Hi, I would like to thank for prompt service and hence its not attended so far and really appreciating the way directly or indirectly trapping the customer to have AMC with you else please ready for the problem... Anyway, Thanks for your attention. on 20-Mar-15 I have received 2 calls and summary are as 1. [protected] at 12.59 ended in 11 mins - Completely unprofessional and non-ethical behaviour and way of talking mostly with Haryanwi accent. Even he was not knowing the call details and continuously arguing and trying to proof that I am having incorrect call ID details. I asked so many times to share his mail id so that I'll forward but did not. 2. [protected] at 12.15 ended in 10.35 mins _ Mainly this call was to convince me that since I do not have AMC, that's why you are facing the problem. After above, even I got the call from Accurate engineering to fill the gas and the meeting was concluded to be done on last saturday(21-Mar-15) but he did not turn up. Now I would like to share few feelings / conclusion with you are as for Lloyd... ----Cold response from your side, probably is indicating that nothing is going to happen. And its upto the customer whatever wants to do, should be done. ----Cheapest way of your company to extort money from customers ?? ----Is Lloyd a Multinational company or just general store?? ----Need to justify the slogan from khusio ki guarantee or tension ki gaurantee?? For Vijay Sales...They do not worry about the customer's retention, simply trap the customer and squeeze it as Llyod is doing...rest go to hell.

    We bought LED tv from YBM (dealer) through Snapdeal. Product has warranty of 12 months. Now TV is not working & I have submitted my complaint to Liyod (LEEL[protected]). Service center person came at our home and told that we will not provide warranty as you bought from snapdeal. I told them to give me in writing so i can take up same matter to snapdeal. But they are not providing in writing neither warranty. I have esclated to all level (emailed them). They are not picking my phone & they have removed all complaint details from website.

      i bought lloyds aircondition, after two months electronic board is damaged inside the aircondition, i call customercare of lloyds, the told me we will repair soon, after one week they come to my home we will purchase parts and will assemble soon maximum one week, we called every week they told me next week will come, parts not reached here, after 7 months he come to fix the parts after the complaint for kochi, mumbai, trivandrum, very poor company,

          I purchase a Lloyd LED 24" TV on June 2011. The TV was working fine till last month. It was not powering up and I put service request in Lloyd. The service was carried out and power board was replaced at 2200 Rs. Even after its been replaced the complaint persisted and I had to raise a complaint again. The service team informed me that they have discontinued this model and the service parts for this product is not available. Instead, they will calculate the depreciation value of the TV and I can buy a new one. The depreciation is calculated 20% per year. For 3 years they calculated 60% depreciation!! I have to buy a new TV from them at the MRP value. They are refusing even to consider an DEALER PRICE. Even if i buy a new TV, after 3 years if it went wrong, they will picture's the same story and will ask me to buy another Lloyd TV. This is a truly unfair sales business I have ever heard. The short production of service parts is not Customers fault. Company must understand that a customer must receive continuous support from the them or we will simply refuse to opt it and will go for other brands. There are many pioneers out there in the market. I raised my complaint against Lloyd to fair treat their customers and to warn about products from such companies who opt to buy from them.

            I bought 1.0 ton split AC (L13A5P) from Vijay Sales, Indirapuram Ghaziabad which was installed on 8-Jul-2013. The cooling from the very beginning was not good but it was manageable as we moved towards the winter season. Starting March 14, this issue became quite prominent but could not be diagnosed by the Service engineers. In July'14, I shifted to a new house and got the AC shifted from Llyods engineers. Service engineer noticed the same issue (poor cooling) and diagnosed that the outdoor fan motor has gone bad and it has to be replaced. For many weeks now, I have yet to receive the part and unable to use the AC. The worst part is that there is no intimation of the progress on my call and calls are closed without checking. I am give nos of Service managers of Ghaziabad and Noida but none of these are answering the calls. This part is also not available in the open market. So I am badly stuck and suffering in the heat. I strongly recommend not to buy a Llyods AC ever not because of poor service but also because of poor product quality as the AC has troubled me from the very beginning.

              We have bought a lloyd split AC for our Office and made a complaint for water leakage for at least 7 times and most of the times after long wait the engg visit to attend the problem. After opening the whole AC again and again other faults started coming like blower not working or swing not working which made our summer he'll. now the AC is in the position to throw. Now after shouting on customer care executive they have given there service manager number his name is. Shiva Goswami who never picks a call which is the most horrible thing.

                Purchased split ac on 7th april 2014 .Used ac hardly for a month and compressor failed .Filed a complained leel[protected] on 12th july14. Still no action is taken and we r yet waiting for replacement of compressor.

                Llyod should change the slogan from khusio ki guarantee to tension ki gaurantee.

                  I have registered complaint (complaint id[protected] with LLoyd customer service on date 10th May 2014, as my LLoyd TV was not showing any picture. Upon which LLyod technician called up on mobile and said your board has gone and need to be replaced without visiting site. He did this analysis based on his experience. For fist 15 days nothing happened as they were saying we are waiting for board as it is not available. Then they started saying company has stopped supporting old models so board will not be available. They gave us option to go for higher model by paying some more money. To which I am not ready as I have already saw their customer service. Today(6 July 2014) after almost 2 months LLyod technician came after so much follow up. He came with board whose metal parts were rusted. Upon inquiring where warranty card for this part he said he will provide receipt which will act as warranty card. That bill was printed one without bill no. What kind of service is this, first you keep waiting customer for 2 months after which you are giving rusted part with warranty on printed bill that too was not from Lloyd but some local agency. That part ealrier have cost me 3500 and now again i have to pay same amout Please help me to resolve this issue.

                    On 31st May 2014, I lodged a request with lloyd at no. [protected] vide comp. no.[protected] and same day a company technician, Mr Rajesh reported at my residence. He told me that there was leakage of gas and requires filling of gas. I agreed and then he told me that Rs. 3000/- will be my charges. He did the required and at the time of payment, when I requested for receipt, he told me that he forgot the receipt book and he assured me that by tomorrow 11 AM, he will be forwarding that receipt on my mail address for which I agreed being a company rep but that never happened.Then I again approached cust. care who transferred the call to Mr Abhinash Sharma( mob[protected], mr Munir Khan( [protected]), but in vain.Then on 07 Jun one Mr Rajan, another technician visited my AC who after checking told me that the GRILL temp shown was 20 degrees against 12/13 degrees and quantum of gas was too less.Since 31 May14 till date I have been requesting each and every body but nobody is picking my phones and my AC is lying in idle condition. 1. Pl.get my AC repaired as per standards laid down 2. The receipt of the amount be provided to me for my records and 3. The excess amount charged my be refunded to me.                       Hi, I had purchased 2 lloyd Split ACs LS13A5SN and LS19A5SN from Sam Appliances & electronic Thane W on 28th April 2014. I had the problem of water leakage from Indoor unit of LS19A5SN through air flow part. For which i had raised complaint id LEEL[protected] on 3rd June 2014. Even after 1 day nobody called & attended the complaint, so i called the number of technician [protected] to whom my complaint was assigned, but he was not picking up the call. After that i got number of regional manager head number from call centre i.e sandeep sir [protected], he told me that it will be resolved that day 4th june. But it is now 5th june nobody is bothered to even call & address my complaint. I am frustrated by this kind of service from lloyd company. Kindly help in this case. Thanks, Abdul Hamid Agwan

                        Purchase one AC on 29/03/2014. After one week my AC not cooling, when I registered the complaint, they came repairing for 3 times again the same thing. They came and taken the product after few days they said parts not available . When part came that time only we can repair the product.So i am waiting for that.                         I purchased LLoyd Inverter 1.5 ton ac Model No.LS18I31AF on 13th May 2018 Installed on 16th May 2018 from Sri Venkata Ramana Agencies Sullurupeta Nellore dist Andhra Pradesh. Since then the cooling effect of the unit is not satisfactory, as it is not giving Sufficient cooling effect even in the small room of dimension 6 x 10 inches.A complaint is given to the customer service.Two persons attended, at cooling effect is not improved.it is very Painful to submit that the product is selected through net after observing the features of the set, but we are very much disappointed with the performance.Hence we are request do needful early either by improving the performance or replace the unit.

                          I have used LLoyed A/C, unfortunaly i shifted my house and the de-instllation was done by lloyed service person only, i called lloyed for re-instllation in the month of may-2013 and the service person came and installed the AC with new copper pipe and i was charged Rs. 1250 for installation & 750x3=2250 for the new pipe, but afte 3 days the AC was not cooling and when i returned from my overseas visit my family told me the AC was not coolin, i called lloyed custome care and the service enginer came and again charged me Rs. 900 for gas top-up and service charge of Rs.400, however the AC worked for About 15 days and the same issue has happend again, i am very fustrated with how lloyed treats there customes by taking money and not doing a good job, i pay for all the service charges but nothing happens, what should i do...i need my AC to work for what i have payed for please help.

                            To whom so ever it may concern,
                            Cheapest way of your company to extort money from customers. Is Lloyd a Multinational company or just general store.
                            This is to bring to your notice that we have purchased a split AC of 1.5 ton from show room of vijay sales located in Mira bhayander road on date 15/03/2010. While purchasing Your Company states that there is a 5 year warranty on compressor.
                            Fifteen days back our compressor was not functioning properly, due to which we had called up your customer care on date 08/07/2013 and received a complaint no. LEEL[protected] and informed them about the same and requested them for servicing for our AC. They have asked us for our invoice number which unfortunately we didn’t have as we have lost it during our house renovation. Your engineer had visited at our place he checked everything there was a default in compressor despite that he extorted money from us telling that “ aapke paas bill nai hai aur compressor thik se chal raha hai koi problem nahe hai appko paisa dena padega” whereas our fan stops working in between he charged Rs. 350 from us and didn’t gave us any service and gave bill of some another company named accurate engineering. He did fraud with us without providing any service. When we had called Lloyd how can a person of accurate come and loot us. We have asked for duplicate bill from Vijay sales they told that they have complete information in their system regarding the same but they have physical copy of past three years so they can’t issue us the duplicate bill. Even if we don’t have our bill they still have complete details in their system how can your company deny in providing service and your person extorts money in name of your company providing bill of another company. Is your system so worst that you don’t have data of past 3 years. We expect a reply from your end within 3 days or else we need to take necessary actions regarding your fraud company and fraud employee.

                              sir i belong to sri ganganagar rajasthan i had purchased 8 nos. of a.c. i ton Lloyd on[protected]and[protected] now the free services which are given by the company to service centre are not entertain by the company authorised service centre that is toll free nos.[protected]which are provided on product. from last two months i am regular complaining on the toll free no but the irrespective way of talking of the company employees and non - response on the complaint till today i.e.[protected].
                              please control on this type of misbehavior and unresponsive on complaints which are genuine.

                                I have 2 split ACs of Lloyd...within a year they started giving problems with gas leakage and have been services by their personnel 3...4 times but still keeps having problems. The officials I have been talking to now say that the warranty has expired while the last service was done less than a month back when the AC was still under warranty!

                                  I purchased Lloyd ac on 20may but it doesn't after one week.It has very low cooling capacity while my cooler has more cooling capacity.This is worst ac that I bought ever in my life.I request to everyone please don't purchase this worst ac.I gonna give it -10⭐star.

                                  My open letter to Lloyd!

                                  Hi Mr. Shaju and All,

                                  Thanks for responding. But I do not agree with the contents of your mail. The disagreement is not due to my personal bias towards your product, but based on facts and your own documents.

                                  1. You wrote that the AC is working as per specification; but it is not.

                                  As per rating plate of your AC, its cooling capacity is 12000Btu/Hr, which translates to 1 Ton of refrigeration or 3024 Kilocalories/hr. Your simple thermometer will prove that it fails badly to meet this specification. More-ever it consumes a power of 1.5Kw/h without producing any result, causing a Nationwide loss of precious electric energy.

                                  2. You wrote that it is meant for spot cooling only; but it is not.

                                  As per the manual supplied with this AC, its second page clearly states, ''This appliance is designed for home air conditioning". Please also read on page 6 of same manual, " Ideal for hot muggy weather when you need to cool and dehumidify the room."

                                  Besides the unit is not even designed to do spot cooling as it becomes immobile when connected to the exhaust accessories and swing is also not provided to SPOT the air towards the desired point.

                                  3. The product is not billed directly by Lloyd; Yes it is true; but the manufacturer become the main party when the manufactured product is found to have a manufacturing defect or faulty design. Since I am myself an engineer, I can prove with substantial evidence that this product has a design fault and does not meet its mentioned specs.

                                  4. The first page of the supplied manual states, " Lloyd takes great pride in providing its customers with perfect products that adheres to international quality standards"; but it is not.

                                  5. The first page of the supplied manual also states, "Lloyd is committed to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction..."; but it is not.

                                  Mr. Shaju, since the day, the replaced AC has been delivered at my place, I've just used it once and then repacked it in its box. On installation, I kept it powered on for 12 hrs in a room size of 9ftX10ft, with proper exhaust of hot air etc., but the room temperature didn't come down by even a degree. It makes no point to waste precious energy by using this product. Now it has occupied a space in my room and has become a liability rather than a utility.

                                  I've spent substantial amount of my savings to buy this product and this has not served any purpose. This has caused mental agony to me and I am sure only Lloyd is responsible for causing such frustration to me; and not only me; also to a number of customers who've purchased this product and are dissatisfied with it. I've built a database of all such persons and we are collectively going to challenge your product and the amount charged from us.

                                  Though I tried to get myself heard and expected the issue to be resolved by Lloyd management, but it doesn't seem to be working. This is prompting me to bring this issue to the larger audience by filing consumer complaint and also PIL, since the product is violating BEI efficiency standards and is causing a loss of precious power energy, which is a National concern.

                                  I hope that you are now in agreement to the points I made.

                                  I purchased portable Lloyd AC in August 16 from Tarang agency varaseoni dist Balaghat MP there is no cooling at all on the contrary it throws warm air even at 17degrees

                                    Lloyd AC is a complete waste of money. Lloyd AC disappointed me greatly and I wanna get rid of this scrap now. Just bought it some days back and it has already become a piece of junk at my home. Giving my Lloyd AC at throwaway price. But mind it, Lloyd id poor in performance. Lloyd AC doesn't cool and please don't blame me if this doesn't work for you too. Bought it for Rs: 25000 and selling it for 20000 only.

                                      i bought Lloyd portable ac for my 10*14 living room , it does not cool enough and does not reach at set temperature at 27 degree even after 8 hours , it means it runs compressor continuously where as ONIDA split ac in my same area bedroom cools in 10 minutes and get auto cut of after each 7 minutes for approx 5 minutes

                                      after one month my Lloyd ac get horrible noise from compressor i put it off and uninstalled the same and installed Onida split ac works fine

                                      don't buy any product from Lloyd its waste of money and time

                                      I have purchased LED 32" LED TV on[protected] at M/s. sri sai venkataramana agencies, sullurpet dealer. Yesterday suddenly the video section is not working. please register the claim and send your representative at the earliest. waiting for your reply

                                        I bought a 1 ton Lloyd portable AC from Vijay Sales, pune on 05/03/2013. before purchase we (Me & my wife) asked few questions to sales representatives about its performance & efficacy in comparison to split AC of 1 ton. we told him we are staying on top floor in rented house & room size approx.15 square meter. then he replied sir it is very good & cooling effect as good as split AC, there is no problem of gas leaking etc..... we again came & confirmed the same...he again gave us same answer. product deliver to us after 2 days & company wala person came after 4-5 days. at the time of its opening from the box, it was dis-balanced because out of 4 wheel 1 was small. we told company wala banda to replace that wheel, firstly he replied sir ye to aise hi rahta h & itne se koi fark nahi padta. then i insist to replace the wheel, he said ok. after repetitive phones to customer care that wheel had not replaced for 15 days. i registered the 1st complaint on 13/03/13 to customer care about wheel problem & not cooling properly but they did not gave me the complaint id. after almost a month later company banda came & replace the wheel and on cooling complaint he said sir ye to itna hi thanda karta h. we told him bhaiya poori rat chalao 18 degree C pe with high fan speed, it acts like cooler only but we can nott open the door & window............it is consuming electricity like water. after few days i again register the same complaint again no id no. & no response for 5-7 days after that same company wala banda came on Sunday, he checked & told sir ye isse jyada nahi kar payga, aj hi ke din aisi same complaint 4 or customer se check kar ke a rha hun......& he remarked No effective cooling on complaint paper. next day msg came from company is your compliant is closed because it has been resolved. after few day i again register the same complaint online on 03/05/13 with id no. (LEEL [protected]). same day in evening, i went to dealer's shop (vijay sales) & request them i am very much frustrated & pareshan from that AC plz replace with 1 to split AC of same company & i will pay the difference. he told sir 1st i have to talk with company for this matter..........next day 04/05/13 Saturday, me n my wife again went there he told sir i talked to company, company is saying as long as machine is working in good condition we won't replace. same banda told us sir agar ap within 2 days me cmplaint late the to we will replace that now we are helpless (Sir 2 din me to AC bhi deliver nahi hua tha). then i talked to company wala person for the same, he told the same & said you request to vijay sales for its replacement because unke sales representative ne apko wrong information di hai. next dat i again went there & requested plz replace it with 1 ton split AC, it is useless & hum log bahut pareshan ho rahe hai, plz do something. again he told i will talk to my Sr for the last time & you call me after 2 days. i called him on monday 06/05/13 he replied sir nothing can happened. after few days i again registered complaint online 15/05/13 with id no. LEEL [protected] for the same & some smell of wire burn, again company customer care banda came after 3 days, checked & told sir jalne ki smell to nahi h.....sab thik h but cooling the problem to iske sath ise replace kra lo. i again registered a complaint on 21/5/13..........till date no response.
                                        Sir in nutshell we r very much distressed & frustrated from that portable AC............there is very minimal/no cooling in even 6-7 hrs continuous running & electricity consumption is very high. please help us in this matter. we r looking forward for your response.

                                        Vijay Sales / Birla Cooler Product — Not satisfied with customer services

                                        HI Please take their case as Vijay sale (A big name) is not giving any good customer services as we bought a product (Brila Air Cooler)
                                        that air cooler is not working properly and we tried calling them from last 1 month and till today they dint gave us customer service and our cooler is not at all working now.As they stop answering our calls and they don't even bother to take an owner ship to give customer service.

                                        We have the warranty bill with purchase date and the amount we paid.

                                        Please take a strict action on Vijay sales.

                                        Mr. Amardeep, I also faced a similar problem with Lloyd LP12HC portable AC. it is a complete waste of money and the worst thing is that the manufacturer doesn't care. The manufacturer cannot fool customers like that. I am going to file a complaint against the manufacturer in the consumer court. This AC has a faulty design and this a causing a loss to the nation by consuming precious electric energy without any output. Let us mutually take action against Lloyd and make them to pay for the mental agony they are causing to thousands of buyers.

                                        This is the latest mail that I sent to all officials of Lloyd:

                                        "Hi All

                                        I am seeing a huge manpower (or possibly fake mail ids), but none having the courtesy to respond back and address the grievance regarding the product Lloyd LP12HC portable AC.

                                        Time and again, since I purchased this AC on 5 May, I've been requesting to get my AC replaced as the same is not efficient in cooling and has a faulty design.

                                        Since I didn't receive any communication or response from Lloyd, now I want to make it loud and clear to the entire world and especially the consumers that Lloyd does not have any customer-care policy, sell products that do not work and adopt unfair business practices. I want to save every single individual from felling trap into your products. I will be taking this message to every possible forum, communities, social sites so that more and more people are aware of your fail products and your poor customer care.
