My bill is clear till know, from evening my electric meter is power off no power only our meter issue seems to be from ELECTRIC pole please send your employee to see the problem and solve it immediately...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have to inform you through this letter that am getting very high electricity bill for 2 months which is about Rs.25080 (Units 1761). There seems to be an unexpected increase in the bill, as I know our electricity consumption is not that high. All our previous bills, unit were in the between 300-350 monthly.

I was shocked to receive the electricity bill for an amount of Rs.8510 and Rs.16570...

AS Stated on electricity bill the meter is faulty, the billing is done as per previous month which is on higher side as the usage of elctricity was very low in the month of JULY 22 . why I SHOULD SUFFER ?

WE approached office it was stated that meter is not available, please resolve my complain asap...

My query was to ask how to raise a request for a 3 phase connection as for electric vehicles need 3 phase connection. They are deliberately disconnecting my calls.

Kindly take a strick action against them.

On 5th August 2022, at 11 pm, supply is gone for 10 minutes and a sudden rise in the voltage at Prabhatdeep appartment, Swastik nahar, Dindori road, Near Tarwala nagar, nashik was noticed. A complaint was lodged with MSEB, they worked on some connections and it is assumed that the fault is repaired. However, due to sudden rise in the voltage a number of eqiupments in the building were damaged. In my house alone following household equipments...

Meter reading is wrong...

The underground armour cable is faulty. This is third time the same problem has arisen. Three times the MSEDCL applied joint kit to the armour cable but its been unsuccessful. Once the issue starts MSEDCL complaint no. [protected] stops taking Calls. They say van will come for checking. Last time van took 20 days to reach our location.

Have made a payment of Rs. 2660/- on 23/7/2020 through Google Pay to MSEB. The payment details are as under:

We are using one fridge, one TV, one fan and normal lights but still getting electricity bill of around 800-900 every month. Why the bill is so high even when we are not using too many electric appliances or AC. Please assist....

There is no light from 3am when is it going to come don't cut the lights in night...

I have lodged a complaint against MSEDCL for meter not working since 01 year vide complaint no.[protected]. But in the month of Jul 22, average bill of consumption has been raised from 82 unit to 97 units in spite of meter not working. How is it possible to increase consumption? And meter was not replaced is purely companies responsibility so why should I bear the access amount? Complained twice for the same but issue was not resolved...

Irresponsible MSEB employees and manager working in Hadapsar area they are taking 24-26 hrs to take action on changing 1 phase
When we call customer service they only apologise for delay but not taking strict action to our compliant
Please do needful changes in your system for quick resolution...

Many polls of electricity collapsed due to bad weather from 2 3 weeks.
please take some quick action.

I am planning to leave Armori city (Dist- Gadchiroli) pin code - 441208.
The worst city where every hour electricity goes and sometimes not come on time.
I am software engineer i need consistently 9 hr electricity to work on, .but Armori mseb workers is worst service worker.
Why this guise are treating with people like this, we have to sleep good at night but suddenly electricity goes without any geniune...

Our monthly average light bill is around 500-1000 Rs .
But this time we got light bill of 2320 Rs -which is disproportionately very high compared to our average monthly light bills.And also there is no increase in usage of the electricity for this month .
Kindly investigate as soon as possible and correct the billing amount.
