    Always short circuiting problem of DP

    The DP in our area is always short circuiting and it has set on fire on 24 Aug 2022. The DP in MIDC area is also short circuiting many times and the people hav to suffer in every season .
    The people says its because of the high load on these DP's. Its been from many years. So, we request to check out this problem and find a permanent solution ....

      Dear Sir,

      I am a consumer of MSEDCL. My consumer number is[protected] and am staying in Flat 101, Mahavir Apartment, Sector 1, Sanpada - 400705.

      When I was away for work, two employee of MSEDCL visited the society premises and threatened my wife to cut the electricity connection if the August bill payment is not made in couple of days.

      The due date of the bill is August 30, 2022 and there is no past dues pending. Such threat for making the bill payment prior to due date is against the law and arbitrary in nature.

      MSEDCL and/or its employee has no right to follow such acts. Such act and threat is causing me and my wife mental harassment and agony.

      I want MSEDCL to apologies for such malpractice committed by its employees. Otherwise I will take legal action.

          Faulty meter not replaced since months

          I have a house at Karjat, which is not in a use.

          So, every month, my meter reading comes in the range of 0 to 3 units (bill of approx. Rs. 110 per month).
          But since April, I have been receiving higher bills ( reading of 100 units and Rs. 760 bill per month) due to faulty meter reading.

          My meter just keeps on blinking and the reading keeps on increasing.

          Electricity bill complaint in mulund

          I, the citizen of mulund east want to complaint against the electricity bill which we got this month. Really very disappointed. we live in a 300 sq feet area with no hi-fi electric devices .. no AC just fan lights tv washing machine and fridge.. still one month bill coming 3500.. like really?? please see into this matter. Requesting you please as soon as possible a normal middle class person can NOT afford this.

          Hello,

          Greetings of the day!

          I am a user of MSED, my electricity bill for the month of June 2022 is Rs. 4800/- and July 2022 is more than Rs.3500/-. During monsoon time there is hardly any use of electricity plus there was power cut in our area. I visited nearby MSED office for the same issue but the staff asked me to clear the bill, so I paid the bill.

          Request you to kindly look into the matter as I am paying more of electricity charges than my per month rent.

                  Continuous Voltage Fluctuations and Wire disconnected from Pole

                  Continuous Voltage fluctuations since last 6 days and nobody is attending to our calls and messages. We have trying to contact the nearest MSEB office in Pait but the Team is not responding to our calls and messages especially Mr. Dinesh Jonwal ([protected]). We have messaged him also in his WhatsApp number. Still no response. We have no water and proper electricity since last week. Even after 75 years of independence we are still struggling...

                  I have received current bill for Rs.17, 210/- for 1106 units i.e. 58751 minus 57645 which means the reading taken on 31st July/ 1st August, 2022 is shown as 58751. However, my current meter reading as on 11.8.2022 shows reading as 57918. Normally I get a monthly average bill for about 170 to 200 units. So, request you to please check and correct the meter reading and let me have a revised bill at the earliest. Please note that I am unable to pay this unreasonably high bill for this obvious mistake in meter reading.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have to inform you through this letter that am getting very high electricity bill for 2 months which is about Rs.25080 (Units 1761). There seems to be an unexpected increase in the bill, as I know our electricity consumption is not that high. All our previous bills, unit were in the between 300-350 monthly.

                          I was shocked to receive the electricity bill for an amount of Rs.8510 and Rs.16570 for the month of June and July 2022 respectively. The bill for these months (June & July 2022) is twice the amount of my regular bills.

                          I investigated the matter from my side to find out the error and I noticed that the meter reading unit for the current bill is showing more units than the current meter reading which is impossible.

                          As you will notice there is clearly an error in it. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and send your technician asap as I am doing verbal communication since June 2022, however nobody is visiting at my place to check why I am getting such excess bill for last 2 months.

                          I appreciate if this matter for excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

                            Average billed with faulty meter

                            AS Stated on electricity bill the meter is faulty, the billing is done as per previous month which is on higher side as the usage of elctricity was very low in the month of JULY 22 . why I SHOULD SUFFER ?

                            My query was to ask how to raise a request for a 3 phase connection as for electric vehicles need 3 phase connection. They are deliberately disconnecting my calls.
