I used hair excellence black shade cream but the result was not acceptable. I applied on my hair and dried it for 2 hours but I could not see any change in my hair. It gave me very bad result. My grey hair was same as before even after removing it from hair cream. There was no effect of black cream on my hair. I am disappointed with your product. Bad product.

For a company that makes billions of dollars I can't understand why the gloves provided are so cheap it's very frustrating when u go to colour Ur hair and the gloves break not any that would it kill u to make them a little bigger.
It's really disappointing I have the colour ready to go and no gloves
So what am I suppose to do now

I purchased loreal paris compact from life style, Pheonix mall, Kurla.After payment I got a link about customer rating, the sales girl named Rabia took the link from me and Rated herself, customer rating are given by customers and the compact was so bad I tried to return but she's not accepting.Please take up this issue sales girl don't have rights to rate themselves.

I have been using your BB cream (light/fair) for several years as my go to foundation and absolutely love it. HOWEVER, the current tube I have leaves small dark brown spots on the surface of my facial skin and I have to wipe these away every day. They look like spots of dirt on my face. I bought another new tube and tried it, but unfortunately it is doing the very same thing. Was something changed in the preparation or ingredients used? I hate to switch products but this is requiring an extra step and extra time each day. I appreciate your checking into this. Thank you.

After having hair smoothning within 1 week my half hair turned hard, rough and they looks like wire. They get attached with other hair and did not apart even after shampoo, conditioner and syram, and if I try to solve it they break from root or from middle part .
And though I have done this treatment with kerasmooth my harifalls in bunch like cuttend hair . And also there is inching in my scalpe

Hii.i am a regular user of loreal products and i was satisfied but.recently i bought this item from Amazon..i think the product is not genuine.Smell of the conditioner is really bad..it smells like an heavy chemical..and makes my hair very dry and rough also have severe hairfall after using this.

Bought a pack of loreal Paris excellence creme from a nearby chemist shop ( kunal medicoes, rk puram sector 6, New delhi) on 3rd April.

Today on 7th April, unpacked to apply. Surprisingly the developer bottle has about 20ml of liquid. Upon informing this to kunal medicoes, they advised me to call customer care.

The customer care no printed on the pack does not work

Searched in Google, the no there also says a wrong no.
I hope there is someone who is there to read this . Because all proved fake till now

Is there a way to get coupons to make up for terrible cosmetic products? I just bought a lash blast clump free mascara from Loreal, and although it does go on smoothly/clump free, it begins flaking off terribly in just a few hours of wearing it, despite that I haven't touched my eyes at all. I've never had a mascara flake off so obviously and so quickly as this one. Normally this happens after you've fallen asleep with makeup still on, and slept on your face to make it flake off this badly. I want to try other products but I'm so tired of spending money on products that don't work (simce the stores don't allow exchanges or returns on cosmetics).

I’ve purchased L'Oreal Professionnel Inforcer Strengthening Shampoo with Vitamin B6 & Biotin, Serie Expert on 28.11.2021 from a popular e-commerce app, which, obviously makes the product i purchased is genuine. I bought this with the hope my break will be stronger with each wash and makes it smooth as per their contents, but ended up with severe hair breakage and never doubted this product due to my blind belief on loreal products as im a long term customer of their brand. But this has severely disappointed me and i started loosing baby hairs too. Im now planning for other treatment for hair under a trichologist due to the extensive damaged caused by this product on my easy going hair. I cant believe this product changed half of my hair texture in a month’s use and made the bond very weak. Very disappointing formula.

I have purchased (24 Dec 2021) Excellence HiColor Violets for Dark Hair Only H-18 Deep Violet for the last 3 years with absolutely no issues until this last purchase. Mixed as I usually mix and started applying - soon realized that the "violet" color NORMALLY get was not there it turned my hair RED/DARK BROWN.

verified both the interior/exterior packaging match - number on both packages matched.

Have pictures for the packaging, color of hair, etc - this is NOT what I expect from a trusted professional hair product.

I used the Loreal hair color but it did not work. My hair is as it was before I colored them. I used this product for the first time and very disappointed as it cos me Rs.550 which is not a small amount for me.

I purchased Age Perfect Micellar Water specifically to remove a limited amount of mascara from my eyes. Unfortunately, it does not achieve this at all. I have followed the instructions, and at first it appears to have succeeded. My thoughts were at first that adding cream to my face after cleansing encouraged residue to appear. However, leaving it entirely clean the mascara still reappears at the bottom (under eyes) - causing a light panda eye finish. I have restarted the process, just in case I wasn't thorough enough in the first place, but it still leaves traces of grey.
My skin is mature. I don't like over use of chemicals and am especially careful not to stretch the skin too much around my eyes, but as previously stated, I have followed the instruction without getting the results.

Can you possibly suggest another product that would be effective, with a one application?

I am very sorry to say that the company executive of loreal is not responding and receiving call.His name is 'ANSHUL PATEL' based in Raipur he supposed to be looking after entire chattisgarh .. We are not happy .He seems to be not interested in adding more customers to.loreal club..Seems that he is only bothered about his home take away salary.
We are a new salon 'Deepti's world of glam' in ambikapur chattisgarh and would want to buy loreal items .His not attending us is pulling us towards buying other brands
Please see to it and deal strictly with such executives.He spoke to me once and I had asked him the schemes after which I never ever received it in last 1 week and he never receives call also and has not replied to my messages.
Totally dissatisfied with services of loreal executive MR ANSHUL PATEL RAIPUR CHATTISGARH..
Please help.us out with loreal details.

I m a loreal customer Seema Agarwal and I m highly disappointed by your services. I have taken a package of loreal for Rs. 600 and initially it was told to me that 1 year validity will be there for the package but after going to the parlour I got to know that the validity is 6 months only.
Moreover the services given by you is really poor. I will never recommend someone for Loreal.
I want your response regarding this otherwise I can go to the consumer court also.

I write to lodge a complain against the L'Oreal authorised salon situated at Barobisha, Alipurduar, West Bengal.

The authorised persons advised us to buy a L'Oreal hair fall treatment kit from them which will cost Rs 2600. I have paid the amount through Google pay instantly on 1st of October 2021 vide upi transaction id[protected]. However till 15th of Evening we have not received the product. the person in charge of the salon was repeatedly misleading me regarding the product and Atlant he agreed to pay back me the amount I have paid for the product.

Since, today evening he had not returned my amount and again started misleading me with all sorts of funny excuses.

I would be grateful, if you could kindly intervene in the above mentioned matter to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I purchased a big bottle of the shampoo and within 2 weeks of its use, the nozzle started malfunctioning due to which the product gets wasted everytime we try to use it. the tip has come off on its own and is not working
