    I got a call from a guy claiming he is from Limeroad and said that I've received a Car as a gift from my previous order. I knew it's a fraud yet i asked for details, he sent me link, I entered my number and all my details were available over there...my address, my number, product details.
    What kind of privacy do Limeroad maintains? All my details was with this unknow person and this does not end here...Same guy again calls me a day after and asked ME TO BE HIS GIRLFRIEND, I ignored it and blocked his number yet I got the call again from a different number and THAT GUY LITERALLY GAVE ME RAPE THREATS. I've filed the complaint.
    I request Limeroad to please give attention to this issue! This is not done at any cost, customer privacy must be your main preference!

      Two of my Limeroad orders with 3 items were picked up 15 days ago via. Shadowfax but refund is still not initiated by LimeRoad. The shadowfax executive informed it has reached the destnation but still these LimeRoad people are cheating and thefting away my money.
      The Order IDs are [protected] for the first order & [protected] for the second order. The total refund amount is 1894 + 1130 = Rs. 3084.
      From last 15 days, it just shows a message that is quality check pending. and no progress is there. Also, there is no proper customer care number provided in your app or website and the number which I found doesn't work at all it just says the technical issue exists and disconnects the call.

      If there is any issue with date order or shipping, at least tell your customers, it feels like you theft my money and ran away.

      This LimeRoad is such a fraud and cheater company, if I would have known earlier I would have never ordered anything from it.
      Dropped several mails and called around 100 times there is nobody to speak or talk. My straight question to you is who will provide the resolution then? I am waiting for my refund from last 15 days, this is the first time I shopped through limeroad and my experience is terrible.
      Now I am afraid to order anything from that website because LimeRoad neither talk to customers nor process the refund. Where is my money?
      I never through limeroad will ever bluff customer's money this way. Please initiate the quality check as soon as possible & initiate my refund immediately.
      They bluffed Rs 3084 from me
      I have been waiting for the last 15days. I am attaching the screenshots of my order status and pickup dates.

      One of my orders for refund is still stuck under their longest QC Process from last 17 days.
      The order number of that stuck order no is [protected] and the amount is Rs 1130. I request you make them initiate my refund as soon as possible.

            I have ordered two kurti on march 2020. Due to lock down delivery has been delayed. During the time of delivery i was not at home. So the delivery man didn't deliver the order. But still the order status shows delivered. I didn't recieve the product or even my money is not refunded. Please do the needful.

                  Hi, I have been receiving call from [protected]/[protected], the person has submitted his fake LIMEROAD ID card and PAN Details and AADHAR details, as i won Tata NExon Car, If i wish to get car i need to pay Rs 7500/- if i wish to get cash of Rw 625000/- I need to pay Rs.4500/-.. This is a complete SCAM, wonder how my details are there with these people with my recent order details... information of the customer's are not safe with you people, how should I trust Limeroad again in future..

                        Limeroad is a cheater of a company. It has been 2 months since my pickup for returned goods has happened and my refund has not been issued yet. I have been trying to call them for the past 1 month but their is a so called technical problem going on. I have mailed them around 30 times to call me back but no call has been received by me yet. And today out of the blue they told me that my returned products have not passed quality check. I haven't even tried the products. They didn't tell me which product out of 4 has not passed qc. Limeroad is simply cheating the customers and i will escalate the same to consumer complaint forum. Limeroad is cheating customers in pandemic as they are not issuing refunds. Their so called helpline number is also not working which shows they are a bankrupt company and therefore are not issuing refunds in the name of quality check.

                        Limeroad called me after 3 months to tell that the Quality Check of my 3 products out of 4, has passed and told me that refund will come in 2 days, but they have still not given refund. Since I know it's a cheater company, i even have the call recording where they said tgat the QC of my products have passed, but they have still not refunded my money even after 3 months. Its a pathetic and a cheater of a company. Fraudster company it is. They have even disablrd all their numbers so that we cannot reach out to them for refund

                              I received a call saying that i have won a car & i have 2 options to choose. Either take the value of the amount in the account or accept the car offer. I knew this was definitely a fake call. But what worries me is that he has my phone number & the complete address. And this offer was based on a product that i recently purchased from lime road. How can limeroad be so careless about sharing the address & phone number to a third party
                              This way. I wonder what other details that he has access to.
                              This is not first such incident reported on limeroad.

                                Today (21th sept 2020) i placed an order for a product on limeroad. After filling in the procedure i paid the payable amount i. E., rupees 198. I received a message about deduction on money from my payments bank. But to this i haven't received any information about confirmation of the order. It has been 6 hrs. Since.
                                I have mailed again and again on several of limroad's email ids and tried to call on their customer care no. Like 10-20 times. But they never receive the call.

                                I request for the confirmation details as of now as soon as possible. Or the refund of my money
                                (That would be a great help).

                                      Order has been picked up almost 17days back but my 3products amount of 3000rs which is very huge not credited yet no response from customer service they say wait for 10days from 7days...but I have given and waited but now I want my refund back its seems like app become fraud now

                                        Maine limeroad se ek Top order kiya tha jisdin mujhe top receive hua fitting problem ke karan Maine exchange request daldi. Next day pickup successful hogea lekin mujha abhi tak exchange product receive nahi hua. Exchange delivery date 10 September 2020 thi abhi tak mujha shipped ka bhi message nahi aaya aur order track me show kr rehe hai deliveeed nahi coustmer care number lag raha hai enka. Fraud..
