable and there is no way to direct talk or chat to them. Now it looks like a fraud website created to loot people's money. Please look into it.

The issue that I have experienced was: order no. 73605164 this order was made by me and it was delivered by 23 august 2020 . the product was very different from photo and quality was very bad. i returned that product but my money is not credited till now in my bank account. i am making call but you are not responding and not replying of emails. i want to go to court now .please respond on this and tell me when my money wll back .give me my money back u cheater.

I have ordered 3 products on 8th August and I received 2 products... Other one product is not yet delivered... I have tracked my order on xpressbees 2day...it showed that my delivery has reached to origin...then hw they delivered other 2 products on same address... I dint even receive a call or msg from delivery boy nor any WhatsApp msg from LR... Hw can they send back my product back to warehouse... My order ID is [protected]... Pls send my product as soon as possible.

My order number is 73037809, i paid advance, i ordered on 30 july but still i don't got my order and in limeroad application, there is no status of my order so help me otherwise i complaint in consumer forum

Refund not intiated

I have ordered a black kurta and returned it Back. But my money is not reflected in bank account..amounting rupees 500.

Sir i have returned my 3 skirts to recovery agent on 12.8.20 but still refund not recieved .i am unable to contact limeroad customer care.do the needfull

After tracking my order status it shows confirmation is pending for that missed call on given number I call on that number but there is no any change in order status it shows as same as before. So please help me to confirm my order
