Luminous inverter high voltage 260v

Dear Team,
I purchased NXG-1400 inverter on 20th June 2020 and till date, I raised 7th time customer complaint regarding overloading issue. every time engineer came and replaced PCB, after 2Hrs from changing his PCB same issue again came. same was happens every time.

After 15th July Engineer inform me they order for replacement, but still there is no replacement.

My inverter is not working properly. I complainted but not any response by company... Now what can i do... Help me

Complaint was raised on 18th jun for inverter batteries not providing backup, was under warranty, purchased date 22 dec 2018. Batteries were sent for testing by luminious service team and was confirmed that both batteries to be replaced. Now the service team is saying that we need one earlier and one post bill from the dealer as batteries were produced in 2016 and sold in 2018.
Dealer is not able to provide bill and said that it is not a standard practice, luminious has to replace, servvice team is adamant to close the complaint as the batteries replacement warranty ended on 22nd jun 2020 and new complaint if raised would be under current date

I had complained about luminous inverter since "19 june 2020". luminous complaint no. [protected]
but no solution has been found yet. i called luminous care several times . there will be only one answer will be done.
now my mobile number is not able to contact luminous care .
please tell me what i do now sir

I have been trying to register a complain since many days but neither the call center doesn't answer calls or their app doesn't provide otp to raise a complain.

Very poor after sales service & product durability. I feel like i shouldn't have brought the product.

I ordered and paid in full for the UPS 900 VA about a week ago. They wont respond on the order status. I surely started to believe that they have neatly cheated me and now wont respond when asked about order status. Frauds do not go long way but working hard and earning legitimately does.

We purchased a luminous invertor through amazon in oct 2019 and after that it has been mended by 4 times and again not working... It is in warranty so it should have been replaced inspite of such bad usage in just 4 months it had complaint already 4 times. The product is defective even as per the mechanic who came for checking the invertor last time.

Last 1 month before i was give luminous battery for replacement purpose to the supplier but at till date i haven't received replaced battery from your side. Due to this i am suffering from lots of problem & also i am not satisfied from your service. I request please provide me my replaced battery as soon as possible... When i contact luminous customer care no. Customer care agent is not take properly response.

But my problem is not over yet,

I want my money to be returned to me if it is not we if it is not well,
And take the prodduct.

Sir i have complained several times to costumer care, they send only one technician suvendu swain and he is not responding at all. First time he visited taken my warranty card and said i will repair in my level. After all after several complaints by the company he is not responding even not receiving my call. The display of my 8 month old zelio 1100 plus inverter went blank and i raised the complaint on 29/1/2020. Until today, that is 18/2/2020, they have not even visited my house nor responding to any of my calls. I have called the customer care multiple times and every time they say that they have escalated the issue but i do not get any response. The compliant ticket is being closed without resolving the issue and they do not have the process to confirm with the customer if the issues has been resolved before closing the ticket. The customer care email id [protected]@luminousindia.com is non-responsive and is totally dead. Shame on luminous!!! I regret buying luminous product and would not recommend it to anybody. If you are not able to provide even the basic customer service, you should not be in this business.

Bought the inverter with the condition that delivery and installation will be done on the same day and that is what sales representative “lokesh” promised. Now after the order has been placed no one is reachable, they either are not taking my calls or just disconnecting. Even their distributors in bangalore are also not reachable now. They are just making fool of the customers by making false promises and looting the money out of customer pocket

I have purchased new inverter on[protected], from the month of september i have been facing problems with the inverter. It is discharging in only one hour on a single use of night bulb.
I have also registered my complaint and had a visit from the engineer but did not get any satisfactory feedback.
It's my first experience with luminous and it's getting worse.

It's my humble request to replace the inverter otherwise i will take a legal action against the company.

Good day engineer, am from nigeria, i buy your tubular battery of 220ah from simbal, december 15th 2019 in nigeria but if is fully charged and is at 14.4v but if i on my luminous inverter the tubular battery voltage goes down gradually to 12.3v withing 20minuet with just 35watt load and remains, have checked the water level is ful. So pls what can cause it?

Sir we are load from gagret in himachal pradesh to chennai and chennai staff for unloading have much distervance about unloading to drivers because some trucks have no any reporting date writing on revving time and rules to unloading distervance to drivers rule is easy to work sir not for disterv for any body we reported my truck number hp19b 2377 carry the ups[protected],[protected],[protected] loading date[protected] from gagret himachal pradesh i reported date of[protected] we carry ups with safe and safety sir they force to open the truck tarpaulin our distance like 2800 kilometers to 2900 kilometers with safety what the people not understand drivers long drive then reach chennai not sleep well not eat well sir why they people distervance create the drivers open the tarpaulin without removing tarpaulin no any problem to unloading. What the force to open every not only tarpaulin. I don't know why the people dining like that. If anybody say so the not ready to listen and say it's rule so sir we are drive 2900 kilometers some places not safe what we carry the ups with safety because our responsibility what and off the day we get distervance for police rto and unloading time unloading staff sir
They are not agree to writing the reporting time on receiving manger or sub manger very bad world use for drivers. If we say then say we are local people you can't do anything that the people in chennai doning with drivers
