This company recruited the Engineering students from Integral University And said that to joined tommorw on the next day of interview .But when the selected students reached the company which is situated at "BADDI HIMACHAL PRADESH"HR of a branch organised the interview again and select 2 or 3 students out of 70 which were already selected in the interview which was organised in the campus, and tell rest of the students walk away at mid of the night in the hilly area also there was a raining.The do same for all the freshers Engineering students..

    They give warranty card and bill but our battery not working correctly and we complain for it. But they not changing the battery they continously excusing. They saying that it's is incomplete paper bring more paper. They saying bring forward bill and backward bill from dealer. They only excusing not doing their work not helping us and cooperating us.

    In spite of repeated complaints no action from service person in Chennai: Complaint no.[protected]. Faulty product and No response from Service person. I have registered complaint 10 times. The Fan is vibrating from the beginning. The company person was least bothered to solve the customer issues.

    For your kind information, your Esi nand nagri Delhi despensary service is not good. Pls one visit one surprice round in despensary you see the current synario, medicine line is vry big.. The officer is talk roughly.. No chair for serious patient.. Kindly improve the services ..

      I bought a luminous battery and inverter on 20/05/2016
      But its damaged product i already complaint to the company but they not reply yet. I have called arround 100 times to change the product but cant getting help. I also talked area incharge of luminous mr. Manoj kumar singh mobile [protected] but this person is irrisponssible and rude behaviour. Kindly do the needful

        We have complaint about our inverter for last 5 days in customer care of Luminous. But till date no engineer has visited our office.

        Customer care is not responsing properly. They are just regretting us for inconvenience and confirming of sending their engineer in next 24 hrs. We are getting this same statement for last 5 days.

        Our work in office is totally hampered due to this. Now no way is provided to us from Luminous to get the problem solved.

          I have registered a complaint in luminous on 26th april 2016 regarding ups issue still now no one has call regarding the issue from their side. When ever i am calling they are telling we already escalate this issue to your region please contact them, but i tried to contact them they are not reacting. So, that please try to solve my issue as soon as possible.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I had purchased luminious inverter (Tez smart plus 1075v + battery i.E. Tez 1818) from m/s. Harish enterprises, sultanpur (U.P.) vide invoice no. 1911 dated[protected] with 2 years warranty.

            The inverter is giving frequent problem and battery is not giving backup since its installation for which i made following complaints to luminous:-

            Complaint no.[protected] - only sms come but no one visited the site

            After my last complaint when no one visited the site i contacted the dealer who asked me to submit the battery & inverter at their shop for repair and service. I delivered the battery and inverter to dealer at my own cost. The same was returned to us after 10 days of service on[protected] which is giving the same problem again.

            Now it is making heavy sound with vibration and indicating overload & low battery. It may be noted that presently it has only 60watt (3x20w cfl) load as no fans are in use. It seems that the unit is defective as the problem have not been rectified by authorised representative of luminous at sultanpur / pratapgarh (U.P.) i.E. Mr. Sheetla prasad, area service incharge (M) [protected], mr. Sushil kumar, service engineer (M) [protected].

            We earnestly request to replace the unit with fresh one before the expiry of warranty period as the units are having manufacturing defects as the problem persist from day one - initial commissioning.

            I felt that i have been cheated by luminous and its dealer by way of supplying cheap and defective system and have spent lot of time and money. I hope that company will do needful to satisfy rural customers in this emerging market.

              I had purchased luminous ceiling fan on 27.10.14 from vendor lakshmi enterprisess, jaipur. Last 2-3 month fan is some sound and very slow.

              It's 5 wing fan purchased for rs.4000.00. Invoice details as under.

                We have purchased battery operated scrubbing machine of Godrej (Tenant) Model No. T3eEC Water of value 3.15 L in November 2015 with one year warranty. After using the machine for one month, there were a problem in battery which was not charging properly. We have intimated Mr. Mohit Walia from whom we have purchase the machine and Mr. Rahul for the same immediately but we are not getting any proper response from Mohit and Team. The machine is lying idle and is of no use for us. We have a very high profile visit of Global business Head but we are helpless and not getting any response from Godrej.This is really very sad from your end that after making the complaint for last two months nothing has been done so far which gives a very bad impression about a reputed company like Godrej. We were thinking to give more orders but keeping in view the poor experience with Godrej we have given the orders to Root. You are requested to take back your machine and return our full payment.

                  Your service is so irresponsible and worst because i had already complained three times but your service man dont solve my related problem he was just came and he taken code with me and closed the complain with his self And i still face that problem . So I warned you that you short out my problem as soon as you can do. Due to your carelessness i have all ready loss Rs.6000 . First complain Date 07/10/2015 & complain no.                     I had bought luminous home ups lb 800 va with luminous battery from luminous shop. Till 3 months it was working fine but suddenly stop working i called up the dealer and he send a person from luminous service. He told that the card was not working and replaced it and charged 800 Rs, after another 3 months again the same thing . He replaced it with old refurbised card as he told me that the card is no longer available from the company. After this my battery ( in about 17 months ) my battery was not working as the card the company service guy replaced was old and it gave 14.5 volts to the battery destroying its cell. Any body who wants to buy an inverter dont look for sachin tendulkars ad, luminous inverter are really bad never ever buy it you will just wait to see lost money. Buy microteck or crompton greaves they work very well without any break down. Never buy luminous products

                      I am Kantharaju from Channarayapatna of Hassan District. I got installed 150 Ah Luminous battery and 1050 VA Ecovolt UPS on 30.05.2015, but unfortunately UPS got burnt with in 15 days of installation. I called customer service on 12.06.2015 and registered a complaint but even after a week no one has attended the complaint. On continuous followup they gave me service center number and then got it repaired on 19.06.2015. Whether they had repaired it or not I don't know within 24 Hours again UPS got burnt, so again i did complaint on 20.06.2015 but till today no one has turned to attend the complaint. Whenever i call the customer service center, they simply say that your complaint is still open and will be attended by today or latest by tomorrow. but no one will attend even after a week. I felt very sad on Luminous as within a month of installation it got burnt twice and not functioning properly. This time again i called local service centre, they assured that their service representative will attend to it but he didn't. I called again the service representative to share the issue but he never answer to the calls. My humble request to the Luminous team is that if you are not able to provide after sales service properly and if your products are so poor in quality that it will not function even for one month of installation. Please stop doing such kind of business and save us from this kind situation. Finally please let us know if you are able to rectify the issue immediately or return our money with interest and my 2 days loss in stock market (I am a stock market trader and i lost almost Rs. 20, 000/-) due to UPS malfunction as there was no main supply from Electricity Board. As i will look for other reputed market leader in the industry to take Home UPS service.

I dont know how many today and tomorrow they need to attend the complaint and after attending to rectify the error also they need some more time. After my experience, I also learnt from other people that Luminous is the very worst in service providing and their products are very poor in quality as they also faced same situation in past. I request luminous to attend the complaint immediately or you may please refund my amount with interest as i will go with the best reputed make (I thought till now that the Luminous is very best in the industry for Battery and UPS, but after this experience i lost confidence in the same). Requesting once again to attend complaint immediately or refund the amount with interest.

Even some of my friends also experienced the same problem with Luminous and finally went to other reputed make due to continuous problem in UPS.

                            Pathetic attitude of luminous engineer who called this morning (5 days after complaint lodged), when asked why is so much delay in coming, he said we were busy with other complaints, can luminous follow up with service centre manager if he has a shortage of staff and due to him we are forced to sit in no light and huge hot weather in light, i have 2 months old baby, she has fallen ill due to this, I am not having option but to file a written consumer court case for the service centre and luminous company for huge mental harassment and forcing us to sit in hot weather in whole night inspite of fact invertor is in warranty and only 6 months old.

                                I bought a luminous inver 875 va from Rajeev Electrical, wz-241 gurudwara road raj nagr -2, palam colony new delhi -45 0n 30-aug -13, since 29 september 14, the problem has started, not charging, on -1st Oct 14, i have contact the customer care they have log my complaint -no.[protected], & asure that with in 24 hours the complaint will clear, to day on 04 th -October-14, there was no responce, then I again call to customer care no.-[protected], they replied you take janakpuri delhi service center no. & ask to them, then I call on no. [protected] & 300, --1st time picked the phone by reception, girl was very rood, thisnis the time to call ? that was time 11.05 am, then cut the phone again cut the phone, then not picked up the phone ----I again called cus. care the same previous no., miss sikha talk to me, i told her whole apisode, then she give me hod of service center Mr. Parvinder cell no., I again try on cell no. but he could not picked up the cell no. also, To day[protected], i am very upset due to this inverter & verrrrrry poor service, so please who are the managment to take decision, solve my problem as soon as earliest, and rebert to me, Thanks .                                   I bought a fan on 10th august from the company named luminous model number (kooler 1200 mm ) serial number 15356, i bought it without tested at the shop and when i checked at home it was defected it was not working and making noise while working. i complaint at the company customer care, engineer visited and recommended to replace but nobody turned up to replace i called up there several times but they are not responding.                                     Just after expiry of warranty , the battery once again started malfunctioning .After repeated request, the company attended after 3 days on 31.05.2010.

                                    After inspection, they said the battery may be replaced and since it is out of warranty, they can not do anything.
                                    The luminous battery is worst and the company service also very useless.
                                    How come a battrey gets defective in 19 months ?
                                    The company totally shoulders off their responsibility and fool the customer.
                                    I suggest not to buy any lumnious battery

                                      Thank you Luminous team.
                                      The after sales customer care service at Luminous has been of great help to me. When ever I have called up your customer care, my issues have been addressed in a very polite, yet professional manner. I must admit, being short on patience, I tend to get angry quite easily. However, the customer care people have not only managed to clear all my doubts, but also helped me with trouble shooting in the past. Their directions on the phone make things sound very easy and simple.. I appreciate the good work being done by the customer care team at Luminous!!

                                      main aapke vartman k complaint lodging system se bhut dukhi ho chuka hun complain timly follow nhi hoti. kabhi logding karne wala nhi forward karata kabhi aapka engineer card nhi hone ka bahana karta hai. ijis se time par kam na hone k karan custmer haumse badsaluki karata hai, or hamare retail counter par bhi fark padata hai.or customer tutate hai.
