This site is of 3rd class category many of the options were bogus and not working. When i wanted to register for house tax & water tax it was very said experience either improve it or close the site do not be fool public. Operation of site is very shamefullon your part.Is there any category for your complaint why it is there?

The park is known by the name of Patel Park situated in front of Mahesh Sweets near 8no. Chauraha, Nirala nagar.Please remove the loiter as soon as possible..morning walkers and students are facing a lot of problem.

They already gave a serious injury to the children and elderly person. 1. I, Major Kamal Bora, an officer of Indian Army, hereby state to complain against the following officers of Nagar Nigam who illegally broke the ramp of my house address 12/640, Munshi Pulia, Indira nagar, Lucknow-226016, UP on 21 May 2015 between 1400 h to 1700 h in my absence thereby causing immense physical and mental harassment to my old and medically unfit parents who both happen to be respected and senior citizens of this Nation:- (a) Mr Kamal Jeet, Executive Engr, Nagar Nigam - [protected] (b) Mr D C Mishra, Assistant Engr, Nagar Nigam - [protected] (c) Mr Suresh Mishra, Junior Engr, Nagar Nigam 2. On 21 May 2015, the team mentioned above illegally broke the ramp of only two houses (12/640 & 12/641)in the entire colony in spite of the water drain being properly made and maintained below the ramp of both the houses. The behavior of the team was extremely rude, aggressive and disrespectful against my old parents who were shocked and embarrassed at this un officer like behavior of the Nagar Nigam team. It seemed as if this action of the Nagar Nigam team was a deliberate act out of personal vengeance of some officer against me or my family, reasons of which are unknown to me. 3. When on 19 jun 2015, Mr D C Mishra, Assistant Engr, Nagar Nigam was personally contacted by my father, the AE sympathized stating that the ramp was correctly constructed and it was the sheer negligence of the Nagar Nigam team that they broke the ramp and drain without any proper investigation. The AE also assured that the repairs will be made soon but there was no action taken. 4. Due to the negative attitude of the Nagar Nigam officers and unwanted delay of the team no repairs were made for more than three months. Out of compulsion my father ( a 70 yr plus old and a handicap for both legs by birth) had to get the ramp and the drain repaired personally as my parents were not able to even move out of the house for daily needs. Moreover my fathers' car which was could not be parked inside, remained parked outside due to the ramp being broken and suffered unnecessary damage and depreciation due to bad weather and other public elements. Above all, my father who is a medium class retired person was forced to spend Rs 24500/- approx from his own savings for making necessary repairs of the ramp and drain. 5. I hereby request the forum to take the following action at the earliest:- (a) Pin point the persons involved in this act of negligence causing unnecessary physical and mental harassment and also financial burden to my old parents without any sufficient cause. (b) Strict action to be taken against the defaulters under intimation in writing to me on my address mentioned at Para 1 above. (c) A written apology from Nagar Nigam on the name of my parents (Mr & Mrs G S Bora ) for immense problems faced by them caused by Nagar Nigam Team for disturbing their mental peace. (d) The cost of repairs i.e. Rs 24500/- which was supposed to be carried out by Nagar Nigam but incurred by my father from his own pocket to be reimbursed /refunded in the name of my father with interest. 6. Being a class I Govt employee and above all a soldier of this great Nation i have full faith in the forum and I feel that justice would not be denied to me or my old parents in any case. All I expect from the forum is to take decision based on truth after investigating the whole matter in detail. 7. My flat became older than 10 years in 2012-13. So I submitted revised Form Ka and Kha to claim rebate in respect of self-occupied property @ 32.5%. The relative application is noted at the serial number 605 of the Dak Inward Register. However, the Nigam has failed to revise the house tax amount so far.

Dear Sir, this is in concern to the Sewer blockage at my residence area in Hussainganj, Lucknow since 6 months. I am Anil Tandon, R/o 60/20 Behind Deep Hotel, Hussainganj, Lucknow where there is a serious problem of Sewer blockage and the local residents are facing this problem. The dirty water is moving towards houses and also creating bad smell and unclean manholes and dirty drainage lines. There have been many calls in complaints in the Water department, but no one has come to rectify the problem. Proper coordination and resolution is not happening. I had lodged a complaint about open manhole in front of house no C 283 . Complaint was lodged on 05 sept 2015 via docket no 171413 on 05th Sept 15. I received a Text message from Nagar Nigam confirming the complaint and that it has been assigned to executive engineer ( [protected]). On 7th Sept'15, I received a message from Nagar Nigam that my complaint has been resolved. But actually, nothing was done and that sewer manhole is still open . This open manhole is a serious threat as it can lead to spread of disease like Malaria and Dengue. Also, some one can fall into this open manhole . I request that earliest action should be taken in this matter. Action also should be taken against the person who has sent the false action taken message.

Sir, This beautiful park is now getting infested with people who use mobile without earphones for music, bhajans thus disturbing others in meditation. I have been complaining to the security for sometime that loud music on mobile or using mobile for music without earphones is not permitted in parks. When I made a complaint to the security man present in the park today at about 5.30 AM. He told me pointblank that he is not going to go behind those who are hearing without earphones. He kept on saying things even when I said ok don't say. (1) Sir, there is no mention of this point on the notice put up there. So please do so and that too with a penalty. (2) The security man should be pulled up for denying to stop noise pollution. (3) The security also does not say anything to those who litter. They keep sitting on their chair. Packets are found lying in the park. I request you to please look into these points. Regards

Dear Sir I would like to say that we people facing many problems, the biggest problem road and nali . Few month ago Nagar Nigam made the some part of load but only balance 300m road and nali . If Nagar Nigam completely make the balance road and nali then solve the many problems. I will hope the above problem solve very shortly. Sir, we are residents of south city, raibarely road.the approach road of Block J, H&G along shahed path is damaged.Heavy vehicles are passing over it because there is no barrier on main raibarely road or Ambedkar university underpass blocking entry of heavy vehicles creating havoc for residents of colony.please depute officials to see and put barrier to check this menace, thanks.

Sir, we are residents of South city Raibarely road.the nallah of Block J, H&G alongside Shahed path is choked with silt and jungle grass, there is huge dump of garbage along the main approach road near Electric sub-station.Before this invites chronic diseases & dengue, there should be cleaning operation of entire area with periodic check of NSA& other officials, thanks.
