Me Ashokkumar R. Chavan, mene 03/02/2010 is date pe ritz vdi purchse ki thi,
pehale servicing ke bad car ka engine noise bahot badh gaya, workshop me complaint karane ke bad aisa bataya gaya ki ye normal he, aur aawaz thoda badh jata hai,
But 3rd servicing ke bad car me bada problem aa gaya, jab 4th gear me car 80 ki speed cross karati thi to achank se pick up chod deti thi, aur car ka speed kam ho jata tha , aisi situation kam se kam 8 se 10 seconds tak continue rehati thi, fir car normally chalati thi,,,
but firase jab car 100 ki speed cross karane lagati thi tab same problem face karana padata tha, car pick up chod deti thi, aur slow ho jati thi,,,
aisa din me kam se kam 3 ya 4 bar to hota hi tha,, bar bar worksop me complain karane par ye bataya gaya ki fuel injectors clen karane padenge, aur hamane fuel injectors clean karava liye, but koi fayada nahi huwa
bar bar worksop me complaint de ke car repair ke liye chodane par b koi results nahi mile,, just do din pehale mene 5th servicin karava ke liya, aur aaj subah hi highway pe test leke dekha to car same problem de rahi hai
aaj meri car ka 30,000 km running complete ho gaya hai, aur warranty period 40,000 km tak hi hai, 10,000 km se leke 30,000 km tak aur aage b muze ye problem face karana pad raha hai, bar bar complaint karane par b prblm solve nahi ho raha hai, and i think ke engine me koi manufacturing fault hai, aur is wajah se mera nuksan ho raha hai,
aap please meri is complain ko seriously le lijiye, aur meri problem solve karane ke liye help kijiye, ye meri aap se vinamra request hai, agar warranty period khatam ho jayega to shyad company meri koi help nahi karegi, to please jald se jald meri complint solve ki jaye
jada information ke liye aap muze mere cell no. pe b contact kar sakate hai,
agar meri problem solve nahi hoti aur company ki wajah se aisehi mera loss hota hai to, me CONSUMER COURT me Maruti Suzuki Ltd. ke khilap Petition file karung,, aur legaly me company ke khila action leke apana problem solve karava lunga,
agar company ko lagata hai ke mera loss na ho, aur company ka b reputation kharab na ho to jald se jald muze contact kar ke meri problem solve kar di jaye............

I am unsatisfy with service of Simran Motors Service Center. Unskilled and hopeless staff.
On Saturday 30th April 2011 I give my Alto for service (40000 km). Mr. Sushil (Advisor) has check my car and take for service and he given time of delivery at 6.00 pm. on the same day i gone to take my car on 6.00 pm. Mr. sushil told me wait for 10- 15 minutes and take your car. I just wait upto 8.00 pm then he told me that you can not take your car some pending works were there. I told to Mr. Sushil that I want to go long drive on sunday with my family. kindly give my car, again on monday I will leave my car. for serivce purpose. Mr. sushil agree and ready to give my car. When I see my Car I got shocked because my car got Accident in their service center. dicky got dented and backside bumper dented and front side light broken and dent of bonate and front side bumper dented. I notice all damage due to accident to Costumer Care Managar Ms. Jyoti Kadam and she told me that we are going to do all work with servicing on Thursday on 5th May 2011. and ask for my Insurance Policy, RC Book and Driving Licence.
On Thursday 5th May I make a call to Mr. Warsi (Body Shop manager) and told me that your work will completed on Friday kindly take your car on Friday.
Again on Friday I meet Mr. Warsi on 6.00 pm he told me to take my vehicle on Saturday.
Again on saturday 11.24 pm Mr. Sushil told me on Mobile that your car is ready. so I gone in simran motors and meet Mr. Sushil. agiain he told me wait for 10 minutes I will give your car. I seen the same car in workshop it is not servicing properly and Bonate of backside is still broken situation and not washed. All thing notice to Ms. Jyoti (Customer Care Manager). She promised me your car will give on sunday after all camplaint fulfill.
On sunday Mr. Sushil call me and ask for car delivery. I told to Mr. sushil if it is ready then & then you call me, he said that he confirm the same. when I gone to Simran Motors again problem are same. Ms. Jyoti on leave so I make the call to Ms. Jyoti and told her all situation.
If body shop Insurance policy is their why used my own Insurance policy
from 1/05/2011 to when my car ready pay me Rs. 1000/- per day. because I used my car for Office. so mistke is your and How I can bear for this. I allready talk to Ms. Jyoti about all those thing.
Simran Motors have to Pay me Rs. 1000/- per day for hire charges of vehicle due to damage in workshop.
when my car ready then only call till Rs. 1000/- per day will be continued.
I am very disappointed with the service center staff.
Looking forward towards satisfactory response from Maruti and some strict action against Simran Motors.
and rent of car.
