I was charged for a traffic violation through challan no. MUMCM[protected] on 08-Jul-2020 12:25 for Rs. 500/- The details are available on the website for Traffic Police - mahatrafficechallan.gov.in under my vehile details. As per the evidence photos attached, this is a violation for a 2 wheeler with Registeration no. MH47AH9896 and this is incorrectly charged to my 4 wheeler registeration no. MH47AN9896. When i try to raise a grievance through the website under "Grievance Against Challan" tab and add all relevant details to submit, it displays an error message saying "Please enter valid challan no." My grievance does not get submitted after this. I have paid the incorrect challan to avoid outstanding however i am seeking redressal for this issue and a refund for the amount of Rs. 500 paid. Hope you will look into the matter. Will be happy to provide any additional information.m Thanking you in anticipation.

My scooty number is MH12MN0970. (White colour )
Rto fine a no helmet charge on my number without a reason.
The photo shows in rto I'm getting is not my vehicle.the scooty shows in rto image is blue. And my scooty is in white colour jupiter.
I inform the rto authority about that, when he call me for a due payemnt. But no action is taken.

Please cancle this wrong challen. And take a action on it. It gives me a hedache issuu. Without any reason.

I am vipeen warke residing at Hingone tah yawal dist jalgaon. My past vehicle honda shine jenny grey coloured number MH19DC4814 is having challan of 700 Rupees.

And in actual if you search the evidence of the image you will find that the vehicle in that image is a bajaj ct 100 red coloured with number MH19DC4841.
So please its my request to take the challan back and put it on proper vehicle.
And also please check the name of the owner and then put the challan on correct name.

Im not getting way when signal was green...
Whenever signal jump into red one rikshaw cross me then i have not way to go forward that's why im stuck in zebra crossing and some traffic police fined me of 1500 rs charges...

Hello Team,
The 4-wheeler Car (MH12EG1557 - Chevrolet Aveo U-VA) belongs to my father (Chanderjeet C. Bhatia), and we have received challans for an offence of 2-wheeler (Activa) with duplicate number plate.
So, we have 6-7 challans with the offence being Driving without helmet.

We have raised grievances on MahaTraffic App and on the website as well, with respective challan numbers many times in the past.
However, there was never any response or even an acknowledgement regarding the same.

E -Challan no:- MUMCM[protected] not belong to me.

As in photo challan is of royal enfeild which not belong to me, but registration no is identical.

My vehicle no is MH01CN9089 which is not in the photo.
Avtiva which is standing near royal enfeild is also not mine

Kindly withdraw the E -Challan no:- MUMCM[protected] at earliest.

E-challan number MUMCM[protected] Dt:[protected]:40:42.365 is against the vehicle number MH-02-BG-1906 was wrongly placed on my name. my car number is MH-02-BJ-1906 and it is black in colour.
the number plate on that car is written in Hindi the police officer interpreted 'G' as 'J' . So i request you to rectify this anomaly and make the challan to correct person.

An e challan (No. MUMCC[protected]) has been raised against my vehicle MH02BX6779. However as it can be seen in the evidence image (attached here) the vehicle is clearly numbered MH03BX6779. Also it's a wrong vehicle. My bike is red Bajaj Avenger, and the evidence shows a Honda Activa.

Therefore, I request you to cancel the challan No MUMCC[protected].

Kindly be informed that voluntarily this signal for forced to pass by the traffic police officer since Sion flyover was closed.

We don't know the reason, probably to avoid congestion, the traffic cop manually managed traffic and v were asked to jump signal from the same officer.

Hence you are requested to kindly check and reverse this challan. Also would like to share some suggestions to your contract employees who all r working as traffic policemen. You all should give them proper training and keep them informed that even if they allow to pass vehicle by jumping signals voluntarily, they must ensure that challans are not getting generated due to this issue

Hoping to hear u soon (attaching challan copy for reference)

Note- Cop that was available at that site, i suppose he was contract traffic police officer since his uniform was different from regular traffic police officer

There was no sign for a speeding above 70 km/hr, hence I was driving within the Prescribed 100km/hr speed limit.

I would request the Maharastra Police to cancel the fine imposed onmy car

The vehicle was parked properly in the parking area still I was fined wrongly for "No Parking" 2times..traffic police should give prior notice before applying any fine..if there is no any " NO PARKING" Board around then obviously I will park scooty at my regular place.. as I am working as a doctor in a clinic so its obvious I will park my TVs jupiter in front of my clinic n i m parking my vehicle there since long and within 2 days what happen I dnt knw police came took my scooter photo and applied chalan for 2 times..
Moreover images uploaded just shows the number plate of the vehicle and nothing else. This should be verified at the earlier stage and then a challan should be issued.

This is to bring to your notice that the attached challan for vehicle MH12FK7673 was incorrectly issued.

Route followed was Mumbai to Pune. The officer approached the vehicle seconds after my partner had got out to buy water bottles.

The officer started yelling saying 'gaadi hatao nahi toh utha lenge' which was absolutely unnecessary. Just as i started the car he took a picture of it and walked away laughing saying 'ab challan aayega. Bhar do'

He was absolutely disrespectful and blatant.

If the car was still stationary after his warning i would've paid the challan. But all this happening in a span of a few seconds is definitely not ethical.

Request you to waive the challan.

When I was coming from badlapur the toll the police man Stop me for not having the mirror . He asked me for the DL i showed him the he told that I am put a online for not having the mirror but later when I show the fine it was with out license where had I have my license

At kasarvadavli traffic police stopped and asked to show documents i showed all documents on M-Parivahan aap but he didn't agrred and demanded for cash but i refuged then he taken photo of number plate and immpossed fine without any reason.
