Using the well renowned name of maruti, these guys just mess up the entire course.

Starting with the simulator, the guy is least interested and keeps saying it is easy you can learn on road. He will yawn and tell you i have not slept yest, i was here there etc.

They call you for theory but when all students dont arrive they think of cancelling the class. When u insist they finish all 3-4 hour lec in 1 odd hour the same saying its all easy and can be read.

In practical session, its on your luck. If you get a driver who doesn't care, he will keep teaching you the same things, that schedule they make is not followed.in my case i had to myself insist on teaching me parking and gears, which till the end the driver never taught me the fourth and fifth gear. The driver if at all did anything was to scare and utter comments like you leave it, you cant do and the very next day he would tell me you are driving fine.

Then the license, they got my learning license done. And once my practical was done i asked the driver when will the final license happen, he said ask in the office. After multiple follow ups the woman responsible in the office (Sayli) never took the calls and i was always told she will call back. And then finally one day when she called to take my learners no. She realized that there was just about 10-15 days from the 6 month expiry of the learners, and the main license appointments were full, hence she couldn't do much about it and i would need to make the learners again. Then her senior (Sonia) admitted that it should have done in timely manner, but now nothing could be done about it and she will have to schedule the learners.

Its a total messed up service. You would rather learn with a personal trainer and get your license done in much better way rather than paying the exorbitant price and getting actually nothing.

I have started advance course for driving at maruti driving school, indraprastha centre on 17th august 2017. On 18th august it is informed by the centre that the simulator not working properly so u may approach on 21st august but since then the simulator is not corrected by the driving school. I have already submitted registration fee rs. 1000 (Advance). Pls. Do the needful immediately.

I joined mds to learn car driving from 1st april 2017 in mandovi motors, yelahanka new town. The person who helped us get out learner's license was absolutely un-organized, due to which i wasted 2-3 days of my time, taking off from my newly joined office.

I gave a driving test on 29th june and was informed that my driving license will be delivered to my residence in 30 days. It is now almost 60 days, but i am yet to receive my dl. The people at maruthi driving school were very good during the joining period, but now they are only asking me to call later. I called several times but with no action whatsoever.

This was absolutely not expected from your driving school. I expect a quick solution to my issue and look forward for a positive response from you at the earliest.

This complaint is regarding the problem which i (Shipra gupta) is currently facing after the enrollment in ur prestigious institute of driving (Maruti driving school - indraprastha branch)
After hearing a lot of this driving school i came here to learn driving along with 2 others (Sonu and mohit gupta).
But this is deeply saddening and frustrating that such a prestigious institute is at its most degrading state in terms of management. Your manager payal is such a disgrace to talk to, she has no code of conduct, no sense of talking to a customer - she simple disconnects the phone in middle of conversation and then switch it off. She makes foul statements. Acs are not working, stimulator machine is not working. If equipments were not working why did you gave admission? We are not informed regarding the cancellations of our classes. Such a disgrace!
I am a interior designer but it seems to be a joke to her as she think its easy to come all the way from chandni chowk and after coming we come to know that our name is not mentioned anywhere in the schedule.
Such a reputed company like maruti should at least hire some educated and well mannered manager for their driving school or at least should teach her how to behave with their customers who are not fools to invest their money and time in ur driving school.
A strict and immediate action should be taken against her. (Payal)

Worst customer relationship. Only till you pay money they will call you. Once paid they will not bother you are getting classes. They will not follow up no even once. Worst ever management. I wasted my money. They will never bother even i[censored] did not get licenese. For god sake if you want learn driveing. Dont go with maruiti driving school. It is far better to go with small driving schools

On March 18th, I registered to learn driving with Maruthi Driving School, kudlu Gate, Bangalore. I was promised the following things at the time of registration.
1. Pick and drop facility for practicals.
2. 10 + 2 practicals
3. 1 extra practical if i opt out of 2 simulator classes.

After first practical, they said that pick and drop cannot be provided till my home as it was far in spite of address was clearly told to them at the time of registration.

Trainer would end the training 5 mins before the scheduled time.

After 9th practical, they stopped responding for the schedule of the classes. Its been 2 weeks but I have not had my classes scheduled even after repeated calls to them. They are not even connecting me to their manager neither he is calling back. Its been a pathetic experience so far with them.

This is about Maruti Driving School at Chennai - Ramapuram (Vishnu Cars). I joined this center since it was nearby my office and it

was Maruti.

But later I felt why I joined this center since the customer care is the worst I have ever seen.

* Very unprofessional behavior of the Customer facing person (Ms. Swathi)
* The scheduling of classes were not properly communicated
* Had to call frequently to get classes
* Office phone was always busy and not able to call the center to enquire on timing
* Scheduling 2 persons at the same time and the other getting frustrated since he/she comes to the center and finds that his/her

class being cancelled.
* Inaccurate details entered in the license application forms

I have enrolled myself in Maruti Driving School run by Gem Motors Kondapur, Hyderabad in first week of January 2017 after follow up for 3 months. The response to calls and visits was completely dispassionate. But still with the belief in Brand Maruti I hung on and got enrolled. Initial classes on stimulatory were conducted for few days and then I was told that on road classes will start which started exactly after a month. But still I persisted. The classes were scratchy and the curriculum given on the entry card was not followed. After five to six classes suddenly the driver disappeared and no intimation till we called to find out. I have very clearly told the manager that I will be travelling and requested him to arrange for completion of remaining classes which has not happened. Again after continuous follow up three remaining classes were taken up in the month of April but I could not gain much as there is a long gap between the classes. I was advised by the instructor to take one more round of 10 classes. They have not taught me how to reverse, parallel parking, overtaking and host of important things. Truly a disappointing experience.

Such a sorry state of affairs in a Maruti Driving School is unacceptable. I have so many options but I came to Maruti Driving School because of the reputation which is now here seen in the conduct of the management. Absolutely deplorable conditions. No body has any clue. Drivers have no respect for the time of the customers / learners.

Can you imagine completing driving classes over a period of 4 months may be only in Maruti.

Ijoined maruti cars india chennai ambattur estate school on 28 feb 2017. I applied for llr on 16 mar 17. They asked me to sign one application form i signed it n noticed that the year of birth mentioned wrong. I informed them they said they will change it.. Later on i received llr with wrong dob... Every time i ask the manager he is telling thar rto is busy... Can correct only wenhe is in gud mood..

This happening for past one month... Note i paid full course fee n license fee in one payment. I requst u to

I enrolled in 25th February 2017 and till date struggling with Aundh Pune centre to get my practical sessions started. Aundh Pune Centre head Himangi Dalvi is very unprofessional and has not been attentive towards my concerns and execution of classes.
1) Enrolled on 25th Feb '17
2) Simulator sessions done on my own with very less help and assistance
3) Theory sessions not completed properly
4) Struglling to get Practical Sessions started

Request your help on this immediately. Completely unprofessional behaviour and attitude from a brand like Maruti.

So my husband went to Maruti Driving School to take only practical lessons as he already holds a license and just wanted to practise before actually driving on road. He specifically told them that he wants only practical classes. After following up for a week we get the schedule with demo, simulator and practical etc. I called them up and said that he wants only practical. So they say ok, you go for practical classes scheduled, we will give extra classes later. Now when he goes for practical they say its simulator class, then after lot of arguing they agree that it is practical but oh no driver is there to teach, so he just made to stand outside. While taking fees, its all yes maam, yes sir. And after the customer is made to follow up and suffer. Dont we have anything better to do? Your tagline should be Customer care completely ignore instead of Customer Care beyond compare. OR wait beyond compare because this pathetic service cant be compared to anything. Thank god we dint buy a maruti car and now I will never buy a maruti car either.
I will try to give my feedback on every possible website so that my voice is heard. Maruti brand name is just overrated and huge advantage is taken cause people trust it.

Worst Training center i will never recommend any one to go for this center

Everyday they keep on changing the schedule sometime they say all vehicles are gone for servicing, sometime trainers are not available and all the staff are very bad. That also after going there they will tell us today there is some problem with the vehicles if we ask them why don't you inform us prior
they will say we have called you you haven't respond the call.

Please think twice before taking admission in this driving school

I joined maruti driving school thinking its a brand and my experience will be smooth but now I regret. I was given timing of morning 8 to 9 am. On the 3rd of my simulator practise I went to their office they told me that simulator has some problems and they will let me know when its mended. 2 days gone and they didn't call me, when I called them then I got to know that its working fine.

Again after 2 days there was no vehicle for practise. They told all the cars have gone for servicing.so I had to hold for a full week.

After a week when I asked them when are we going on road they told that I will have yo wait for a week as the customer who was taking sessions has to cover her sessions as the cars were not there.

When I asked them that when is my exam for driving licence they told its not fixed on the other hand before I gave them the money they said its 6th Oct.

This is the most pathetic experience I had in my life. I will never recommended maruti driving school to anyone. I want my full money back.

Looking forward for the appropriate action from your end.

When I got LL only I have informed that in my name mistake was there, then the person told will change at DL time. in DL time also I have told that person to change the name 100 times.
Finally I got DL with wrong name.
Now I asked them they are saying that is your problem, you have to go RTO office again, pay 200 and appear for License.
Very bad experience with lot of money loss.

I'm agree that the company is very trustable and also has caught in the minds of many people. Due to familiarity i joined in your maruti school. I had a such a worst experience. I lost my money also... I dnt know what kind of service you are providing to the students who are coming there.. I joined in month of may and they lag me.. I call them many a time they said next week next week.. Later at the end i haven't studied properly and they took a date i failed in it.. Its not a big deal to get money from the candidate and not giving proper training.. I got this worst experience from one of your employee mr arun at mamangalam, kerala. I wish to know why motor vehicle is giving 2 weeks after failing?? It's to teach them understand that not charge money from them. If anyone ask me about your driving school i won't never ever give such a good comments. Pls dnt do this to any of candidates coming there...

I took driving course at Maruti, Himayat nagar branch. I am writing regarding an unpleasant driving license experience I had on Tuesday, 28 June, 2016.
I was charged Rs.1225 for applying for driving license by Maruti driving school and given a slot at 10:30 am on June 28 but was made to wait till 3:30 pm to actually take the driving test at Nagole stating that the car had problems by Maruti agent. The car given to me for taking the test was in a terrible condition with gears not working, steering being not flexible (0555 is the car number). I failed the test. I have had a really bad experience on that day. Now the driving school asks me to take an advanced course for Rs. 2600 and retake the driving test.

I am very unhappy with service and would like to ask for a refund of the amount.

Totally unsatisfied with the service of this centre.. the head doesn't have manners to talk to gals.. totally unethnic.. and if asked anything twice he gives a wierd answer as to he will not xplain it again...and even cars used for training are not good enough.. today was my theory class but he never xplained anything as astudent should be taught.. he taught as if i knew everythng only he was taking the revision

During training (while driving) car gets dent because of little accident...
Course manager has asked us to pay the expenses for the same...

My question was to him your car is without insurance? What was your trainer doing while i was driving?

He has started shouting and also used wrong wordings...

I think maruti is spoiling their image with this cheap mentality driving staff...

My sister enroled at ur mds rajapuri dont want reveal her name she had very bad experience there . One of instructor (shekhar) he laterally shouts never taught. instead of 1 hour he finishes in 30 min. When she asked he just shout and told of course it is finished just go home(in simple word get lost). When she ask any driving related doubt he just shout and laterally scold instead of advincing . he was such a frustrated, rude, stupid person . the way he was talking with me it is really pathetic. Forget about instructions he was not able to read properly English the theory session was very bad unable to understand maruti is big brand I think we waste our money I suggest people not to go for mds please

The staff at maruti driving school is rude and unprofessional . they kept me waiting for half hours. cancelled class two times without prior information
