My Consumer no[protected] electricity meter has been removed without any notice and without any information.

Last Bill I received on 1st June 2018 last payment was 30th March 2019 which I paid. From past 1 year bill is showing -750/- (as there was no use, house was shut) so I was relaxed.

Unfortunately, I moved out from home city & since it was my 2nd house, somehow it got neglected. at the starting of this year, I came to know MSEB Department removed whole meter (Connection) & now they asking to submit new connection request. With 11, 000/-

Why can’t they simply reinstitute same old account, why I need to pay 11, 000/-

They are saying its new rule, if there is no consumption from last 6 months, they will remove/stop connection.

    I'm Anil Anna kadam, I'm living in Jaysingpur, i have MSEB prepaid vending meter and customer number is[protected].
    I have recharged of rupees 2000 for customer id[protected] on 23rd Nov and it was successful .2000 rs got deducted from my bank account but i got server error screen on mahadiscom website after payment done however token is also not generated when refresh the website link of mahadiscom

    Can you please help me to provide token for 2000 rupees recharge or else refund me back my amount.

    Please let me know if you want any information from me to revert me payment or token number for 2000 recharge payment.

      I live in Maharashtra, Palghar district over here we have single electricity distributor which is Maharashtra state electricity distributor Co.Ltd also known as Mahavitaran.

      In my apartment the one who has Air conditioner installed they received the electricity bill of Rs 2000/- Average. I don't have AC but still my electricity bill crossed Rs2000 and I've been forced to pay bill of sum Rs2500/- for 4 or 5 months. I don't keep previous month bill pending, All the bills are paid on time because we have one handicapped person at home who's age is 18 years. My dad earns Rs14000/- in which we had to pay ₹2500 electric bill.

      They fit the malfunctioning meter and after complaining for the same they fully denied by saying " Meter is OK " and at the end customer is forced to pay the higher amount of bill which shows high unit usage and blames the fridge and wiring of the house which is obviously not all the customer are going to get check the whole wiring of the house it cost too much for low income group.

      I reached out many times to the local authorities not a single help they provide, don't even know how to behave with a customer, taken granted treated me as I'm the culprit and they are the king.
      There is more descriptive details which I want to share but I can't type all over here it might be a long paragraph.

      I emailed the issue regarding the same to the company's email id and not a single response from them.

      This whole issue has occurred from many years and in 2022 it crossed the limit of my family patience and potential. It's been more than 6months I've requested them to change the meter and still not a single lead.

      I'm very disappointed, mentally disturbed with such worst practices.

      The employees over there working in a office don't even know how the electricity is been produced in India, what to say ? And they treated me like a stupid customer.

      I've been looking for the genuine help I request any official who help please help due to inflation it's getting very difficult to run the house and we also have handicapped child at home who can't walk so basic fan and television is needed for his entertainment.

      This high bill spike is major issue over here and don't know how much this electricity distributor is earning through it.

        I live in a home alone. Before I occupied, a family was living and their expenses were more. But then I came, meter turned faulty and average biling started. I live alone and in the office most of the times. Even in September I was only present for 12 days and still got bill of over 600. My landlord complained but nothing happens. I complained online, they said meter will be changed but still nothing is happening and they continue to send me average bill. They came to cut off the line when it's fault on their side not mine

            I paid my electricity bill (Rs 2380) via upi gpay on November 1st, 3:32pm but the payment id not updated on my current bill. Clearly money didn't reach mahavitaran but my transaction was successful and money debited

                Faulty meter reading/Average billing

                Every month the average billing is giving due to faulty meter but my electric consumption is not that much. I already informed in office but no one came to test the meter / changed the meter. I get fed up after complaining too, but no solution.

                Change in Spelling in name

                I would like to complain against MSEB for not being quick enough to make the necessary changes customers want even after making payment for change.( Application ID:[protected]

                First of all, putting correct spelling in the bill is MSEB's responsibility and over and above they are charging me for spelling correction and this is not correct.

                Please register a complaint against the person who has made this mistake...

                    Requested sir,

                    We are leaving at Tilekar Nagar, Kondhva Budruk, Behind ISKCON Temple. In this area total more than 9 apartments and more than 20 bunglow, approximately 200 families are leaving in this area. There are only two DT box one is dedicated for the Barsana Dham and Golok Vrundavan apartments. Rest all the connection are connected in the worst DT box (Power Supply Box, image is attached).
                    Since from last week (It is regular for this area) many time power failed and from last one day there is no powe supply.
                    We are getting very bad, rud response from the officers of this area.
                    So our request is as per given belwo.
                    1. Change the DT box (Power supply box)
                    2. Fix new one box for the new building (construction is going on) and other 4 apartments which is just behind ISKCON Temple.
                    3. Change the under ground main power cable.
                    4. Maintain the power supply
                    5. SOP / Responce from officer to the consumer should be good and some procedures should be created for the solution

Given complaint to Msedl higher authorities still They are not scared of coming late just enjoying gov salary. This how our system works

                        Elctricity payment issues..I paid rupees 1590 of electricity bill by scanning QR code on bill, payment also successful but mseb not recieved payment...

                          Management body of Vidhyamandir Sanstha, Wadgaon Fattepur was getting electricity by illegal way. Actually this Sanstha was not paying bill from some previous months. So mseb department has discontinued their power supply. But Sanstha was marked underground cunection from grampanchayat boar well. And also they provide electricity to other organization hall. This hall not have any legal commercial electricity connections. In attachment i'am providing all proof of this matter, please go through it.

                            Payment debited but bill not paid

                            I had make a payment of 800 on 7 sep at 7.50 pm with transaction number[protected] and it was debited from my account for bdgpay.[protected]@hdfcbank but the amount was not settled for my bill. I got the same amount added up in my next bill.

                            Regarding Inconsistent Power Supply/Intermittent Power Failure in the area.

                            Address: Gowalkot Road, Chiplun

                            "BU#4176" falls under "MSEB Chiplun".

                            Since more than 1 year passed, facing the issue of frequently Main 33kvA Line failure issue since July'21 Flood for particularly in "Muradpur Substation Area" (there are totally 3Main Supply Lines, but only mostly issue with mentioned Line only).

                            Sometime, in a day more than two times Main 33kVa Lines fails & sometime intervals of 2-3 days power failure due to same issue....
