I Mahesh r lulla has booked a vehical wagon r in the spectra motars gatkopar (west ) while booking the car the dealer promised us that they r goin to diliver the car on the 20 of the dec but due to some or the other reoson they says that we r not sure that they will deliver the car on time or no
hence i request u tp please look after this matter and do the needful because there is a weeding in our house on the 21 of the december

    I own Maruthy Wagon R Duo with year of Manufacture 2007.The fitting of the plastic Cap of the rear view mirrors is very loose & the same used to fall off easily.Now I have lost one on the LH side.On inquiry with my service station viz ABT Maruthy,Coimbatore they informed that the CAP does not come as spare & the only alternative is to replace the RVM assembly as a whole!! which costs very high.
    Similarly I had to replace the complete door-handles of the rear doors becuase of its flimsy design.I have been owning Maruthy vehicles from 1984 & there was no need to spend on these type of parts.

      dear sir/madam
      I am very old customer of maruti . i own a maruti alto vx since 2001 & i m very much satisfied by its performance , i was planning for a new car as i20 / verna / dzire and lastly i bought a dzire vdi on 13th of july 2010 bcoz of the last car's performance i.e. maruti alto so again we went with maruti as we have gained trust in maruti but now we are not satisfied by my new car we are facing some problems with our car, some of them are as under:
      1) As company was claiming the average 20 plus we are getting a poor average i.e below 12 which is very much low as assured.
      2) The level of doors & bonnet are not proper in proportion, the driving side door leaves a gap in between and the bonnet seems to be little bit moved towards left side.
      3) There is very much sound inside the car of engine and the outside traffic even when all the doors & mirrors are properly closed.
      4) Fog remains all the time inside and outside on all mirrors even if the car is parked.
      According to me the car has some serious manufacturing faults or it is an accidental one , so please do the needful as soon as possible.

        I had visited you two months back. You had once againattended to the REPEATED complaint of front strut & door problems. The problem still continues. This is the first time in last 13 years of association with Maruti that I am facing this problem. I have already wasted atleast three visits and Rs 600/= worth fuel for improper repairs/defective strut/door mechanism apart from the amount spent in carrying out the repairs inclusive of spares cost. This is the last time I am requesting you to take necessary action. Please do so at your own cost/arrangement.

        Both the strut & door problems continue. I am not able to come to your service station due to prolonged commitments(0800 to 2300h) everyday since more than a month. In addition one brake light & rear number plate light which I got repaired during the servicing have again stopped working. The bulbs were also changed during the servicing.



        Will visit soon. Are you open on 01 May 10(Saturday)??

        Dear Sir,

        1. I got paid service of my car, Maruti Zen(PB 08AF 4662) done on 27 Jan 10(Wed). The front struts of my car have been changed. On 01 February 2010 abnormal noise was heard from right side which is a matter of concern. I called up Mr Arif(at about 1400h) for inspection assistance at SBC(V) near triangular junction petrol pump. However till now(1400h on 02 Feb 10, 24 hours past) no response has been received. It is pertinent to mention that I have already visited your station thrice within last 02 weeks for repairs and servicing which was actually only a day's job. It will not be possible for me to visit your centre time and again as lot of time and petrol is wasted without any of my fault.

        2. It is requested that necessary action be taken as this response and quality is far from satisfactory.

        Hi,
        I am unsatisfy with service of Simran Motors Service Center. Unskilled and hopeless staff.

        On Saturday 30th April 2011 I give my Alto for service (40000 km). Mr. Sushil (Advisor) has check my car and take for service and he given time of delivery at 6.00 pm. on the same day i gone to take my car on 6.00 pm. Mr. sushil told me wait for 10- 15 minutes and take your car. I just wait upto 8.00 pm then he told me that you can not take your car some pending works were there. I told to Mr. Sushil that I want to go long drive on sunday with my family. kindly give my car, again on monday I will leave my car. for serivce purpose. Mr. sushil agree and ready to give my car. When I see my Car I got shocked because my car got Accident in their service center. dicky got dented and backside bumper dented and front side light broken and dent of bonate and front side bumper dented. I notice all damage due to accident to Costumer Care Managar Ms. Jyoti Kadam and she told me that we are going to do all work with servicing on Thursday on 5th May 2011. and ask for my Insurance Policy, RC Book and Driving Licence.

        On Thursday 5th May I make a call to Mr. Warsi (Body Shop manager) and told me that your work will completed on Friday kindly take your car on Friday.

        Again on Friday I meet Mr. Warsi on 6.00 pm he told me to take my vehicle on Saturday.

        Again on saturday 11.24 pm Mr. Sushil told me on Mobile that your car is ready. so I gone in simran motors and meet Mr. Sushil. agiain he told me wait for 10 minutes I will give your car. I seen the same car in workshop it is not servicing properly and Bonate of backside is still broken situation and not washed. All thing notice to Ms. Jyoti (Customer Care Manager). She promised me your car will give on sunday after all camplaint fulfill.

        On sunday Mr. Sushil call me and ask for car delivery. I told to Mr. sushil if it is ready then & then you call me, he said that he confirm the same. when I gone to Simran Motors again problem are same. Ms. Jyoti on leave so I make the call to Ms. Jyoti and told her all situation.

        If body shop Insurance policy is their why used my own Insurance policy
        from 1/05/2011 to when my car ready pay me Rs. 1000/- per day. because I used my car for Office. so mistke is your and How I can bear for this. I allready talk to Ms. Jyoti about all those thing.

        Simran Motors have to Pay me Rs. 1000/- per day for hire charges of vehicle due to damage in workshop.

        when my car ready then only call till Rs. 1000/- per day will be continued.

        I am very disappointed with the service center staff.

        Looking forward towards satisfactory response from Maruti and some strict action against Simran Motors.

          Hello sir ,

          I am bharath..i am owning maruthi versa..I gave my car for service in maruthi service station in guindy on 28.09.10 and my customer id[protected]..(car no: TN04AB8080)

          I gave service and they gave it after three days and even then the complaints was not fully rectified.. we complained them again and they told we will rectify this mistake next time..

          now on 29.11.10 i gave for service again on 9.00 am and they told that car will be given after two days only..and the response from them was also not proper. they are not treating the customers properly..

          I am bringing this to your knowledge because even after this other customers should not be suffered.. please take action regarding this problem and take necessary actions for this..

          Maruti — Improper service of Maruti

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I gave my maruti zen for complete service at Maruti authorised service station. Dhru Motors, 207, New Industrial estate, Road No 6/F-7, Udhna Udyog Nagar, Surat, being one of your service station, on 21/11/08 and received it back on 24/12/08 after completion of service as said by the dealer.
          This is to bring to your notice that even after the service the car was not made as per specified by your company. The change of spare parts speciifed in the billing has not been able to perform as new ones, even the oiling of the car was not proper, there was a problem with the sterring also and one of the major thing to notice was that while handing over the car to your service station the Mileage was 56158 and while getting back it was 57500, the difference of 1342 km was being travelled at your service station.
          it seems like maruti is taking trial of the car with approx 1300kms and still not being able to give right kind of spares and services. after such extensive trial also the car was not performing well.

          On questioning the same to the service station, no satisfactory answer was given to me.
          I even sent the car again to Surat to make the corrections done but there seems to be no change in the car.
          I came to knew about the correct picture when I showed my car to a local Maruti service station here at vadodara with sufficient proofs.

          After all these experiences I feel that I have been cheated by Maruti service station dealer.
          kindly tell me where to go for proper maintainence of cars and repairs becuse after the billing of approx rs 40000/- i am still visiting maruti service stations just in three months.
          i completely agree as maruti is just intrested in selling cars and dreams(nightmares), your car never gets serviced properly at so called maruti authorised service station
          Sir, I had purchased Maruti Alto 800 on[protected] from Sai Service, Edapilly, Kochi, Kerala. From the date of purchase the car was showing problems. The engines gets raced automatically even when static. I have raised this complaint to the service people several times. After 3 or 4 complaints, I was informed that the throttle complaint. Accordingly, the service people changed the throttle. However the complaint persisted. The vehicle was again entrusted to service on[protected] to[protected]. The vehicle was returned to me without doing any service. The problem still persists. I am really annoyed and disgusted to inform that the service is poor and not upto the mark.             I have taken Suzuki Access 125 of Suzuki Motorcycles Private Limited on 28th of April 2010 at Dobro Motors, 3-5-821, Doshi Square, Opposite HDFC Bank, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad –500029 with Dealer code: 308103 of the company Ph.No. +[protected], 66821466, 66821467, 66821468 Mobile: +91-[protected], [protected] Fax: +[protected] . While Temporary registration through the Executive in Dobro motors a mistake has been done in entering my Chassis number (Frame Number) as MB8C4CADA8126955 instead of MB8CF4CADA8126955. An alphabet F was missing after MB8C. I have given complaints to the company to rectify my problem for many times but it was of no use. When I Call the Head (Mr.Rajeev Doshi) or any executive of the showroom, there way of talking was rude.

              Dear Sir,

              We bring to ur kind notice that we have given my car for service 3 times to ur delaler M/s spectra Motors-Boisar with in 4 months for attending the same problem i.e. Oil mixing with the coolent. Still the no concrete soultion provided by ur delear to me . Now he is telling that the engine head of your car is having hair crake problem. Beacuse of this issue there is a mixing problem of coolent with the oil. During all the 3 times service I have paid amount . We assume that the there is a manufacuring defect in my car No. MH04-CM-620. , All charges of the above issue paid by maruti I have also telephonically lodge the compaint 2-3 times at your toll free number [protected].

              We do not excpet such type of service from Maruti. I m working with JSW Steel as a Asst. Genereal manger -Operation & my comapny is having around morethan 150 cars of Maruti in my factory permises , we never face such issue in any of your car .

              I have send my car in all the duration to the service center for 5-6 days . Still my car is kept at above service center from 20.11.10 .Now he is telling that the head is not available with us & will take another 5-6 days& today is 26.11.10.

              In this situation I am handicap to going to office & other routine job I have to hired a auto or taxi to fullfill my daily routine.

              Hence your intervention in this regard is requested.

                I have Suzuki Access 125.

                i have list of compliants for Suzuki leader located at Mumbai Malad (akshay Automobile)

                Compliant 1: (before my scooter’s delivery), akshay automobile (Mumbai-Malad) informed that my scooter is ready for delivery (with RTO passing) , I took a leave on that day, once I reached to show room around 1.00 PM, they informed that RTO is still pending and will take 2 more days.
                Impact: I lost one day leave.

                Compliant 2: I went for my first free service, akshay automobile (Mumbai-Malad), next day morning scooter’s service was done without washing.
                Impact: they asked me to come another day.

                Compliant 3: one week after first free service, my self start was not working, they identified the problem (which was not the actual problem) without taking much time. They said that required part is not in stock, they asked me to come after 10-12 days.
                After 10-12 days part was not arrived.

                Compliant 4: today (26 Nov. 10), I went for my second free service, I got the job card also, when I went to collect my scooter at 3.30 PM, my scooter was not touched at all.
                Impact: waste of time and money, delay in some personal work.

                Complient 5: today 26 Nov. 10) when I spoke to two person, I don’t remember the name (mobile no, [protected], [protected]) they gave very very irresponsible answer.

                  i purchased suzuki access from roto auto jalandhar a few months ago.i got it 1st and second service done at same dealer but soon after second service i m feeling starting problem with it....in the morning i use to start it with cranking and not by self but its taking 8 to 10 kicks to start and some time it stops by itself widout switching off the igninition key...please look into the matter and do the needfull...i am not satisfy by the service being provided by the dealer..

                    My name is Prabhakaran. I own a Suzuki access 125. I purchased it from one of the Suzuki dealers in Kerala named Manikandan Motors pvt ltd, Palarivattom, Kochi.
                    Last month my vehicle got complained. Its problem was starting trouble and some unwanted sound from engine side. Vehicle total running km is 23000.
                    I brought my vehicle to Suzuki dealer (Manikandan Motors, Kochi). They took 18 days for repairing my vehicle. I got my vehicle back on 5th October 2010. They gave me a bill of Rs.2063/-.
                    They changed some spare parts. They are,

                    1. Piece starter clutch RLR
                    2. Spring, Starter clutch-1
                    3. Roller starter clutch
                    4. Hub comp Starter clutch
                    5. Shim starter clutch
                    6. oil and filter
                    Their inv no is 4060.
                    Two weeks after servicing same complaint happened again. This time I went to nearby dealer (Jos Automobiles, Angamaly). They said complaint is for Hub comp starter clutch and it needs to be replaced. They found that previously that part was not changed. Manikandan Automobiles is not agreeing with this. What should I do? Again I need to spend more than 1000 rs to repair my vehicle. I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem.

                      Me Ashokkumar R. Chavan, mene 03/02/2010 is date pe ritz vdi purchse ki thi,
                      pehale servicing ke bad car ka engine noise bahot badh gaya, workshop me complaint karane ke bad aisa bataya gaya ki ye normal he, aur aawaz thoda badh jata hai,

                      But 3rd servicing ke bad car me bada problem aa gaya, jab 4th gear me car 80 ki speed cross karati thi to achank se pick up chod deti thi, aur car ka speed kam ho jata tha , aisi situation kam se kam 8 se 10 seconds tak continue rehati thi, fir car normally chalati thi,,,

                      but firase jab car 100 ki speed cross karane lagati thi tab same problem face karana padata tha, car pick up chod deti thi, aur slow ho jati thi,,,

                      aisa din me kam se kam 3 ya 4 bar to hota hi tha,, bar bar worksop me complain karane par ye bataya gaya ki fuel injectors clen karane padenge, aur hamane fuel injectors clean karava liye, but koi fayada nahi huwa

                      bar bar worksop me complaint de ke car repair ke liye chodane par b koi results nahi mile,, just do din pehale mene 5th servicin karava ke liya, aur aaj subah hi highway pe test leke dekha to car same problem de rahi hai

                      aaj meri car ka 30,000 km running complete ho gaya hai, aur warranty period 40,000 km tak hi hai, 10,000 km se leke 30,000 km tak aur aage b muze ye problem face karana pad raha hai, bar bar complaint karane par b prblm solve nahi ho raha hai, and i think ke engine me koi manufacturing fault hai, aur is wajah se mera nuksan ho raha hai,

                      aap please meri is complain ko seriously le lijiye, aur meri problem solve karane ke liye help kijiye, ye meri aap se vinamra request hai, agar warranty period khatam ho jayega to shyad company meri koi help nahi karegi, to please jald se jald meri complint solve ki jaye

                      agar meri problem solve nahi hoti aur company ki wajah se aisehi mera loss hota hai to, me CONSUMER COURT me Maruti Suzuki Ltd. ke khilap Petition file karung,, aur legaly me company ke khila action leke apana problem solve karava lunga,

                        I bough a Maruthi Zen Estilo on JAN2008, ever since I bought the AC start giving complaints as it is not working most of the time, and each time I visit the service station they keep the vehicle for 2 days and finaly solve the problem but it will not last longer and same problem occur again and again. last yer Popular helped me to change the compressor of AC but the same problem still exist. This time when I give my vehicle for the same complaint they said to change the compressor again, I'm totally upset with this. after buying an AC car driving most of the days without AC is not acceptable at all. Also changing compressor every time will be expensive as I'am worried as warrenty period is going to get expired also. I need Maruthi Suzuki to find a pemanent solution for this at the earliest.                           This is to bring to your kind notice that all the dealers are taking extra charges(logistics charges)i.e different in different states when once price is decided by the company than no dealer has no excess to take this logistice charges. As we know earlier in meerut no dealer takes the logistics charges. but somehow in other states are not taking these charges. due to this charges the customer are facing a great problem.

                          K10 — rates variation

                          Sir,
                          I wann know that is their any rates variation in your stores located in a city or located in diffirent cities
                          This is true, dealers are charging extra almost Rs.5000 towards handling charges/ logistic charges in Delhi. They are telling the customer that they are taking this amount of total cost and putting this separately so the customer is taxed less on the car price.

                            This is to inform you that there was diesel leakage in my car SWIFT VDI ,i went to the KTL workshop lucknow for repairing dated on[protected].but after the 10 days the leakage problem started again,this time leakage was from somewhere else and i found that they fixed that leakage by the help of M-seal in the KTL workshop lko,faizabad road.very poor customer service was done.i recommend you to take some action.
                            RAIL ASSY, FUEL part not available all over U.P.i am facing so much problem...this diesel leakage was for the third time since 16 JULY 2010 WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR..

                              I just found out that Maruti Suzuki sets targets for its MASSs that they must sell a certain amount of parts every month fo rwhich they get a bonus.

                              Due to this the Service center passes on the discount to their employees.

                              Hence when we give our car for repair/service, parts which are perfect are replaced and charged to us.


                              Thus we pay so that Maruti and its service centres prosper.

                              the road side mechanic is a preferrable and more dependable option as he survives because of his reputation and cannot afford allow it to be tarnished.

                              Maruit has grown too big so they don't care for customers and their suffering.

                              LET US RESOLVE TO BOYCOTT MARUTI AND ITS AUTHORISED SERVICE STATIONS.

                              I had complained to the MD of auzuki india about the terrible service given by the MASS.
                              My car had to be taken to the MASS(Maruti Authorised service station)
                              almost 18 times to fix simple problem like door not closing properly, water leakage from the door during normal rain.

                              I am sorry to state that neither the MD nor his office has the courtsey to acknowledge the mail.
                              Forget about doing anything about it.

                              I am surprised how they manage to get best service rating from J D Power.

                              Is D Power on sale OR does Maruti fudge the customer feedback? Anyone knows?

                              Please let me know what is your view, JDPower on sale or MAruti fudging forms.....
                              i have given my ALTO car for service to Solamali Automobiles at Madurai, Tamil Nadu. the stepny provided alongwith the car was not at all used as for the past two years from the date of purchase of car and not even a single punjture. but the service center mechanics taken away the the original unused stepney and replaced with old one. immediately i found it and made complaint. they say that during wheel alignment they used to rotate the tyres. when i was handing over the car i have seen the tyre i.e. unused new one but they have not rotated the same in any of the wheels. it is a case of clear theft and abusing their position. it will not work good for ever. unless the Maruthi Company enquire this into detail with all serivce centers and render truthful service, the customers will be cheated like me by the poor illiterate mechanics.

                                Maruti's Authorised Service Centre "Seva Automobiles" mishandled my vehicle while given for repairs.

                                It was so badly handled that they broke door handle, bonnet opener,glove compartmrnt cover, window operation switch assembly and they now want that i should pay for all this

                                Can somebody guide me as what should do to get my problem resolved.

                                  This is to bring to your information that this is my fourth reminder regarding the problem I am facing in my Swift Vxi car. Since last 10 days I am not driving my car there is risk to my life. The problem is not resolved yet and your Area manager told me that the head of the engine which is distroyed due to fire is still not available. I have called several times. I am getting calls from Sarjit(Meerut), [protected], but not getting proper response as he is telling me since last one week that part is not available, I am comming to Pasco, Gurgaon from where I bought SwiftVxi.
                                  No body is paying attention to this problem neighter I am getting any response.
                                  I would appreciate your intervention and immediate attention in this matter for better results. I am unable to do my job due to this problem and I have wasted lot of money in hiring taxi. Who will bear these expense? Secondly I am going through mental stress because of this issue.

                                  OK this is not a Maruti Swift, but a S Swift is a S Swift. Mine was made in Japan so theoretically should be GOOD!

                                  4 wheel drive 2007 Suzuki Swift. Engine warning light came on, engine coughed and stalled. Manual says immediately shut down engine. Problem! In the Austrian countryside, subzero Temps. snow. late at night. WILL NOT freeze to death, so took chance and struggled slowly home. Mechanics next day said lucky you got home, as engine could have been destroyed. Both crankshaft sensors had FAILED. Only 27, 000kms on the clock, but just out of 3 year guarantee. Paid up 300€ for two tiny sensors. Suzuki Austria answered my inquiry as to WHY? Junior staff said, guarantee out, pay up. 3 mails to senior staff ignored. As a retired airline training Captain reliability and safety come first. That can only come from analysis of faults. Suzuki and Suzuki Austria failed on all counts. Instead of buying an extra year ot two guaranee, buy a car with a 5 year guarantee, and NOT any Suzuki!!

                                    I KRR MOHANA RAO PURCHASED WAGON R IN APRIL 2008 . WITH IN one month of purchasing time ac not functioning i approached the jayalakshmi automobiles and said the complaint they temporarly repaired .again after 6 months thesame complaint the same process continued . after one year the problem was the same now they are saying compressor was failed you have to pay 18000/ .therefore i am going to consumer forum

                                      had purchase maruti dezire vxi on[protected]. there has continous under body noise from the first month of purchase. which i had inspected from modern automobile hissar authorised maruti showroom three times but still they are not able to provide solution till date,

                                      further there is also generic problem in automatic key cover which gets crack,
                                      cover of both my key is crack and i have to use it with cello tape.

                                        I had been facing serious problems with my car since the last 2-3 months . I had approached your dealer and they had suggested us to book the service with their workshop. I booked it for the 2nd service on 2nd october'2010 and explained that I am facing the following problems :

                                        1. My Car gives a mileage of less than 10 kms per litre

                                        2. The clutch is not functioning properly and it gives a throttle whenver it is being relased and there is a lot o[censored]neasinesss while changing gears - While driving & changing gears , the gear gives an awkward feeling that is reeling & vibrating

                                        2. The worst part is the steering suspension. It is giving lot of noise & vibrations every time I drive . While driving , it gives a feeling that the steering is not properly placed and the parts down under can come out any moment.


                                        Still the same persists .... Nothing has been done ... I am going from one service station to another and every body is asking me to contact dealer ... Please advise me what needs to be done ....

                                        I have using Maruti products since 1996 . I had owned 2 Marutis previously & and an Alto LX before . Till date I was a highly satisfied customer ... Now I am in a mess ...

                                        Request you for immediate resolution or else I need to take it forward
