मि एक रिक्षा चालक असुन, मि नाशिक शहरातील पंचवटी भागात रिक्षा चालवतो• आज दिनांक 5 जानेवारी संध्याकाली 5 : 33 ला आर के वर रिक्षा चालवत असताना एका पॅसेंजर ने हात दाखविला, पॅसेंजर ला बसविण्या करिता गाडी थांबविली असता •, तेव्हाच ट्राफिक हवालदार बि• आर • जाधव नंबर 1036 यांनी कारण नसताना 500 रू ची आॅनलाईन पावती केली • त्याना कारण विचारले असता त्यांनी कोणत्याही प्रकारचे योग्य उत्तर दिले नाहि•, दिपावली असतांना एकाच दिवशी मला कारण नसताना अश्याच दोन पावत्या करण्यात आल्या शासनाकडे माझी एकच विनंती आहे कि आमच्या सारख्या हातमजुरांना आपण योग्य न्याय द्यावा •

I was standing beside my vehicle near Maxus mall Borivali to drink a cup of Tea and parked my Activa near the tea stall and Maharastra Police person took a photo of the Activa and issued me a fine of 500/-, Its injustices to the common man to pay 500 for drinking tea at the roadside vendor.

Above referred car dashed from front side while overtaking from left side.
Me and mh father where saved by luck during this fatal accident. My car got trapped between this car and another vehicle at right side.
It happened at western express highway while returning from safale and neartt

Earlier in Maharashtra RTO one can apply for renewal of Permanent driving licence after expiry date is over for 5 years.but now they have change it to one year. So for no reason they have change this rule. In this covid period 1 year period is too less, I am expecting this should change to atleast 3 years considering covid situation. I hope govt will consider this point.

CHALLAN OF 400 RS shown on abouve mentioned car on 12/07/2019 16;45 at Auranagabad. But I surely not travelled at auragabad in 2019. I resided at Nagpur. Also no evidence of captured image of photocopy found in this challan. I tried to complaint on maharashtra police site but it didnt submit.
So kindly resolve my problem

वरील विषयी सविनय पूर्वक अर्ज सदर करतो कि मला माझी गाडी नंबर MH 20 FD 0775 आहे जे जळगाव चे लोकेशन दाखवून चलन क्र.JLGCC[protected] दि.०१-१०-२०२१ रोजी वेळ १५.11 मिनिटांनी दिलेला आहे वास्तविक पाहता सदर रोजी मी माझी गाडी घेऊन जळगाव येथे गेलोच नवतो तरी मला चुकीच्या दंडाची पावती पाठविलेली आहे. याबद्दल चौकशी होणे अत्यंत आवश्यक आहे.
सदर बाबतची मी ऑनलाईन तपासणी केली असता ज्या नंबर चे चलन वापरले आहे त्यावेळेसचे चायाचीचित्राम�...⇄ वेगळीच व्यक्ती गाडीवर दिसून येत आहे त्याचप्रमाणे गाडीवर नअंबर MH 20 FB 9775 असा दिसून येत आहे.
मी एक जबाबदार दक्ष नागरिक असून मी शासनाच्या नियमाप्रमाणे माझ्याकडून न कळत पाने वाहतुकीबद्दल वेळोवेळी APP वर जाऊन दंडा बाबतची माहिती घेत असतो. असे त्या APP वर लोगिन झालेला वेळ माहिती घेतली असता सदर बाब माझ्या निदर्शनास आलेली आहे.
यावरून असे दिसून येते कि कर्तव्यावरील वाहतूक अंमलदाराने जाणून बुज्न खरया मालकाला पावती देणे सोडून त्यासारखा नो. दिसणाऱ्या गाडीचा नंबर देऊन ONLINE पावती पाठवली आहे. याबद्दल सखोल चौकशी होऊन मला दिलेली पावती रद्द होण्यास विनंती आहे. सदर बाबत मा. महोदयांच्या अवलोकनासाठी गाडी चालवत असताना फोटो सहित व माझ्याकडे असलेले गाडीचे फोटो पाठवून देत आहे. तसेच मी माझ्या गाडीचा नंबर मराठीत लिहिलेला असून ज्या गाडीच्या दंडाची पावती दिलेला आहे त्या गाडीचा नंबर इंग्रजी व वेगळ्या अक्षरात दाखवत आहे. तरी सदर बारकाईने तपासून फोटोतील व्यक्ती दिसणाऱ्या गाडीचा व मालकाचा शहनिशा होऊन सदरील दंड बाबतची योग्य ती कार्यवाही करावी. हि नम्र विनंती.

I have been charged doubled for the speed voilation under the challan no.- SLRCC[protected] for LMV. The speed voilation charges are 1000/- Rupees. I have been charged double (2000/-) Rupees on same day challan.

Could you please look into this matter and get the fine charges corrected.

there are lots of e-challan for this vehicle which is unpaid and I am getting message for that.

Hello, Being a citizen of Mira road residence, I am formally writing this complaint regarding the traffic signal on the national highway after Dahisar check Naka near the Thakur shopping mall. I've been constantly observing that the traffic not stopping at the signal despite the constable present or not at the duty, sometimes upon asking them they say there are 2 constables required and they don't have equipment for traffic duty.

Hence, humbly requesting an immediate action for this issue or the signal can be removed to avoid miss happening or accidents in future because it is likely to happen as pedestrians use that signal to cross and this won't be reiterated by me again despite you might have received numerous complaint about this by now. I'm requesting for quick action to either appoint constable for that signal or removing signal completely as vehicles are not following the signal guidelines and are rash-driving, and any incident I believe could take place soon.

I hope a reply on this as soon as possible.

I have stopped by traffic police for making a u turn in no u turn zone. I have stopped and co operated with the officer not a single word was exchanged. He asked me for licence i have provided and after all i left.
After some time i have got a sms of e challan for 1750 rupees. In which there are two violation he mentioned
1. Disobidience of police order
2.Road safety standard violation
I have searched in MVA both the violations which he has imposed it was wrong.
He was suppose to charge me for making a u turn which is suppose to be 100 rs fine i have seen on websites online.

Please look into this.

Challan no TNCCM[protected] this was the challan no given to me falsely and accussed me wrongly there were more than 2, 4 vehicles ahead than me but he called me only and I respected him and stopped and then he said that you have to pay fine and I was ok to pay the fine but then wen I looked closely and searched on my own the traffic police charged more than challan he charged me 500 which 300 more than the actual challan amount...please kindly look into this matter I want my money back and kindly do the needful against this corrupt person

MH.14GN.8780 या गाडीवर अहमदनगर येथे ओव्हर स्पीड संदर्भात १०००रुपये फाईन पडला.
सदर फोटोतील कार माझी स्विफ्ट कार नसून ती I20 कार असल्याचे समजते व तिचा गाडी न. MH14GN6780 असावा सदर चलन चुकून मझ्या कार वर पडले असून ते चुकीचे आहे. मी चाकण येथील रहिवासी असून माझी कार अहमदनगर या ठिकाणी गेलीच नाही.
आपणास या आधीही ऑनलाईन कंप्लेंट केली होती.
तरी कृपया योग्य तो न्याय द्यावा व सदर चलन रद्द करण्यात यावे ही विनंती.

We were stopped by a traffic policeman a little ahead of Mc Donald's Sarnobatwadi, Kolapur. He asked us for our rc, drivers license and PUC which we delegently provided. He then started yelling and harassing us and pulled my husband's wallet and took all of our money. He even took our water bottle.

There was error from my side where I jumped signal...but they have put the fine of dangerous driving Rs 1000 and signal jumping Rs 200.
It was just because I refused to give cash.

Police stooped me and said I broke the signal. I asked for proof, they don't have any proof. For the fine they said a ₹1500/- amount which is higher than the actual fine ₹500/-. I asked them to create the online challan then straight away they demand for bribe of ₹500/-. Need to take strick action against such cops.

I get a wrong challan for driving a bike without license as per that challan was applied in January 2020 but i have licence from last 7years and when i was got that challan i checked that image or photo which captured by officer which is different from my bike but number of that bike is same as my one. So I never drive a bike without license please check that sir and cancel that challan. At last i wrote challan number with photo and check the photos my bike name is Honda Hornet and the image on challan that bike is Yamaha Fz so please check regarding this and make it possible.

Today i got wrong Echallan from maharashtra traffic poolice . In that image my whicle is not available. I have Activa but in that image everyone see a Bike. Also that time I am available in my home. Please see this matter.

E challan no. PNRCM[protected]

Dear sir,

With reference to vehicle challan number SLRCC[protected] and vehicle number MH13DE1581. Traffic police officer registered a wrong challan again my vehicle.

The reason mention was - without helmet. But my vehicle is a agriculture tractor. And why helmet is required for the same.

When I checked evidence photographs I found that officer entered a wrong vehicle number and register a without helmet challan against tractor.

The actual vehicle number was MH13DR1581
So please remove challan against my vehicle and add it to concern person.
