Joined the driving school on October 2020, and submitted all the documents and payment done. Service not provided. After 11 months, I demanded for payment refund. They asked for one month time .Now all their contact numbers are switched off.

I called your customer care told them i want to learn drving they said they will arrange call back for me from NSP Delhi, i wait for 3 weeks approx but never received any call then i submit inline request again no respinse from last 3 days.

You guys have Pathetic service

I have connected to Pankaj as represented of Maruti driving school . He told IAM unable to do start Maruti driving school training.since long time pending approval by head office of organisations. No chances reopening of Maruti driving school.

Hello my name is Abhisek Chowdhury. In this covid situation the classes at Madhyamgram center still Continues. How is that possible? Where state government strictly told that to stop everything.
My family members are going on your classes because you people do not stop the classes. I know it's my family members fault. But still you people how to open the center where govt strictly advices to close everything.

Please take care of Madhyamgram center. Other wise I have to complain at government.

How the employees of the driving school are taking classes? They also have their family.

If my family members get affected then I will take serious steps on Maruti Driving school.

I have joined 4 wheeler driving class in ur mount road branch. After 15 days she has given me some class slot for simulator class.. And only the attender is taking class... No trainers... And attender is also always in mobile while taking class .. There is no proper response from the trainers

Sir I payed to learn Drivind at beginning of December I completed stimulater driving after that their are not taking the class to me and telling that drivers are not coming pls pay my amount back are provid driving class

Car’s door is not working, it locked since long.to reach on driver seat I have to open opposite door which is so ridiculous...

Sir I SVD Narayana Rao joined in rajahmundry SB motors driving school driving school for learning.. all theory classes are over.. initially they promised me to arrange classes for missing on road driving classes. I came for 5 days onroad classes after that I went on 10 days leave due to my sister marriage. When I came back I informed the same to arrange the residual classes. They are saying that driver is not available we will inform in two days but even after 12 days( till to date) I didn't get a call. When I am calling they are not lifting my calls. Please look into this and i didn't except such a response from a reputated organization.

I was joined on first week of august 2020, i had clear all payment to apply for llr application. Today (09/09/2020) there is no response on llr application form.

Let me know how much time you required to fill llr application. Much disappointment on your service.

Not received permanent licence since 9 month

I hereby register my complaint on gn mills branch at coimbatore maruti driving school which was newly started. They teach good but the instructors you're provided is less, which means you have only one instructor who train all the customers if you give us other instructors and allocate then will be comfortable for all to come with convenient time and easy to attend the class. Atleast a branch need three instructors to teach,,,

I dipanjan dey, registered at maruti driving school kharagpur on 10th of jan 2020. As i was staying for less time in kgp, i told them i will complete the whole course structure and all the requirements but within less time. I told them to give more classes in a single day so that i can finish the course. After i joined i came to know that the simulator was not working, so i cannot do the simulator training. Also, they called me for the 3rd theory lesson but while i reached there they have cancelled and rescheduled it. The rescheduled date was not with my concern and thus i was busy that day and missed it.in addition to that, i have big concerns about the conditions of the vehicle used for the training.

On the last day of my practical training (28th jan 2020), the alto car (No. 0512 as far i remember) got punctured at around 10.30 am in the morning near salua kharagpur. There was no stepney and no tool kit in the car. The driving teacher vijay called the maruti driving school kgp immediately and told them about the situation. But the stepney came after 1.30 hrs, while the school was 20 minutes far. The stepney they brought was the wrong one and again i have to wait for 1 hour more. I started driving at 10 am but returned at 1 pm.. No one from the school contacted me regarding my situation. I believed it was there primary responsibility to bring out the student from the crisis situation. I told them to give complaint form but they gave me a feedback form and i believe it was never submitted to you guys. There was no a. C in the car also. I am totally disappointed with the course at maruti driving school kharagpur and also with the no professionalism from the employees there. Thus i am demanding my money back as most of my theory classes are not being held and i have to face such stressful situation while learning driving.

I took and admission on the first week of december and they asked me to wait for 2 days to schedule the classes but it took long and after i followed up alot with them and after speaking to their manager they could able to arrange the classes with male tuitor though i have requested for female tuitor even though i was okay to proceed and complete my classes asap and again i did call them before 25 days requesting them to arrange the classes for my father i was expecting atleast they will service this time well and arrange the classes i have requested them to arrange and inform me so that i will come and pay the amount but their behavior will remain same they did not call back after waiting for 21 days i have gone last saturday to their branch and paid the amount and requested them to arrange the classes asap but again they did the same u have waited for 2 day's and called their manager he is also helpless to arrange it in any branches of maruti suzuki driving school because the employees are not listening to him also

I would request to arrange the classes asap and request a call back also to me it is urgent

I am from chennai, test happened in anna nagar rto, i got failed, representative saravanan from maruti driving school asked me commission to get pass, i refused and said i will take re test. Why these people getting in corruption. Next time i will shoot video as evidence. I called and spoke to his manager, he is also not giving proper response. Guys dont go behind these guys, always approach rto in direct, don't believe these middle men.

Lakshmi, rto office was my trainer for driving. She is not continuous to the classes. I am not happy with the way she taught. I lost confidence in her teachings. Her focus is more in the money. The worst part is how such a professional company will recruit such a person who is the spoiler of the company branding. Till date my online change requested by me has not been done by her for which i paid rs. 350/-by 2nd week of nov'19

I have applied for driving school and license services from maruti driving school in old airport road murugeshpalaya bangalore.

My driving licence contains 13 years validity which is not in the ordinary category.

I had submitted my rental agreement for address but they have used my aadhar address which is not updated.

They have robbed me of so much money and this useless service they have provided.
