◦ Subject: Echallan wrongly issued- reg.

◦ Dear Sir
◦ Please refer to echallan no.HSPCC[protected] sent to my phone via SMS. I would like to lodge a complaint regarding wrong Echallan issued to me. The facts are as follows:
◦ The location, vehicle make, vehicle number plate as per the image in the challan do not pertain to me :- a) Location- I stay at Nashik and have never gone beyond 8-9 kms from my residence since 20th March 2020 as I do not have a reason to do so. b) Secondly, as seen in the image provided the vehicle fined by you is a white colour SUV with number plate MH15-FN1680. So, the number quoted in the Echallan is wrong.
◦ I own a black Maruti Baleno car with number MH15-FN1660 - so vehicle in the image does not belong to me.
◦ In view of the above facts it is clear that Echallan has been wrongly issued in my name. The mistake may kindly be rectified, thanks. Regards, B V Purohit, Nashik.

Wrongly issued echallan please rectify.
Dear Sirs,

I have been sent challan for over speeding with following details.

Challan no. PMCCC[protected]
Date and Time: 22-Sep-2020 07:51
Vehicle no. MH12LV1798

Sir, my speed was less than 80kmph and the same is wrongly mentioned as 105kmph.
Please refer the image, there is a truck behind my car in right lane
You can see my vehicle is moving towards left from center lane
The above left movement was because the truck wanted to overtake my vehicle
Near Hinjewadi there are big pot holes and because of the same it is difficult to drive fast
On regular basis my speed is around 80-90kmph, it is difficult to control 5.5 years old waganor at the speed of 105kmph. Normally vehicle starts wobbling and there will be huge vibration on the staring.

Hence request to cancel the wrong challan imposed on me.

Thanks
