Sir we are load from gagret in himachal pradesh to chennai and chennai staff for unloading have much distervance about unloading to drivers because some trucks have no any reporting date writing on revving time and rules to unloading distervance to drivers rule is easy to work sir not for disterv for any body we reported my truck number hp19b 2377 carry the ups[protected],[protected],[protected] loading date[protected] from gagret himachal pradesh i reported date of[protected] we carry ups with safe and safety sir they force to open the truck tarpaulin our distance like 2800 kilometers to 2900 kilometers with safety what the people not understand drivers long drive then reach chennai not sleep well not eat well sir why they people distervance create the drivers open the tarpaulin without removing tarpaulin no any problem to unloading. What the force to open every not only tarpaulin. I don't know why the people dining like that. If anybody say so the not ready to listen and say it's rule so sir we are drive 2900 kilometers some places not safe what we carry the ups with safety because our responsibility what and off the day we get distervance for police rto and unloading time unloading staff sir
They are not agree to writing the reporting time on receiving manger or sub manger very bad world use for drivers. If we say then say we are local people you can't do anything that the people in chennai doning with drivers

    Dear sir
    I ordered luminous 220ah battery from luminousindia.com at 28 sep 2019 but i cancel this order due to company say i not deliver this product in your location. I cancel this order on 06 oct 2019 company say refund amount refunded to your bank account in 7 to 10 days but this amount is not credited in my account. I contact to company by toll free number he say i initiate refund amount you contact to bank but i contact to bank then bank say your refund amount is not received from merchant you contact to company.
    I call again & again to company by toll free number company say same words. Now company not attend the phone.

      I had made a complaint 3 days go to visit an engineer because my inverter is not working, then got a call from technician and said component of your product is till 24 th then after i called to customer support they said complaint is closed and gave the number of kanpur service center's head. I call him and he spoke to me so rudely, said when ever component will be available then you will get service i want request to luminous that such type of people are not good for luminous company it leaves bad impact

        I purchased an inverter online on their website (Zelio wifi 1100 & inverlast iltt 18048n with trolley) for inr 21, 800 on 15 september 2019, but they have not delivered it so far. I have tried to contact them multiple times over their chat helpline, but they don't reply as soon as i ask about the order status. The helpline numbers listed on their website also don't work. Looks like a completely fraud system. They were very very prompt when buying, but after it is bought they are completely and totally unresponsive. After numerous days and attempts i got contact of the local asm. He made all promises that the item would be delivered on the given address and with the free installation as was promised during the purchase. But none of these is true again. I am supposed to pick it up from some other place a few kilometres away, so spend extra money on pickup as well as on installation. They neither refund the money nor provide the services that they promise. Completely a pathetic network of customer service, with lot of advertising to lure unsuspecting customers. I want my money back since the product is not being delivered to me.

        Inverter not able to back up electric supply since 3 days due to battery refill tomorrow . when inverter getting on red light blinking for some time and also charge symbol also shown for little bit time and getting off

          I have purchased one luminious battery having its model no - - iltt 24048 12v-180ah vide serial no - - b5f435e1512004 on dated[protected] from modi footwaer, near bus stand ramnagar (J&k)-182122 a few days ago i have got a problem in functioning of battery (Battery heated with very less backup), so on dated 07th of august 2019 i called luminious toll free no[protected] and book complaint regarding above issue vide complaint no - [protected] by which on dated 12/08/2019 mr - amit kumar (Field service engineer) visit the site and found the battery is faulty and said that i shall send this to luminous care jammu-180001 as soon as possible because the battery is under warranty, also, same day i called luminous care jammu at landine no –[protected] and confirmed the same and the responsible person from the service centre said, ” you came tomorrow along with original bill now on dated 13th of august 2019 “. As directed, i went to your authorized service centre of luminous i. E luminous power technology pvt ltd, 287-f mohini bhawan, main road sarwal colony opp - christian grave yard, jammu (J&k) and handed over the battery to the above said service center along with the original bill and received the receipt with promise to give me my battery after necessary repairs or exchange within 7 days. Till date i have not received the exchanged battery but only refusal to pay the battery have been received by e mail

            We purchased a 18 inch Luminous stand Fan on 2 August 2019. Recently we noticed that it is swinging and we lodged a complaint on 18 August 2019 through their Customer Care help line no.[protected] and our complaint number was registered as [protected] . A person visited and found a fault and assured that it would be rectified by replacing a part. However, no action has been taken till date in spite of several reminder calls to their customer care number. Whenever we called we are told that they are accelerating the issue but no action is taken. I found that luminous customer care is worst. Please help us to rectify this fan at the earliest.

              We purchased a Luminous Lumaire Underlight Wine Red 3 Blade
              Ceiling Fan on 11 April 2019. Recently we noticed that it is giving unbearable noise and we lodged a complaint on 7 August 2019 through the Customer Care of Luminous India through their help line no.[protected] and our complaint number was registered as [protected] . A person visited and found a fault and assured that it would be replaced with a new one. However, no action has been taken till date in spite of several reminder calls to their customer care number, the fain was disconnected and lying. Whenever we called we are told that they are accelerating the issue but no action is taken. I found that luminous customer care is worst. Please help us to rectify this remote controlled fan at the earliest.

                Worst customer care support i have seen in my entire life.

                Its already 48 hours passed, more than 25 calls with customer care.

                Everyone said - "sorry for inconvenience our engineer will call you" that's it. No one call me in, no visit, no response.

                On showing rude behaviour - they are now providing different numbers to contact customer service.

                When i call to them they said they are not able to come and other numbers are not responding.

                  Its been more than 2 working days after complaining regarding the inverter problem. No one from the "luminous" service centre has reported to the house for solving the issue.
                  Since the inverter is not working we are facing problems because of frequent power cuts.
                  This is not the first time we are getting poor service from the "luminous" company. Before this incident also i suffered a lot from getting service from their local service centres. The customer care persons registers the complain and gives assurance that within 48 hours their technicians will resolve the issue but nothing happens.

                    I have purchased a battery (model no LETT 18000 12V 145AH and SL. NO - KCG279E1521579) from local market shop on dated[protected] and same is under warranty of 42 months.
                    My battery is not working properly from few days. It is showing full charge within 1/2 a and discharge within the next 10-15 minutes with one celling fans. Earlier it was given back up for 3-4 hour with 2-3 fans.. I have checked the battery with different inverters but problem remain same. Your service staff try to fool me and want to passes 3 month free warranty time. One staff told Bill and warranty card is fake and other one told replacement procedures will take more time and no have any standby battery for replacement.
                    Please do the needful for the same

                      I purchased battery from the dealer since it has the warranty of 48 months but it it's starts to fluctuates after 8 months it doesn't supply appropriate voltage although voltage is bit low .I called up many times to the Luminous customer executive but no any executive take calls although I wrote on their official FB, Twitter page although I wrote on email discussing my issue but no response from that side they can't even try to connect with customers issues issue happen since from 1month.and I registered complaints since from 10 days but no any single response.

                        I have recently purchased a luminous Raptor fan from a offline store in Chennai, But it stopped working properly with in a week time. I have called the Luminous customer care to do the needful as I purchased under a 1 year warranty. Despite of several calls to the customer care in last one month, no one from Luminous turned up sofar. Everytime they say that Electrian visit your house tomorrow if you call customer care, but no one turns up.

                        I have fed up with their response, serviceand thrown the fan in Dustbin now.
                        Please take the necessary action on this company and save consumers

                          I purchased the livguard inverter 12v 220ah it2266tt battery from the electro power corporation distributor in pondicherry, he sold the battery at higher cost compare with local dealers in their area around rs. 1500, eventhough he is distributor he sold the battery at higher cost, i think i am the first person to purchased their brand 220ah battery in pondicherry, i don't know why he sold the battery at higher cost compare with other local dealers, i am very much disappointed the brand and battery price sold by the distributor. Let me know the original

                          I close this complaint my self, Feeling very bad and worst experience with the Livguard customer service, They are only favorable to distributor and target to sell their product, they are not even to hear the customer voice, issues, explanation. Here after I will never buy your brand and not even suggest to anyone,

                            Worest service from luminous support. Regarding my complaint no. ([protected]) which is past 15 days.
                            I have raised a complaint on 20rd march but till today there is no response. I have called them more than 20 times but they say will solve but nothing is working.

                            At the time of complaint, they said issue will be addressed within 24-48 hours. It's been more than 17days, no response. My battery is in warranty and they are responding to my calls after multiple calls also.

This battery covered under guarantee period 3 years but this time luminous battery have problem low battery backup. It has been over 8 days now but the order has not been dispatched nor there is any help provided to know when the order would be delivered. One of the most pathetic online shopping experience till date. If you guys cannot promise what you have committed, please cancel and do refund.                                     I have not received refund for my order no.[protected]. Even after several requests, i haven't received refund. I was charged rs.5799 when its price was rs.5555 at the time of purchase and i was also assured by customer care executive with mobile no. [protected] of rs.500 which was applied in my order. I have purchased a zelio 1100 (Rs.5555) and luminous inverlast 220ah (Rs.20600) and a trolley (Rs.1490) and total of all this item according to your site is rs.27645. And after applying rs.500 voucher (Rs.27645-rs.500), its comes to rs.27, 145. I had made payment of rs.27, 899. So there is refund of rs.754. But till date i have not received my refund. The customer care executive who was forcing me to make payment as soon as i can, has stop receiving my call and i have call daily to your customer care but only assured false promises. I feel cheated and and believe luminous company only moto is to making profit and fooling customers.

                                      I have raised a complaint on 23rd dec but till today there is no response. I have called them more than 100 times but they say will solve but nothing is working.

                                      At the time of complaint, they said issue will be addressed within 24-48 hours. It's been more than 96 hours and there is no response. My inventer is in warranty and they are responding to my calls after multiple calls also.

                                      How can i take an action against this company which don't even have minimum responsibility to address the issues. They dont even know how to talk to the customer.

                                      As i am a customer, i will have full rights to question on the services which they promised to do.

                                      I request you to take a serious action on such companies who don't care about the customers because they surviving only because of the customers. If no customer will they exist?

                                        I had purchased luminous zelo 1100 + inverter in april 2018. It started giving problems right after installation and the service centre is fully useless. The customer care desk is fully out of sync with the service centre and does not know when the issue will be resolved. Had i known about this kind of after sales service, i would have never purchased inverter of luminous.
