Sir

I have received digital bill for my above customer number.
I have install solar system as per approval and in consultation with mseb staff pune kalyani nagar.

On 6th May 2023 reading of solar and mseb meter was done by Mr anil in my presence and photo of meter readout was taken by mr anil . Reading were
solar946 and mseb consumption 806. Thus own generated solar unit was over then consume unit by 40 unit.

However I have received bill for 193 unit. Please check and send corrected bill

    I was paid bill on 12may 2023 using hdfc net banking, so bill amount is debited from account and bill is not yet paid .It is still showing as pending in mahavitaran application.

    I was send an email to helpdesk of mahadicom but still not get an reply on it.

    Bill amount is 7770 rs.

      I made a payment of 990 on 1 May 2023 at 7:24 PM and it was debited from my account for gpay but the amount was not settled for my bill. Bank transaction was successful but MSEDCL authorities say that they did not receive any amount.

        On monthly bill the name : Rasid Ansari Ara

        'Ara' is my wife's surname. I don't know how and from where did you added this in my name which is appearing on my light bill. Kindly remove 'Ara' from my name
        The above mentioned name has some correction as follows,

        Please need to make correction in the MAHADISCOM data, so that on monthly bill it should appear correclty.
        I need this change because this is one of the required document for the issuing Passport.

        Please guide/help me for doing the name spell change on monthly bill.

          I paid Rs.1240 on 30th April 2023 11:23AM by scanning the QR code on the energy bill. The amount was debited from my account. But after checking on mahadiscom.com the bill was still pending. I have sent 5-6 mails to the customer help email.
          Please kindly resolve my problem.

            Bill paid through gpay QR code but showing not paid on mahavitaran site

            I paid mahavitran bill by scanning QR code through gpay, transaction was successful but it's showing not paid on mahavitran site even after 8 days.
            Please refund my amount or reflect it as paid on site. My transaction details are below.

            [protected] this is my mseb consumer number. I face always power failure problem, but power is available in infront flat at that time. I always notice this, take some necessary action over it otherwise I will put up file in consumer court.

                I live in Talegao Dabhade 410507, I'm frequently facing powercut issue anytime, without any schedule.
                It's now 00:15 I'm fed up of this power cut.
                Unable to work in day time and can't sleep silently in night. Electric appliances may get damage due to sudden powercut, then who will be responsible for this.?

                    The subject companies are useless and should be given to private power distributing companies.
                    View replies
                    Look at the number of complaints and resolved complaints. Useless Companies. We need Ambani and Adani to ensure good supply and service.

                                I am not using electricity since join new connection (except ganapati festival )
                                still i can see wrong bills are coming from last 5 months. facing high meter reading and hight bill amount.. It seems no one checks meter or does reading properly.

                                  No electricity pole in my area on inner street because of that the electricity service cable going over the buildings which is very dangerous in rainy season and also due to this always low voltage and frequent power cut in my area.
