      I ordered a skirt from limeroad two weeks back.But due to size issues i returned the product and my refund amount has been transferred to LR credit as refund mode.I didnt select this LR credit option then why is it transferred like that.

        Hi,
        I had ordered a clothing from limeroad where in the order was not delivered. The status in the limeroad account shows delivered and the money also was transacted.
        On reaching the customer service no, which is never answerable. Mailed to them, wherein they are resolving the issue for more than 15 days.

        Kindly look into the issue and take some considerate measures as I see lots of order related issues on limeroad. Thanks

            This is real cheating. I had purchased so many items. But this time without refunding the amount you have sent the message refunded.
            I want my money as early as possible.

                I have purchased two items in limeroad. one item which I have received is very good.but another item I haven't received and I have paid for two items
                I have complaints and do so many mails but there are auto generated mail will contact you in 48 hours but actually time is 96 hours. No one contact me yet.if I call you on customer care then they speak I have started process to refund every time. But i am not getting yet.

                I am very frustrated.very poor service.Never used this app for online shopping.Really very horrible service.No customer support provide.

                        Hi, I am Seema Bisht
                        Yesterday (1st Feb 2021) I placed an order for a product on BLUE JOGGER FROM BUYNEWTREND at LIMEROAD of amount Rs. 659. After filling in the procedure I paid the payable amount i. e., Rupees 659. I received a message about deduction on money from my payments bank. But to this I haven't received any information about confirmation of the order. It has been more than 6 hrs. Since.
                        I have mailed again and again on several of limroad's email ids and tried to call on their customer care no. Like 10 times. But they never receive the call.

                        I request for the confirmation details as of now as soon as possible. Or the refund of my money
                        (That would be a great help).

                        My complaint is not resolved yet. Neither I get my money refund nor the product is showing under my orders. LIMEROAD kindly do something instead of falsely marking the complaints RESOLVED.
                        Just do something in real instead of false updates. Otherwise I will be taking the strictest actions .

                        What the hell the email id which you guys have mentioned the mail is getting undelivered on this email id.
                        Are you guys real. What kind of stupid behavior it is. Here I am asking for my money refund very politely and you guys are sharing fake email ids.
                        Just do something in real. I have already shared an email again on [protected]@limeroad.com kindly check and do revert or proceed with my refund.

                            I had ordered tops from lime road the order number is [protected] .
                            due some problem I returned the top and I got my refund to my LR WALLET . i wanted to transfer the amount to my bank so i i selected transfer to bank account option, it showed google pay and proceeded, lr wallet became zero but i did not get money in my account please help me on this please, send my lr credits back or transfer the amount to my bank account

                                Well, that's my complaint. I have not received it but you are saying its delivered. I've checked with everyone at home and the neighbours. You delivery partner might have delivered it to some wrong address. It's a loss for me. Limeroad need to give me credit for that.

                                  I ordered an unstitched suit from limeroad on 16th January, 2021. Order no. of such product is [protected]. I had β‚Ή 560 amount as credit in the app as I had returned a product and got refunded the amount on the LR credits. Such amount was deducted when I ordered the above mentioned product which was priced β‚Ή 587 including taxes and delivery charge. I had yet to pay β‚Ή 27. After a few days when I didn't receive the product, I checked the tracking details and it showed that the product was already delivered. I complaint many times in Limeroad customer care but I got no response. After looking up, I came across many customers claiming to being cheated by the company. Please look into this matter.

                                        This is a fraud company. They didn't initiate my refund till now. On asking the reference number for refund transaction on their part, they sent me the same exact reference number that was generated while placing the order.

                                        They are making fools out of the customers. I want me β‚Ή1275 now with the interest of two months. I will take this matter to the consumer court and I'm not joking. Because of people like you, we customers used to be hesitant in doing online shopping. And now you have broken that trust.
