    Unfortunately we happened to purchase on Air Conditioner from Fedder Lloyd Corporation Ltd. from its dealer Bharat Electrico, Kamla Nagar, Delhi-7. Despite being costlier than other AC's of the same category, we are afraid to mention that the quality of the product is very poor. Within the 2nd year of its purchase, it has stopped to work. Worst is the after sales service of the company that despite repeated telephonic calls to its tool free number, we have not seen face of any of the company's service engineers. Now at this stage, we are simply clueless, as to what to do in order to get it serviced/repaired from the company's engineer.

    1.5 ton AC — 23 Window AC of 1.5 ton each not installed properly by the Company.

    Sir,

    I have purchased 23 AC of 1.5 ton each directly from your Dehradun branch in the month of March/April, 2008 for my hotel Sharma Palace at Haridwar. All the 23 ACs were installed by your company person. it has been noticed that these ACs are not installed properly, as the rain water is directly coming inside the rooms of our hotel. it has been seen that all the ACs are fitted straight instead of little bit tilt. Many telephonic complaints have been made to your office at Dehradun.

    once again, i reqeust you to please send installation team to Sharma Palace, Haridwar again, so that minor installation problem may be sort on the spot. From the two months i am facing this sort of problem and continously, your office is ignoring our complaint.

    Fedders Lloyd — Worst after sale service.

    We had purchased three room air-conditioners in mid of year 2007 for our office.Now, this year, their back coil is completely damaged and even two of them are not in working condition.And, company denied us to repair them.Then, we asked company to provide us the required parts, and even they are not providing us that parts.Whole staff is facing huge problems, by working in such a high temperature.

    Air Conditioner — no phone nos in ur bill receipt

    We bought a croma split AC on[protected], Bill No.90000150. We told them to instal the AC on 10-07-09 evening but on that day we had some urgent work. How can we contact them to come on that day and to tell them to come the next day because there is no phone number is present in the bill or the web site. There is only address in the website and bill. Sorry for the inconvienience for not being availble on that day.     Split A/c 1 ton — No proper timely services

    I had bought a 1 ton a/c of onida on 16th oct. 2008. There was 4 free services offer.
    But not a single serviceing was done.
    nobody bothered to even call or not even answered calls for servicing.

    Now I want to buy more a/cs but will not buy onida and also advice all not to buy the same or any other products of the co.

    There was no service of the ac done by the company.No serviceman came during the 1st,2nd and the 3rd and final service period time.I am totally dissatisfied from this company and i will never buy any product of this company ever.
    I am also facing similar problem.After salesservice is real problem.
    My AC did not work even for one season. There is no proper service in NOIDA.
    I have made many complaints in their head office but no response.

    Lloyd Air Conditioner — No service after sales

    I've purchased an one ton A/C of Lloyd company in May-2009 by Modern Trading Company , Amravati. After a complete year I've not facilitated by any servicing of A/C. I would like to ask the Company authorities that why don’t you offer proper services to customers after sales.
    I have observed for a long time that the cooling of my A/C is not satisfactory as compared to other A/C's of same range. My A/C is just used for 3-4 months in last summer, there after when I tried to use it regularly, its not functioning properly, not cooling well/instantly, taking a lot of time to cool. When I dropped the service messages to the dealer for 3-4 times, not a single time I have been replied properly. I am not complaining about the dealer here but just want to know how much care the company takes to excel its sale in the market by providing prompt and regular services.

    Please take care of the customers after sale of your products for proper services.

    i purchased a lloyd split A/C 1.5 ton last year on 4thapril2009 since then its not working properly.any how we managed that summer.but from last 1 month it is not working properly.my first complaint was lodged on 1stmay2010 complaint no[protected].after 10days i.e 10thmay2010 technicians came and took my outdoor unit for repairing.after 2days they brought my unit that too not repaired.before i could at least switch on my A/C which was providing me least cooling.but now i am not even able to switch it on.after making several complaints to our area service manager (srinivas) cell no[protected] i get this kind of customer service.if my A/C will not be repaired soon then i would prefer to go to consumer court.kindly take some action.

    i had purchased Fedders Lloyds air conditioner from vijay sales in the first week of April 2010 n while buying i was told i woudlt have to pay installation but after the acc was installed i was asked to pay 1000rs where as the standard rate for installation is rs 500.00... n when i called up vijay sales to lauch a complain no one was intrsted in knowing wht the concren was n also now its just been a month n its cooling has simply stooped n take the entire night tio cool... i must say its a pathetic air conditioner to buy.
    i thought this Company is good, But true to all your experience Fedders lloyd AC, is a Piece of Garbage which we have purchased and now its Stinking.

    I bought fedders lloyd 1.5 ton ac from galaxy showroom just before 3 to 4 months but today ie on 21.09.10 i kept the ac @16 temprature for more than 2 hours but the room did not get cooled even though the compressor is running,its damm heat today felt very much regret for buying this unit please take action as soo as possible.

    Lloyd 1 ton split AC — compressor not working

    On 10 Mar 2011 Service Engineer Visisted and said that compressor needs to be replaced,. There after no action has been taken till todate. We are having finicial loss as the AC is fitted in a Ladies Parlour. Please replace the compressor at the earliest.

    I recently bought split AC's for my residence at kandivali east ,lokhandwala..,,mumbai ..its been a terrible experience so far.. the quality is pathetic..the after sales services are extremely lousy ..poor technicians have no knowledge ..do a lot of experiment ..my entire colouring work done in my new apartment went fr a toss...its been a nightmare dealing with this unprofessional bunch ...be careful....
    my split ac of the same company is 6 months old . I had made a complaint to the dealer from whom i purchased but he did not take any notice. Later on he 2 boys came and told me that the remote device is not working and they would replace but even after a week they have not turned. I am a doctor and my 2-3 machines depend on the AC . Later I again gave a call to the dealer to look into the matter than he gave the number of customer care [protected] but as usual there is no reply or a busy number. I really do not know if they cannot look in to this silly problem then how can they maintain the ac. Also how will they look after if i make a service contract with them later.can any one look into such nonsense service of the company.
    i am also agreed with all the comentes .i am also purchased lloyd 2 ton ac but within 10 days it stop cooling i am very upset, no good responce came from the company. i suggest to all consumers do the complain in consumerforum so that after this no other people face this problem from this company... jago grahak jago

    i purchased lloyds AC last year & after two calls, i got servicing done. first year the performance was very good, but after servicing it stopped giving cooling like it was earlier. so i lodged a complaint for service & inspection of compressor. the person came for servicing charged 350 rs for only inspecting the AC, as he only switched on the AC & so the compressor did started, he said it is normal. but now even after that since the inspection is done, it started giving less cooling.
    now when i called for service, vijay sales customer care said that again i have to bear the visiting charges for serviceman.
    i think now a days cheating a customer is very acceptale to everyone & shopkeepers doest hesitate to misguide the customers.
    can any one suggest any remedial action to be put forward to get the things replaced or repaired without paying any cost.

    Lloyd Air Conditioners — Horrible post sales experience

    I had purchased two 1 ton A/c's from Lloyd on 28th May,2011.And i got it installed from my own vendor immediately due to an urgency and low installation cost.
    When i called up the LLOYD customer care to give me a demo of their product,they simply denied and informed me that the demo would be charged as i did not got installed from their so called vendors.
    I repeatedly called up the customer care to complain about this and later on they passed me a number of their service head in mumbai who never sounded like a responsible person as even he was speaking as if i have done some crime by not getting it installed from their vendors.They were simply very rude,right from the person who called me from their vendor and to their service head.
    I have learnt a lesson that you should never believe this new players who come into market and fool customers.And i am not letting this issue like this.They have to give an answer for this.

    I purchased a 1 ton split ac which created troubles twice in 3 months of purchase. After repeated followups, no technician is coming to collect the machine and take it to the service station. Even the escalation is useless & crap. People do not read the mails and are rude on phone. They kept on telling me evereyday for the last 4 days that the technician would turn up today, but no one turned up and I was stuck at home. Gas leakage, compressor gone all these issues within 3 months itself makes this brand not worth buying. Complaints are not taken seriously.
    sir i purchased FLS 19 A3G model and since i installed it water leakage continues, i make several complaints in that period cooling of AC reduced and many times it will trip down(stop cooling), i make 10-12 complaint the technician come and assure me that now it will work properly but all are fake. the mother board (PRI) board was also changed several times but the problem continues. last complaint in oct. month made by me and the technician changed that board and assure me that it will work properly but due to winter season i did not checked it little or properly. now my warranty period was finished on 10 April 2012. i am not satisfied with your services and your technician please solve my problem.

    This is to state that i purchased Lloyd washing machine on dated 10/04/2009,m-crystal-dew-75,serial number CD[protected] from samdani enterprises kareli Allahabad,now i m residing at saidpur jagir jankipuram extension Lucknow.your dealer shop E186-tp nagar sarojini nagar Lucknow.ph.no.4027142 is refusing to provide service.he said that the company is not providing the service.parts of washing machine are not available in the market .such a costly and reputed machine is in this order and useless.

    I agree very much. Fedders Lloyd airconditioners are one of the worst acs. I had purchased 2 split acs two and one years old from their dealer Alite Traders, Mapusa, Goa. I am sorry to state that these both split acs are out of order. Worst is that they have no service after sale. Inspite of several complaints, they just take you for granted. I have lost around Rs.40000/- on these acs. I would not recommend these acs to anyone. I think something has to be done with this company, or take legal actions. May be Govt. should stop them manufacturing such bogus acs.

    LLOYD manufacture very sub-standard products and has pathetic after sales service. I experienced this when I purchased a Lloyd Portable AC for Rs 24000. On switching the AC on, it didn't work. I registered a complaint with lloyd customer care under no LEEL[protected]. The lloyd personnel inspected the unit and found manufacturing defect in the product. I was told that the AC would be replaced by the company but since then I have been give one or the other excuse but the AC has not been replaced.

    I am posting this for the benefit of all. JUST DO NOT BUY LLOYD PRODUCTS. THEY ARE TERRIBLY BAD AND THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS IN A VERY SORRY STATE. I approached everybody, talked on phone, wrote mail from Customer Care to SERVICE HEAD to NATIONAL SERVICE COORDINATOR to HEAD OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, but despite this such big manufacturer and such big service team, Lloyd has not been able to replace the defective AC even after 33 days of purchase now.

    I have used LLoyed A/C, unfortunaly i shifted my house and the de-instllation was done by lloyed service person only, i called lloyed for re-instllation in the month of may-2013 and the service person came and installed the AC with new copper pipe and i was charged Rs. 1250 for installation & 750x3=2250 for the new pipe, but afte 3 days the AC was not cooling and when i returned from my overseas visit my family told me the AC was not coolin, i called lloyed custome care and the service enginer came and again charged me Rs. 900 for gas top-up and service charge of Rs.400, however the AC worked for About 15 days and the same issue has happend again, i am very fustrated with how lloyed treats there customes by taking money and not doing a good job, i pay for all the service charges but nothing happens, what should i do...i need my AC to work for what i have payed for please help.

    I had bought a Fedders LLoyd AC in Feb 2013. The installation was extremely pathetic and no one attended complaints about it. Customer service is horrible. Rude bunch of people who are not taught how to speak with customers. After sales service is even worse.I agree with Amit. Be careful.

      FEDDERS LLOYD CORPORATION LTD — noise in the machine

      There is a noise coming in the machine of Lloyds split A.C,1.5 ton Model no-FLS18AAC,PURCHASE DATE[protected] and still it has not been even one year since i have bought the machine and moreso i am calling on the toll free no but there is no response on the same.

      Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

        I have purchased a LLOYD make DVD video player from DASS of Shastri Nagar, Pune showroom. There is functional problem in remote. So, I requested them (DASS) on 18/01/2009 to give me the replacement of the defective remote on chargeable basis. But, till today I have not got the replacement. The behaviour of the staff including branch manager ( Mr. Nag & Mr. Shaikh) is very irritating. After 18/01/2009, I have visited DASS twice, but have not got any positive response.

          Further, the machine does not cool like any other machines viz. carrier, i have been using for about 10 years.
          I too bought a Lloyd's AC 1.5 tonnes. It doesn't cool and makes a lot of noise. I filed a complaint with the customer care, and no one is bothering to come and rectify the fault.

          All I can say is that please don't buy Lloyd AC. Don't be befooled like us.

          I have purchased 2 a/c's of 1.0 tonne & 1.5 tonne and for the 1st 3 days 1.0 tonne a/c was perfect and from there the problem started and i have been following it up with dealer/ service center and even the head customer service for AP Mr Suryanarayan but these ppl are just giving silly reason and from the last 4 days i have sleepless night for the the sounds from the 1.0 tonne a/c. i asked them for a replacement and also mailed called but from the last 3 days no person from company nor service has turned up. The interest shown while selling the product is not there after sales. Even the dealer who sold said i have 1 year replacement guarantee and no one turned up and dealer says to log a case against the company and not to call him. IS THIS THE WAY DEALER RESPONDS?

          I purchased lloyd AC somewhere in Apri 08. Last free servicing was done in April 09 & the technitian who had come for the servicing broke a of the flap. When we realised that we launched a complaint on their help lines atlease for 4-5 times, then we got their representative's no. We have been calling that fellow for the last 1-2 months but that fellow always gives us promises saying that it will be replaced within two days & so on. Now we are fed up of this & planning to go to Consumer court.

          I am a widow whose 20 year old air unit and heat unit had died. The rep from Lloyd came to my house, went into my attic and let me know that I needed so much done! I was pretty devastated that this was going to go way over my budget. They sat down at my table and worked with me on how I could be energy efficient and stay within my budget. The crew came out the next Friday and Saturday and worked 10 to 12 hour days. They put in new ducts, new vents, an extra return air vent and disposed of all the old units. On Sunday they came out and went over my lawn to make sure all debris was cleaned up and gone. Last July my electric bill, with my old equipment, was $623.00. I just received my July bill for this year and it is $163.86. I am overjoyed! I have recommended this company to anyone who is having problems.

          I bought a lloyd AC in June 2007. It had been working working in pretty good condition. For the last two months I have been facing a big problem. it is simply not cooling at all.           Air Conditioner — BAD QULITY, NOT REPLACING EVEN TAKING EXTRA PAYMENT

          We purchased a2 ton ac, model no AW-QKA ON 26/05/2008 from M/S RATAN AGARWAL & SONS, KANPUR.This ac had not worked since date of installation and first complaint was lodged on 14.07.2008and BP NO was allotted-[protected].On repeated persuasion the company have not paid any heed to your complaint up to June 2009.In June 2009 the company had informed the the model purchased is not in stock so pl pay Rs.1800/- the difference of cost of new model. Rs. 1800/- was paid by bank draft no 622643 dt.[protected].drawn on SBI, Lucknow. But inspite of said payment new AC has not been supplied till date. The officers of the company at KANPUR,LUCKNOW & DELHI have not lisning.Under compulsion we have sent a legal notice to the dealer as well as to company on[protected]. Now we are planning to move cosumer forum and to file a creminal case against the MD of the company.
          We procured 10 Nos. of Split A.C. Inspite of our several requests no body is attending the repair work. Kindly arrang the visit of your Engineer for the rectification of fault. Our location is given below.

Your Vasai service centre people are help less because of non avilability of part. Your Bhandup service centre person Mr.Sandip is not reply properly regular false comment will be given to us. please help us.           My name Anand Namboodiri, Main priest Koodalmanikyam Temple, the one and only Lord Bharatha Temple in India.
          i bought the AC FLO 9JACGL4 on 04/01/2008 for 17000+.
          after 5 months the cooling became low, and i told the agency from where i bought the AC, unfortunatly there was no use till the end of 2009. then he gave me a toll free number and asked me to register a complaint. i registered the complaint and after a long wait of more than one month, a guy came and said there is a problem in the gas unit. he just filled the gas and took Rs.800 from me without even a recipt.and also he took the remote controll of the AC because it was not working as well. since then there is no response from them who said they are the authorised service persons from Lloyd in Thrissur. i tried to contact them through the phone, but no reply and still not rectified the complaint. and i lost the remote as well. now i can't switch on the AC. i called the toll free number again, which i suppose is a call center several times, and still thre is no reply. now its very hot in kerala and i got an AC which is new and i can't use. how unlucky i am. i am fed up with you people. i should have bought a good AC from some other company which has good product and service. it would be a great help if you could do something.

          so my advice to the people who is planning to by an ac is nevr ever think about buying a Lloyd. get some good one, Samsung or LG.
          I omer complained regarding my a/c on 30thApril 2010 to mr srinivas on number [protected] at time 5 pm, he replied that he will send the technician with in 2 hours that is before 7:30 but no one came that day.Next day when i called him he said i need your complaint number i said i don't have that so he gave me this number [protected].I called on this number and booked my complaint.The call executive said me that my A/c will be repaired with in 24 hours.Then on 2ndMay i again called mr srinivas he said that my Air Condition will be repaired today, no one came that day.next day that is 3rdMay got the same answer, 4thMay same answer, on 5thMay same answer.So on 5thMay i called once again on [protected] and said my complaint no:[protected] He said me that due to some problem we were unable to repair your A/C i will once again forward your complaint, now you can call to mr srinivas he will surely respond you.Again on 5thMay i called him second time the answer was same, that it will be repaired by today till 8pm.Then on 6thmay i called Mr srinivas again so he said due to some holidays he was unable to do my work, today A/C will be repaired with in 2 hours.After waiting 3 hours i called to Mr Shaju Jose (National Service Coordinator) on number-[protected] he did not answer my 3 calls, then i called Mr CS.Mehta (Head -Customer Relationship Management) and said about my complaint, he told me that he will speak to Mr srinivas personally, then after waiting 1 hour again i called mr srinivas he told me that technician is on the way, then after waiting 2 hours i went to rishabh electronics from where i purchased my A/c.He also spoke to mr srinivas and said me that a/c will be repaired by today at any cost.Then finally by 11pm one technician came to me and he tested my a/c and said that there some gas leakage.So after checking leakage he will fill the gas but this would be possible tomorrow i said all right.While going he asked me 250/- rupees, I told him i will not pay you before my A/C is repaired.then next morning i got a call from mr srinivas and he asked my A/c model and serial number i gave him on the phone.And now i received a mail from CS.Mehta that i m not ready to pay the service charges.After going through the mail today i called mr srinivas i.e 9thmay at 03:41 pm he did not receive my call.and today is 13thmay still my a/c is not repaired, kindly take some action so that my Air Condition is repaired as soon as possible.

          Purchased 1.6 T split AC from dealer-Weather point Lucknow in Aug 09, installed in Oct 09. Breakdown due to gas leakage attended in Nov 09, then in april 10 ( only with the kind intervention of Mr Mehta-Ser Head) now after recurrence the rep of service centre namely Ashish Sharma bluntly refused to attend it, stating that since our principals have failed in making our service payments, we cannot attend any complaint.Finally the dealer requested one Mr Maurya who had assured to attend it on June 04, but has failed to do so. Your service audit guy was also informed about two wks back during his random call.

          Fedders LLOYD Split AC — Cooling problem

          I have purchased Lloyd Split 1.5 Ton AC from VIjay Sales Janak Puri on dt. 06.06.2010 & it was installed on 08-06-10. From next day onwards till date its not gives proper cooling. I have registered 3 times complaint on customer care in lloyd

          BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL .

          NEED YOUR HELP TO CHANGE THE UNIT.

          hi i also bought lloyd ac and it is a waste of money . it does not cool the room and has all kinds problms even the company mechanic he does not come when called and argues. I hate lloyd lloyd sucks!
          I am really fed up with Fedder's A.C. Just from the day I have purchased this i have got high B.P problem. The A.C is meant for cooling but this is like not more than a FAN for us. This is being four months after purchase now but i have like a decades problem with the A.C . I have complained nearly six times now, may be for installation / cooling / servicing and what not to make the a.c work like an A.C and not Fan

          Lloyd Air Conditioners are not working properly.They have non skilled technicians that's why they are not able to solve the problems which are occurred in Air Conditioners.Their services are worst which we have seen yet.
          Services of LLOYD Air Conditioners are worst.
          Sir, I have parchased lloyd 1.5 ton window A.C in 14 th MAY 2009 and from very first day it was not cooling there is gas leakage in the out door unit. we have told to the shopkeeper(corporate sales Mob:[protected] Vadodara) many times regarding the cooling. Then shopkeeper mechanic came to our home. but he told ges lekage in out door unit answer as well as service. last week i have made complaint three times atleast to the lloyd helpline but from there also no satisfy response was given AND NOBODY BOTHERED .
          we are not satisfied with his logic and answer as well as service. Sir from beginig this type compline we give but stil not satisfactory answer.Now i am very helpless if they are not changing it then i am thinking to go to consumer court very soon.

After making various phone calls, they took the ac and repaired it, but again after a week it stopped cooling. I am just feeling cheated by the company.           Sir, I have purchased 1.5 ton split Feb. 2011. Now i am using contniously. Btu the consumption is very high for 7 hours nearly 8 units consumed.           I have purchased Fedders Lloyd 1.5 Ton Split AC from Vijay Sales (PreetVihar) Delhi dt. 05.04.2010 But its not working/cooling properly. I have register the complaint 3 times on his company support no. they said to me your problem has been resolved in next day but there is person to come for check the issue, its supports like bull they don't know how to assist customer query.

          I had word with his manager But they said it will be resolve it with in a day .I had a very bad experience with Fedders LLoyd Company.Don't know what to do.

          Fedders — Fedders AC Compressor Warranty

          I purchased a Fedders AC four Years back from dealer . Now there is Issue with my AC . I asked my dealer to check the fault, He informed me that AC's Compressor has been gone and new compressor needs to be installed.

          I told him that compressor is of five years warranty and warranty period is not expired yet . This should be replaced free of cost . Dealer is asking to deposit 5000 rs for replacement .

          Please let me know where I can contact for for Fedders . I am not sure how much money I need to pay from my pocket for replacement.
          I planning to buy 20 Lloyd Split a/c for my guest house but seeing the above comments not choose LLOYD. Guys thanks for your feedback. I will choose different option.

          Same is my experience. The ac created troubles twice in 3 months of purchase. After repeated followups, no technician is coming to collect the machine and take it to the service station. Even the escalation is useless & crap. People do not read the mails and are rude on phone. They kept on telling e vereyday for the last 4 days that the technician would turn up today, but no one turned up and I was stuck at home. Gas leakage, compressor gone all these issues within 3 months itself makes this brand not worth buying.
          T HAVE PURCHASED WINDOW AC FROM RAJSHREE ENTERPRIZES DIGIWORLD GONDA AFTER ONE MONTH STARTED MAKING NOISE AND THEN STOPPED COOLING THE ATTITUDE IS VERY CALLOUS THEY TOOK THE AC BUT YET NOT RETURNED IT RECTIFIED MY COMPLAINT ID IS LEEL[protected] WHOLE OF THE SUMMER HAS PASSED

          we have purchased a lloyd ac on[protected], within the first day when the ac was installed there was a gas leak in the compressor, but technician always used to fill the gas but he never look in that compressor there was a leakage .last year when my warranty period got off, the very next month we find that same issue that was the cooling problem due to gas leak. then they said we have to pay 2500rs for gas charging then we said now we cant afford this at this moment may be later on . then on may 2013 we called them and said them the issue then they checked on compressor that there was a leak in the condenser coil and the cost to fix it was 8000rs. now we really freaked out of our product because it is getting too expensive. we really cant pay such a big amount till gas charging charges its fine . but we cant pay for poor quality of your product and if this issue is occurring again and again. if you are not going to resolve this issue then we have to make an official complaint against your company

          I purchased Lloyd ac (LS19A5LN, 1.5 ton, 5 star) on June 26, 2014 and from the day one it is not working well. This ac do not ensure proper air circulation in the room. The remote control of ac is very poor. This ac throw air in one direction and if you are sitting in that direction only then you will feel any cooling. This ac do not cool my small room even after operating the whole night. I already have Voltas and Godrej air conditioner both 1.5 ton and 5 star. This Lloyd is nothing as compare to these air conditioners. So, think twice before investing money on this ac. I would say even a cheap air cooler has good air circulation then this ac. Shame on you Lloyd! Hire some good engineers and redesign your products. You are wasting resources by manufacturing sub-standard products.
          I have purchased Lloyd Split Ac on 28 April 2008 by Drishti Trading Niralanagar, Lucknow. From beginning, I am facing cooling problems. I complaint so may times. Lloyd executive, service men never take seriously. Some of executive talking roughly. Behavior are also not satisfactory. My last complaint no LEEL[protected] not resolve since more than one month. I called Noida executive also on phone[protected]. Its technician number is [protected]. I complaint on toll free number also. But all or bogus. Not interested to solve your problems they are saying that we only provide two years service .after that company not provide any parts. It means, if you are going to purchase Lloyd AC, mind it, its life will only two years.

            AC not working properly

            We purchased Lloyd split AC (Model no. FL18sacgl4EL) on date 26/4/08 from Khanna trading co. 112 railway road bajaria, Ghaziabad, U.P.. From the very first day the wings of the AC was not working properly. We talked to the dealer then with company’s Manager (services) and Manager (sales). After putting a lot of efforts, several visits of non skilled technician and company executives and 100s of telephone calls we got the replacement...
