Me and my friend, we were travelling towards Chikhali bus stop and we both were wearing masks because of covid guidelines. The car window was properly closed as AC was on.
On Chikhali signal the lady officer in RTO Uniform asked me and my friend to pay challan of 1000 rupees for false claim of not wearing a mask.
I was shocked because we were wearing mask throughout our journey.
I demanded a proof of not wearing mask, to my question she said we dont need proof, I have seen you both wothout mask.
I was not in a state to argue because I was unwell and was heading to doctor's clinic . I requested her to let us go because we have not break any rule, further she called someone on the phone and said the people here are arguing with me and asked to send marshal (no idea what is that). The person from nearby RTO van came with the stick in his hand. Though we were not at fault, we agreed to pay thepenalty because I was not well and had no time to argue, I demanded online receipt or atleast a RTO Challan for the same. She denied to it and said we dont have onlineportal to pay the penalty.It's a very bad experience. I tried to search camera on the signal or nearby shops just to prove we were wearing mask, but went in vain.
Later my friend called to one of our police friend to seek his help, the lady agreed to let us go after that.

I request to the forum members to take it ahead and act upon it.

That was totally unethical behaviour from lady RTO Officer to ask penalty for no reason.

Whom to complain, when the people from such a reputed department do like this.

So i request you check my vehicle deatils and return the fine penalty on my vehicle.

I am Sunanda Rajendra Chavan. Manikdaudi, Tal. Pathardi, Dist. Ahmednagar(vechi no. MH-16 AX-8928) I would like to complain to you that my husband and I suddenly went to refill the printer in Nagar today. While coming from there, there was a traffic police at Bhingar Naka (near the temple next to the bridge). We covered our mouths with masks and asked to take the side of the car and ask for a license. We have a license. But today it was not close but there was Aadhar card.
We earnestly requested him that we suddenly forgot our license because you came. You can also leave our two wheeler number and see that the car is ours and we have come for work. Because we also went hungry in the morning and the lunch box is also in Pathardi. We have no money. So they took our photo and put Rs 900 online.
If you have money, it is Rs. 200, then how did you get a fine of Rs. 900 online? Corona is currently prevalent. The traffic police are in the business of looting when the means of making money are shut down. All their arbitrary affairs have been carried out. I don't mind if the fine is collected by the government. But the reason for fining Rs 900 should be clarified.
This is a humble request.

I have received e - challan on 11 May 2021 & 09 July 2021 via sms for Fine: 200 E-challan no.- MUMCC[protected] & MUMCM[protected]
Kind information last 1 months my vehicle MH46BM1635 Swift dezire stay in parking. No one used. So this above e challan is wrongly to send me.
Kindly find attached photots of vehicle shown is not my vehicle. note down
Vehical Registration no is mistake from traffic police and charged wrong fine to us.
Hence this is wrong entry while generating the e challan.
Kindly cancel this immediately on the vehicle no. MH 46 BM 1635.
I need proper acknowledgement after cancellation.

While entering Matheran some cops stopped me to check my driver's license which I showed them and all of a sudden a cop checking some other guy tells me to take my helmet off and asks where is your mask I told him that if I wear a mask in the rain and close my visor it causes my glasses to fog up which can cause instant death unlike corona but still he forced me to pay a fine of rs 500

I am the owner of swift registration Number MH14DF 9430.

You have imposed fine of Rs.200/- to me for no parking fro vehicle No.

MH14DF 9433 but it wrongly given to me i have paid fine of Rs.200/-

but it is not my vehicle.

I am writing this because a worong Echalan is generated for my Car.
The image that is captured it clearly says the car no is MH12PC5155 and is Brezza car. However My car number is MH12PC5551 and is Baleno car.

Most interesting part are.
1. My car is at home all the day today.
2. My car colour is blue and its Baleno car and the chalan is generated for Brezza car

Kindly check the issue and resolve it.

I have been charge Rs. 1000 vide challan no. MUMCM[protected]. I own a maroon Ritz however, evidence shows a bike in violation. Also, my car has not moved out of society premises on the date of the challan i.e. July 10, 2021. Kindly reverse the wrong challan in my name.

For your information I had not visit with my bike today. I just want to inform you please match the image of my recently challan and my previous challan that's no. Is "PNCCC[protected]" Date : 21/02/2020
both are same and how is it possible????
I had been changed my bike look 1 year ago then how come my recently challan image match with my old bike look.

Please note that I have 1600rs on my vehicle even though I have a Epass approved in navi mumbai police and this is wrong and I have not been stopped by any police officer. Please note that this challan should be canceled. MH43BS3051

Hi,

I have not received any update yet. Could be reversed my fine which was incorrectly charged. Since I had showed the traffic police man my original Licence. Everything was OK and the traffic man said yes you can go as everything was perfect. However, when i reached home I got one msg stating that i had been charged a fine of 200 against challan number TNCCM[protected] with reason as driving licence which is absolutely wrong.

Hello I just want to tell you I agreed with the help of google map i was about to enter on CST eastern express way but one of your staff was there who came to me nd I stopped and he said this is not the way for bikers you have to pay 1200 rupees. I explained them I didn't enter i am about to enter still i[censored] want to fine me you can fine me on my vehicle because i was in a hurry. And he fined me no entry charges. That's ok. Later he said you may leave and go from down side road when i am going back down from his duty point from there he took another picture of me and fined as a dangerous driving and he put driver's name run. This is not supposed to charge like this. For your reference i attached some pictures where i m having words with him and another wrong fine picture also.

Challan Raised on my 4W regn no.
In Image there is a 2W, Honda Activa and some teen boy.
He must be using a duplicate number plate.
The authorities should atleast check before raising the Challan in their database.
The reason for Challan is Papers not shown.
Why am i being penalised?

I have all document in that time traffic police stop my bike and verify my all document and click pic and his say only for verification and then msg me for 200 rs fine for no licence

I have recently seen multiple speed breakers being built by locals and slum dwellers who live there which are built so high that we have to take another route to avoid theseany times and if we do take those routes we are at a risk of falling or getting back pain because of the huge jerk we get. These are totally unauthorised and are situated in multiple places. For e.g. there is one built near the sector 10 lake near the slums which is causing a lot of problem to everyone living nearby. Please look into this urgently.

MBYCM[protected] this challan they fined of rs 500my sister working in bank while coming she came with his staff so near check naka (mumbai) they stopped vehicle neither asked I'd or anything they clicked a photo all paper are clear wearing helmet having license also they charged 500 people don't having money and when I went there to check who is the person who charged fined they are 3 traffic police saying I am not they saying 2 sear are not allowed at least they should understand about lady but i have video how people2-3 are traveling in auto

120 रुपीस असे दोन tranjection किया उनका वापीस फोन आया आप डिलिव्हरी unhold नाही निकाली गई अपको और 20000 भरावाना होगा मैने 20000रु डाल दिया
ऐसे करते करते उंहोणे मेरेसे 110959 रु लिया और बोला आपका पुरा पैसे refoundded हे अभितक मेरा पैसे नाही मिला सर

Hello Sir,

Recently traffic officer fined for without helmet within city. They didn't see documents and directly said you are without helmet and take photo. Please help sir as this penalty they have started in Dombivli near fly over bridge with all citizens. We scared by this scenario because if we say anything they just try to find any way to fined on us.

I have received E-Challan via SMS on 24/04/21 for Fine of rs.400 having E-Challan No PMCCM[protected]

This E -challan is wrongly received to me as vehicle shown in image is not mine & Number in photo is not clear. That the reason i received this challan wrongly.

Kindly find attached Photo of My Vehicle that will clear you that this is not My Vehicle.

On that it clear that Traffic Police entered a wrong vehicle Number (My vehicle Number is MH 14 HT 3372)

Kindly cancel this immediately on the vehicle Number MH14 HT 3372 .E-Challan No PMCCM[protected]
