Lucknow Nagar Nigam Complaints & Reviews

I, colonel jk jauhari, am resident of 16 akanksha, udyan 1 eldeco, lucknow. I have lodged two written complaints about a broken rcc manhole cover between 16-17 akanksha and another just opposite and across the road. The complaints were handed over at jal sansthan office in eldeco shopping plaza.
It is now about two months since the complaint was given but no action has been taken so far,

Sir,
by this, I want to tell you about the condition of road in "mehndiganj" which is in "[censored]la devi ward" .Sir road of our locality is in very bad condition and sewer water flowing on road level which gives a worse effect to the near livings .I request you to do something in this regard because it is not a only ones problem.

I m staying in lalbagh capper road here there are so many Street dogs which are very harmful for kids and they r growing more babies before I complain they took 3 dogs and return it back... So plz except my request and take them away

After lots of complaints lucknow nagar nigam is not making ramp on the sewerage of the Ram Prasad Bismil complex Balaganj Lucknow.
Because of this we are not able to continue our business So please help us that somehow they resolve our problem and make ramp on sewerage. Thank You

I regret to inform you that your scavanging staff is not cleaning the road before my house no.C-46 Rajajipuram Lucknow-17. It is almost regular feature resulting in to dirty roads.
2.I also bring to your kind notice that there is no visit of supervisory staff to check the quality of work done by these scavenging staff.Your early action in the matter will be appreciated.

Please take this white big dog from 6 sapru marg dalippur tower. He has become a nuisance. Now after biting everyone in and around the colony, he has become a threat to the residents and our pets.
Please shift him to some other place. The rest of stray dogs are fine. But sheru is certainly a threat now.

Street light (sodium) in front of my house No. E-136 South City Lucknow is out of order since two days . Please pass the necessary orders to repair it at the earliest, to avoid my difficulties.

We are getting water with bad odour &soil for last few days. There have been
instances of chocked sever line in my area .The complaints from the locality aren't solved conclusively. Area is block P .O. indira nagar .

A huge number of pigs are roaming in the area which may lead to number of diseases and also creates irritation. Please do the needful.

Street light lamp post near H.No.B-4/1, Alisha Nagar, Sector-I, Jankipuram.

Switch provided/fixed on the pillar for the purpose of turning the lamp post light off and on the has burnt.I personally phoned the concerned JE about a week back about it but so far the complaint has not been attended to .I, therefore, again request that the burnt switch may kindly be replaced as early as possible and the street light be restored.An early action will be much appreciated.Thanks.

Sir, I already 3 times complaint in nagar nigam rergarding silt in naali. due to silt spred the dirty water in front of my house at my residance 97/157 kasai bara road ltouche road near mazar lucknow. and recive sms doc no 207409& 209489.but till now they dont take any action. I live with my family in house no 4/980., Vikas Nagar. Lot of street dogs are present around house and nearby. They bite people. They fight and bark whole day and night creating disturbance in sleep and safety of people.

Looking to the seriousness of matter immediate action of catching and taking away these street dogs is essential for the safety of people

Sir, this is concern to sewer blockege at my residance area in kasai bara latouche road Lucknow since 3 years . I am Maria khan Adovcate r/o 97/157 kasai bara latouche road Lucknow where there is serious problom of sewer sewer blockage and local residents are facing this problom. the dirty water is moving towards houses and also creating bad smell and unclean manholes and dirty drainage line. there have been many call wrttien complaints in jal sansthan department but no one has come to rectify the problem proper coordination and resolution is not happening.we belive that strict action will take

Please to inform that the zebra crossing & the stop line is not visible at Munshi Pulia & sector 25 crossing. Thie can cause accident. Also the vehicles are stopped on zebra crossing & people face problem in crossing the road. The traffic police staff can't take action on people with vehicle on the zebra crossing.

Please get the same painted.

I, Kailash Mahto resident of Scooter India, Gate No.-2, Gehru Road, Near Tower, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, Ward No. 4, would like to apprise you regarding irregularities committed by the Officials & contractor on making Nala and Road from Main Road to My house. The details are as follows :
1. My area comes under Ward No. 4 and the name of Sabhasad is Mrs. Geeta Verma and her office is near HP Gas agency, Sarojini nagar. This area comes under Lucknow Nagar Nigam.
2. The Government had passed the tender from Main Road to My house which is clearly visible on the board made corner of the Wall. The board clearly tells the irregularities purposely done by the officials and contractor.
3. This is the new colony established in the year 2010. When I purchased a plot, only one or two house was there. It was six feet deep from the scene available on today. We contributed a lots of money for making road and lights. This could be ascertained from your inquiry from the colony. We have made Road, Lights and Nala from our resources.
4. In the year 2013-14, a tender was passed and Road & Nali was passed for construction from Main Road to Kailash Mahto’s house. It is pained to inform you that the contractor had made only RC road and some part of Nali from corner of Yadav’s house to Yadav’s house(running stationery shop) leaving 75% of the work untouched.
5. I would like to brought to your kind notice that the Road and Nala were already been constructed by us by contributing Chanda. Only RC work had been done by the contractor from of Yadav’s house to Yadav Book Depo house(running stationery shop) leaving the works from Main Road to Yadav corner and from Stationery shop yadav’s house to Kailash Mahto’s house.
6. It is evident from the above facts that huge amounts of money were eaten/distributed among the officials and the contractors.
7. I have left with no choice than to approach to you for your help.

Nagar Nigam installed drinking water tank near front exterior wall of my house, that time i was out of station.
Now that tank is already damaged.
Because it is very close to front exterior wall of my house so any body can easly climb and enter in my home.

My house no. 14/115 Indira Nagar Lucknow is located on main road (takrohi road) opposite new power station. The sewer line on the main road has remain choked for more than a month without any concrete action on part of the Nagar Nigam. The dirty sewage water frequently enters the houses through the connecting drain pipes. why the Nagar Nigam is unable to take appropriate action to clear the sewer lines is difficult to understand. This problems needs to be attended on priority by senior officers of the Nigam as it is likely to spread various diseases and make it difficult for people in the area to live under unhygienic conditions.

This to inform you, that the area Malka geti phatak, Hewet road, Lucknow. Yaha pe Dogs ne bahut pareshan kiya hua hain, bahut zada hogae h, dorate h ek bachche ko kata, ek buzurg aurat ko doraya n aana jana mushkil h logo ka... Please aap log jald aa k inko pakar kar le jae.
