I have recieved e challan for year 2017-18 for over speeding but the penalty applied is as per the revised penalty that is applicable since 1st September 2019 instead of old penalty which is applicable.
Kindly guide the process for rectifying it and paying the same after rectification

I am CHAITANYA CHAWKEKAR It's My Request To Check Challan Details. My Vehicle No. MH 48 AL 4448 Its a motorcycle ( hero maestro edge ) & Somehow I got Wrong Challan for Seat Belt. In the challan i can see an Innova car with a number of MH 48 AC 4448, this innova is not my car. It's my request Please Cancel this Challan from my Vehicles DataBase. I also attached E- Challan PDF.

I have been charged with a Challan bearing No. HSPCC[protected] for Speed Violation near Manor, Maharashtra on 16th December 2020. The speed limit stated in the challan is 94 kmph on the highway and my car was moving at 105 kmph.

We are law abiding citizens and we always adhere to the rule and regulations set by the government for its citizenz. Sir, in relation to the above raised challan, I would like to let you know that, there were no notifications displayed in the said area, which would suggest us to slow down or maintain this speed limit. Therefore, request you to please cancel these charges and reverse the challan at the earliest.

I sold my Honda shine bike in April 2017 but till today RC not received at buyers address

With regards to my car number MH 02 EZ 0864..
today while driving at Santa Cruz signal an idiotic biker came in the middle and I had to suddenly brake my car. Due to which b the signal got orange by the time i crossed. And then our dear policemen nicely clicks my car photo..
I got an SMS for the challan. To my surprise I get 2challan. The second one being police manual violation.. Just because I didn't stop there and pay him an amount which would have gone in his pocket???
Yesterday my neighbor broke a signal at juhu and nicely the cop asked challan banvu Kay? N then finally settled by taking Rs. 100 n silently sliding it in his pocket.
So is that the reason i got 2 challans today????
Height of corruption. I do not support this system. And if I made a mistake, I will pay to government. Not to any police personally..
I will take this matter to higher authorities if this challan is not waived off .

RTO चा मला मोबईल नंबर वर मॅॅसेज आला कि तुमच्या गाडीचा स्पीड जास्त होता म्हणून तुम्हाला १०००/- रुपये दंड भरावा लागेल चलन न. NKCCC[protected],
RTO ने परिस्थिती न पाहता माझे online चलन बनवले गाडी मी कुठल्या परीस्थित चालवत होतो पाठी मागे जर ट्रक असताना मी गाडीचा स्पीड बघून चालेवले पाहिजे का ? जर मी स्पीड कमी केला असता तर मला ट्रकने उडवले असते.
कृपया RTO ने चलन रद्द करावे. ( RTO ला एकच सांगू इच्छितो कि मी नियमित आपले सर्व नियम पाळतो तरी आपण असा त्रास देऊ नका ऑल रेडी आम्ही लॉकडाऊन मध्ये त्रस्त आहोत जवळ पैसे सुद्धा भारयला नाही )

Dear sir i have been charged for multiple echallans for my 2wheeler as per the image attached, but when i visit the site - mahatrafficechallan.gov.in
For the images i could see that the vehicle captured is a bike & not my honda activa with duplicate number plate. Moreover, it is some group o[censored]nknowns guys who are riding the vehicle.in some cases the number plates are not clear.
Agree that the issue might have occurred due to duplicate number plates.

But please consider my 2 complaints -
1) duplicate number plate issued for another 2wheeler - bike
2) wring echallan issued against my name

My details -
I own a honda activa 4g - mh03cw2838
And i am uploading the required documents (Insurance copy) for getting clearance from your end.

It was a incidence of (04 july, 2019 10:20am) when i crossed signal of maharaj bhag square, traffic police stopped me who's standing over there in civil uniform he said that you had breaked signal and he cut my challan of over speeding and breaking signal. Is this proper way if i didn’t make any mistake, policeman get over me there. Which is absolutely wrong firstly i didn't break signal i crossed signal only when the signal get yellow and second thing when i was crossing signal how can my driving speed will high my driving speed was only 20-25 kmph.

And when i started giving explaination to that traffic police he was getting angry on me and he talked me with an arrogantly. #pleasejustice need to be clear this situation. I would say his attitude towards me was really disgusting.

If i am wrong u can check signal camera.

Also in this e-challan and image both, the vehicle and its serial number is different, my bike serial number is MH03CR8005 and that vehicle no. Is MH03CP8005 which is a truck. And offense time : 11:05 this time i was working in office. For your information i have attached vehicle(truck) image and i own a bike, so please correct challan as this challan belongs to that truck(MH03CP8005) owner, kindly do the needful and revert back..
