I brought lloyd company ac in February month and since just after the installation I have given a complain that different types of sounds are coming from the the and now its April and upto now also executives are coming and they all say we will call you tomorrow but no call ia coming from them so I request you to please help me out in this.

    I have purchased a lloyd 1.5 tone split A.C on 14th of JUNE 2015.Then in APRIL 2016, I logged a complain for my A.C was not working properly and technician came to my home for repair A.C and he directly refilled a gas without finding the reason of gas leakage.And then a gas was starting leakage in 50 days.Then I again called to customer care but they were giving me the fake reasons for that.And then I did not want to repair my A.C till next summer.Then on 30th march 2017, i called a customer care again and i submit my complain(my request no. is LEEL[protected].And then technician came to my house and he cleaned out my A.C with using the piece of cloth and he took 350 rs. for that.Then I again asked to him that what is the reason behind leakage of gas? but he answered me that when we refilled a gas then we find the proper reason for that.For Last 3 times technician did not give the any receipt or invoice for they charged.Then next day I again called a customer care but they told me that your problem is already solved yesterday.Then I talked with area manager Prayag Thakar but my problem is not solved till today.i called them more than 50 times but they chitted me by giving fake reasons.
    we have purchased a lloyd A.C due to brand and best Quality. lloyd is big brand of high repute has such a poor service and rude staff.
    I need my A.C repair immediately.This would be my last complain.If i do not get a result for this in next 3 days then i have to take legal actions and further steps.

    Dear Sir,
    Inconveniency regretted for your Lloyd Product Breakdown.
    As per our telephonic conversation on 08th April at 18:45 hrs, you’re not ready to pay o/w Gas Charging to get repaired your split air conditioner which is almost 2 years old (Purchase Dt: 14/06/2015) and not under warranty!

    Hence gas charging cannot be done Free of Cost as product is out of warranty and subject to get repair chargeable only..

    However gas was leaked 3 times in 1 year than what is the reson behind that?

    I have purchased LLOYD AC due to big brand and best quality

      I purchased a window ac 1 ton from geeta electronics from yamunanagar. The installation worker is very rude. Not installation proper & no checked ac is it working properly. Next day we installated by other person but ac's swing fan not working and we complain to service provider. I want replace my ac now because it's new only 5days old. Please you can do this.

        I have a complain for gas leakage for my account but these guys are not coming to do that also. They said they will come on 29th March 2017(10am) but they didn't come. When my husband called him he cutted the call, then after few try he finally lifted the call and said there is no one on shop so he cannot came right now. I mean are we fool who are waiting for ths guy for past 3 hours. My husband have to take a leave from his office just because of the simple work. These guys come on odd time usually after 8pm, when our society don't allow any sort of work to be done. I am really pissed off by there service.

          Dear sir, i have purchased a spilte ac from bhavna home appliances surat and it has a above one year of the purchased date now a days there is a problem facing by us that the ac is not working and cooling is not there so i have call to customer care department about my ac but the came to check my and take the charges(350rs)of checking so i have givin it and after check they tell me about compreser is not working so my compreser is under warenty of 5 year now they are again telling us the money amount of (2200rs) so what the rubbish meaning of the warenty of the compreser of the 5 year

          Its my humble requst to you to plz look out the complete and reslove as soon as posible

            I have purchased my new 28 inches led tv in the month of April 2016 with 1 year warranty. 2 days 1/12/2016 back suddenly it's display was stop working. I have registered my complain next day 2/12/2016 but there is no response from company till now. After I have tried to call the agent when he picked up the call he start abusing us. Other companies never take that much time even if they take time but never abuse any customer like this. The agent number I also have with me. My contact no. [protected]

            Request to concern department please do the needful.

              My Lloyd air conditioner not working from last 3 months. Made complaint a lot of time but nothing happened. Every time i called service centre they told our technician will soon repair my ac. But still nothing happened.its winter season now.And if these company is not able to repair my ac in winters what would happen in summers.
              I bought these ac in may 2016 and such new ac is not working, very disappointing.

                  I had logged complaints of my split AC on 12/05/16, 05/07/2016,
                  09/07/2016 and
                  24/08/2016 for the same problem.(last complaint No: LEEL[protected]
                  Your technician visited at site on 25/09/16 (after four month) for replacing the faulty BLOWER and blower motor of AC with the new one.He submitted his report to the seniors that he had replaced the parts without replacing those parts and took back with him.It has fifteen days today, Whenever I contact the concerned person he never answer my call and the technician, who visited at site, assures me that he will reach my site in one or two days.But till now my problem is not resolved.

                  I have received ac from sanjay electronics dehuroad pune maharashtra after 1 month also ac is not been assembled by company...very slow service...almost summer is ending now in lonavla we use ac for 2 months only as we already have purchased it and the piece is with us like a thrash...we have called dealer many times but no response from him...

                    I bought a lloyd split type air-conditioner for Rs23000/- from M/s QRS Ltd, NH road, Ernakulam 682024 under invoice no[protected] on 01.4.2014..From the very beginning this AC was abruptly stopping showing error no E6.After persistent complaints and phone calls, the company franchise technician arrived on 04.6.2015 and took the motor for repairs.Still the error continued and at last a service technician from lloyd checked it and stated that the PCB is faulty.They arranged replacement of the PCB on 11.7.2015.
                    After a gap of about 1 year the same error code repeated.On my persistent calls and booking a complaint in th system of lloyd website under No LEEL[protected] on 23.8.2016 a technician arrived on 24.8.2016 stating that the motor needs replacement and took away the entire indoor unit of th AC. There is no further response yet
                    In the meanwhile i had sent an e-mail to email id of the GM of the company at Hyderabad pointing out my plight and requesting replacement of this AC at company cost as the original one has some inherent fault that cannot be set right.

                    This e mail was sent on 9.9.2016 and repeated on 24.9.16.

                      I have a 50inch LLOYD tv, which I had bought on October, 2014. Warranty has expired. On 17th August, 2016 TV screen has gone all black. The green on/off light comes on, but no picture appears. I complaint on Lloyd customer care and they send thier technician on 22nd August, 2016. One of them is Sandeep Dwibedi and another man named Bulu who is a local guy, they took the TV to service centre which is on dhenkanal. Later they came with the TV, which was then working and charged RS.17000 for the repair. I asked for the bill and the man BULU told yes I will give it the next day, as a local guy I trusted him and gave them Rs.17000. But after 5 hours, TV had the same problem. I called both Bulu and Sandeep Dwibedi, they both replied we are not your servants we cannot go to your home daily to fix problem. They both don't know manner. Later I complaint to Customer Care of LLOYD and they said we will look over the matter, BUT TILL NOW NO ONE HAS COME TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I feel cheated. SO I WANT RS.17000 + COMPENSATION of Rs.50000

                        We have purchased ac in april from mayur vihar delhi dealer, got it installed by dialing to company provided numbers, two persons have come,
                        Taken heavy amount from us on the verge of installation and pipe cost, also taken our pipe from us in exchange of their pipe, and ac is not working since then, ac is leaking heavy water in drawing room.
                        We keep calling them again and again and they come, see it, but doesn't correct it.
                        Every time they say only that the person who has come from company is not from company actually and they will take heavy installation charges again that too after many followups, since april we have been continuosuly following them up on cals, phones
                        Every time service center representative comes, asks for money again and again and don't resolve the complaint.
                        They provide receipt and then after that they say always, u might have got it installed from somewhere else, we have not send any person for installation.
                        While that person has came from their company only, they all know him well. And talk to him and speak false everytime.
                        Company has all fraud peoples in servicing, very bad product, comany peoples, and bad service, installation etc.
                        They all are again and again asking for money without giving proper service, they all are frauds and thieves in company and too cheaters

                          Dont buy lloyd ac ls19a3gr (1.5 ton) version i was cheated by dealership

                          Dear sir/ madam,

                          This is to bring to your notice regarding my bitter experience with one of your dealer’s lloyd air-condition (mohammed madani sadhik anwar) rajahmundry, andhra pradesh, india.

                          I own seven lloyd air-conditions and i believe lloyd has the best service and customer satisfaction all around the world, i was the happiest customer of lloyd, both in india and uk as well. i had planned for another ac and obviously lloyd was my first option.

                          I had walked into your dealership on the 29th of july 2016, i was briefed by their sales executive mr. mohammed madani sadhik anwar, i had asked regarding lloyd ls19a3ob, after knowing my usage pattern he insisted me to opt for lloyd ac ls19a3gr saying that lloyd ls19a3ob is nothing when compared to lloyd ac ls19a3gr and he also bluntly promised me that will be more cooling, and less noise. so i had bought the ac lloyd ls19a3gr on the same day itself 29th of july 2016. on 30th of july 2016 the ac got delivered to my address and installed with the technicians.

                          To my surprise the sound i am getting is very loud, i was very much displeased and disappointed by the performance of the ac, in the matters of sound. on the same day of ac installed i spoke to the sales executive mr. mohammed madani sadhik anwar and complained regarding the sound. the sales executive mr. mohammed madani sadhik anwar stated that he will send the technician for the problem check-up, as he said the technician arrived to my address on the same day 30th of july 2016 which i raised the complaint. i was very disappointed after i met the technician he clearly stated "specifically this model lloyd ac ls19a3gr sound will come loud than other models" and he left. i am very disappointed by the way the sales executive mr. mohammed madani sadhik anwar lied and cheated by your dealership.

                          I was cheated by the dealership and i was very disappointed, they sold lies. all i want is the promised sound-less ac if not i want to be fixed as soon as possible.

                          Please resolve my issue else i will be filing a suit in the consumer forum against your company and your dealer.

                            Hello all,

                            I am dr. dharam singh meena would like to share this feedback about newly buy product and support you provided for services.

                            I recently purchase llyod split ac on recommendation of friend and due to low cost. but now i am realise this as my wrong decision.

                            Firstly, it is difficult for me to understand how in brand new ac, pcb and transformer became faulty in spite of having best and good electric support and backup.

                            Secondly, in spite of registering complaint with complaintid is: leel[protected],. i am not getting any solution since 23rd of july, its almost 7 days. today i received call from your third party engineering support provider that this two parts are not available. tell me what should i do in this case, whose mistake is this. might be it's my mistake that i purchased your product.

                            Another interesting thing, no one bother to attend my calls except your customer support number even your area service head and secondary party mr umesh and his team of brt enterprises.

                            I need solution of my complain to get resolve upto sunday in any case, other wise i would like to raise this in consumer forum. if you this spare parts is not available, replace my split ac with brand new split ac.

                              Dear friends, one of our ac purchased from girias electronics. Coimbatore 641012.Installed in our complex beauty parlor on 30.04.2016. The installation persons are too lazy to complete the installation, also not given us the installation report. The very next day, a problem started & complaint registered. They have taken 3 days to visit the place. Removed (The swing blade portion - total part, and went. Till date no response from the service dealer (Velandipalayam - [protected]) the owner of the service center only came and removed it. But worst response & service from them. After several communication finally, after several complaint we got the contact number of mr. Rajasekaran - lloyd ([protected]) and informed the issues, but no use of it. He also not responded our complaint. Even girias manager knows these issues, but he is also not helped us. So friends before buying lloyd ac or any other products, kindly ensure the service center activities and buy. If we are not getting any correct solution, we are going to file a complaint in consumer forum.

                                I \, neetu trehan r/o c-1-679, palam vihar gurgaon had purchased your washing machine lwms85l (pink flower) serial no lwms85l[protected] on[protected] thru your dealer m/s guru nank air tech p ltd, dundahera, gurgaon.

                                And surprisingly in the month of november 2015, the spinning wheel of the machine stopped working suddenly and i got electric shock also. i reported the matter to your dealer and they got it repaired with the promise /assurance of not getting the problem again.

                                Then again in january, 2016 the same spin tub problem came up which was again attended by your servicing staff with a repeated assurance of proper fuctioning of your product.
                                But shockingly, it again happened in march 2016 with a high voltage shock to me. this time i refused to get it repaired and asked for the replacement of the machine. then one of your staff mr. hitesh promised me to replace the machinein the condition of another chance.

                                Now, again on 15th july the machine soin tub stopped working and since that day i m chasing all the concerned persons to fulfill their promise to replace the machine but of no avail. i had a long chat with mr. sanjay kaushik and he ha dtalked so rudely with me and putting the entire blame on me for all this problem.

                                I would like to request you to look into the matter and solve the issue asap failing which i will have to move to the consumer court to get justice.

                                  I purchased two llyod split ac from authrised dealer of company, anuradha electronics sitamarhi bihar in march 2016 but due to faulty installation of ac by technicians the drainage system of ac is not functioning properly and in rainy season water comes in room, due to this once short circuit and fire has created financial loss,,,, i have complaint to the customer care for more than 4 times but no solution has been made. i want immediate solution else i will file court case against the llyod ac company.

                                    Unfortunately i bought a Split AC of Lloyd. Since March end this year, have been calling them to do the servicing (with summer approaching). Till date, all i have received are false assurances on call.
                                    The company has zero regard for the customer. Once you buy their product, you might as well go to hell. They don't care.
                                    I kept calling them and they kept telling me that a staff will come.
                                    Their Area Manager, another incompetent staff, Shvetanshu also promised the same. Their UP Head, Pankaj Agarwal's phone is either busy or he won't take my call. When i messaged him, i got a reply after 2hours that he can't talk.
                                    If you are selling the product, who is responsible for the after sales service?
                                    I had to get someone from outside to do the servicing and shell out extra money.

                                      I have registered a complain against my lloyd AC not working on Saturday(04th June 2016) and I was told that the technician will be coming in 24 hours ..

                                      Its been 8 days that they have been giving false commitment everyday that the technician is coming..

                                      I want a compensation for the lost time and mental harassment for the wrong commitment given by service center

                                      I have been speaking to the most non efficient staff as well

                                      I wants to practice my right and want justice

                                      and also want a stern action to be taken against the Lloyds Company

                                        I have purchase the Ac on12/3/16 at kakinada in sri aditya refrigeration in east godavari dist but it was installed at eluru in west godavari dist Ap.My AC not getting cool fast as befor ice is forming near the out door unit out let pipes.I contact the eluru service center but they are saying to call the person from where I buy is the ice.please give the salutation for my problem
