This company is a fraud.
They called me yesterday and asked me to check with my bank for the refund transaction, stating the ARN number[protected].

This ARN number was in fact generated while placing the order i.e., for the debit transaction.

They think the customers are fool sitting here. We are not uneducated listen up you fraudsters.

    They say they have processed the refund. Although i haven't received the money and 2 months have passed. The customer care executives dont have any knowledge regarding the bank transactions. They spot the order transaction with the debit amount and mail me with the assertion that the amount is successfully reflecting in my statement. Whereas it was the order transaction. They are so careless, they dont see the bank statements carefully.

    I request Limeroad to please refund my money to me at your earliest. 1275rs is certainly not a small amount.

      The issue that I have experienced was: I returned the right product to Limeroad .. but they are saying product received is wrong... Now I am asking to send me the photo of the cover in which so called wrong product is received mentioning the my name on the packet ... they couldn't send me and they are simply saying the refund can't be processed... I am feeling I got cheated ... I being a Limeroad membership account holder and ordered hundreds of items.. was having trust on Limeroad... Now I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer care service.. WITHOUT PROOF I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS..!!! SEND ME THE PROOF THAT I SENT A WRONG PRODUCT...

      It occurred on: 20/12/2020

      I WANT MY REFUND FOR THESE 2 ITEMS ASAP.. AS I AM PRETTY SURE I RETURNED THE RIGHT PRODUCTS

      I recieved wrong product so I decided to return it.
      But limroad said quality check fail due to wrong product.
      But I send what I recieved.
      I feel like cheated by limroad.
      I am so disappointed.
      I feel like cry I ordered a light colour gown for my cousin brother weddings but due to wrong product and also due to covid i didn't join.
      Please I request you help me and processed my amount.

        Hi Richa.
        I have a similar complaint regarding this company LIMEROAD.

        They have a pathetic customer care service. They dont give the refunds to their customers. This is a fraud company.
        Thry haven't refunded my 1275rs and 2 months have passed. Their customer care numbers don't work.

        I am looking to form a group with the aggrieved customers and take this matter to consumer court. I request you to send me a message on my number [protected] and when you find some time, kindly post a comment on similar customers complaints to invite them for the resolution.

            They are just asking me for bank statements which clearly shows that i haven't received the refund. This is no less than harassment. They say they have processed the refund but here I haven't received it, this they dont understand. They will only ask for my bank statement every alternate day and then shut up for the next few days.

              I order kurti from limeroad and my money from my google pay has been cut. But the order is not showing up in limeroad. I have the payment slip as the proof. I have mailed to limeroad sales support but they have just asked for my number and hasn't provided any support.

                I ordered and cancelled on the same day of amount 1275 on 25th November 2020. They have still not refunded the money to me. It has been 2 months nearly and money not received. Is this how long it takes to refund the money?

                        Myself Anil jhajhria I am a regular customer of limeroad. I have ordered for three t shirts on 31 Dec 2020. Today on 3 Jan 2021 I got a call from your delivery boy name rahul chug and he said me to came 5 km away from my home. But I denyed becz I ordered my product at doorstep. As it is your responsibility to deliver my product at doorstep. But you are failed to fulfill it. Now your company saying me to choose an option to cancel my order. I will not cancel my order it is your mistake not mine. If I not get my order at doorstep I have no option to go to suit a case in consumer court. I am providing details as photos. I have recording of delivery boy also.

                        limeroad is the worst company, I have ever come to know instead of resolving my complaint or taking appropriate steps, they canceled my order. Big thing is that company itself cancels my order. Why company is taking orders if it not be able to deliver product. Appropriate action should be taken against such company. Anyone help me I want to file a case against them in consumer form. I have all records of phone calles from delivery boy and customer care also.
                        I have talked to customer care also instead of this product is not delivered to me yet. Only he assure me that he will help me. But I don't thing delivery person is in their hand. I have all phone records of delivery boy and customer care executive also. So I decide to go further to consumer court now.

                            I got this call from [protected]. The guy said he was from limeroad. He said that i have won tata nexon worth rs 633000 and either i can take this car or the entire amount will be credited to my account. He mentioned all the details of my current order to sound believable.

                            I was too doubtful. I asked to give him his Company ID card, pan card and aadhar card as well. He shared them too.
                            i checked google and found such calls are frequent with other online portals sites. And those guys use the same car's name (Not very smart). Also, there is no mention of any lucky draw on limeroad.

                            But i was not expecting this from limeroad. There should be some stringent measures in place to avoid this. Limeroad has earned quite a good name but such calls can put anyone in doubt.

                                  This is to bring to your kind attention that I have recently purchased Chhabra 555 flared silk gown from your store.
                                  I have already made the payment in advance but returned the item as it was not looking good on me.
                                  I returned to the courier person the very next day. But, from last 37 days it's showing the same status in my account QC pending.
                                  I would appreciate if you could arrange for the refund of the same.

                                  I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest as it is more than 37 days that I have not received my payment back. I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and arrange my refund at the earliest.

                                  There has been no communication from your side for refunding the amount.

                                  I want to insist on the refund of the advance amount paid by me while placing the order. The net amount as paid by CC is INR 3574 towards Silk blend flared gown from Chhabra 555 order no. [protected].

                                      My refund has not been credited and 20 days have passed. I treid contacting Limeroad but no one picks up the call adn no one answers the mails.
