[Resolved] L&t Finance — two wheeler loan | |||
Dear sir, I, minarul sk, am a bona-fide borrower of a two wheeler loan from your organisation having the agreement no. 2421159. I am repaying every installment on a regular basis and there is no due of the emi. But in my cibil report emi of october appeared as due, because of which my cibil score came down. And i was denied enhancement of my running cash credit loan from bank causing major problem in fulfilling my financial requirements. I contacted your local office at berahampur kk banerjee road for help but got no assistance from the staff. Please look after the matter and kindly take necessary action to update my repayment history to cibil so that i could avail loan from other institute. I have taken 10 months Two Wheeler Loan Vide No.3161259 starting from April'2017 & paying EMI regularly. Now I request you to let me know the balance amount payable or send me the SOA & OSB. Immediately & do the needful.

My self Amar Kumar we have taken 24 moths EMI of two wheeler shine my (Agreement no 2683662), we already cleared regularly all EMIs but last EMI not cleared from your end, but guy has calling every time your EMI not cleared last EMI one guy come (Third party)to collected amount from me that time one SMS come to me your L&T finance. But again one more third party calling still not cleared your EMI, please sand me one statement on this mail ID ([protected]@gmail.com), Agreement no 2683662.
