Hi, I am Seema Bisht
Yesterday (1st Feb 2021) I placed an order for a product on BLUE JOGGER FROM BUYNEWTREND at LIMEROAD of amount Rs. 659. After filling in the procedure I paid the payable amount i. e., Rupees 659. I received a message about deduction on money from my payments bank. But to this I haven't received any information about confirmation of the order. It has been more than 6 hrs. Since.
I have mailed again and again on several of limroad's email ids and tried to call on their customer care no. Like 10 times. But they never receive the call.
I request for the confirmation details as of now as soon as possible. Or the refund of my money
(That would be a great help).

Updated by Seemaa Bisht My complaint is not resolved yet. Neither I get my money refund nor the product is showing under my orders. LIMEROAD kindly do something instead of falsely marking the complaints RESOLVED.
Just do something in real instead of false updates. Otherwise I will be taking the strictest actions .

Are you guys real. What kind of stupid behavior it is. Here I am asking for my money refund very politely and you guys are sharing fake email ids.
Just do something in real. I have already shared an email again on [protected]@limeroad.com kindly check and do revert or proceed with my refund.
