[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund of flight ticket

I have booked a ticket of 9938/- from Ahmedabad to Delhi on 28 Apr from my BF EMI Card. But due to certain problem I have cancelled the ticket and the refund amount was 6363/- On 31 May I have got a message from BF that the Emi of 3371/- will be deducted from my account.
So in this regard I have call to MMT on 31 May. The customer care from Bandra, Mumbai attended my call. The agent name was GAJENDRA BAJRANGBALI PRAJAPATI. He said your problem will be resolve. He send me a link and said forward this msg to [protected] within 30 sec. I[censored] send this msg after 30 sec then it will be of no use. I have sent this link within 30 sec. Then he asked me to fill up the details. I have filled up the details and submitted but it was not submitted. The MMT agent told me that ur account is not linked with UPI and the payment will be transferred to ur account through UPI only.
Next he enquired about my bank account and asked me which account was linked with upi. I have told that none of my account is linked with upi. So, he told me that he will link one of my account with upi but for that u have to give me ur full atm card details.
First, I have fully given a details of my sbi card. When it was link then he told me that ur number is not link with sbi so u have to give another account details. Then, I have provide him full atm details of hdfc bank atm card. But in hdfc bank the amount was 0 so it was also rejected.
Finally they asked me you have no such account where u should have some balance? I have told him that I have certain balance in my syndicate account. Then he asked me about syndicate account details. I have questioned him what is the need of my card details. He told me that I have to link with UPI and then only u will receive the full amount. I have given full details of my card including cvv, exp date and OTP.
Then, I have received a msg from sbi bank that ur amount 2106.18/- was deducted from ur account and I have check and found the same amount was deducted from my account. At the same time I have got another msg of 4999/- was deducted for AIRTEL MONEY from my syndicate account. After 1 min I have got 2 msg simultaneously which shows that 5000/- was deducted for CITRUSPAY KOTAK from my syndicate account. Then, I have got one more msg of 524/- was deducted from my account for AIRTEL MONEY. Then I have got 1 more msg of 499/- which was deducted for OLACABS COM from my account. In between I have transferred my rest of the amount to other bank.
When I have called to MMT Customer Care then another agent named RAHUL SHARMA picked up the phone and told me that u will get ur amount when u will send the link within 30 sec. After the confirmation u will receive all ur amount.
When my account was zero till then I m getting the msg regarding my transaction. Now all my transaction was decline due to insufficient fund.
I have lost my 16022/- from my syndicate bank and 2106/- from my sbi. Till today I have not refunded my cancellation amount of 6363/-.
This is my hard earned money. Do some needful so that I will be thankful to u.
