I bought a new Maruti Suzuki Ritz VXi from M/s Batra Auto Company, Faridabad. Since very first day I felt that clutch was very hard. I told about this to Batra during my service but they took it casualy and kept my car for two days but problem is still same. Their service exicutive was trying to satisfy me by showing me another vehicles of same catagory.I have complaint about this two times on their toll free no. but no response.

Maruti Suzuki Ritz VXi — Bad product delivered

On 27th Nov 2009 I purchased Maruti Suzuki Ritz VXI from RNS Motors, Yesvantpur, Bangalore. The car has multiple problems like brake noise, door noise etc. etc. The dealer tried to fix the problems but failed to help me. The dealer is also not willing to help me with the problems. Escalated to Maruti but nothing happened.
I am facing same problem. The dealer has not been able to fix both problems.

meri car no. RJ-14 CJ 6315 jo mene 17/march/2010 ko sanga automoble sanganer jaipur se kharidi thi jisme shuru se hi breaks ki problem aa rahi thi. achanak breaks fail ho jaate hen. ek baar waranty me mastar cylander and boostar bhi change ho chuka he lekin problem soulve nahi hui.
so what should i do now I am not setisfyed to maruti Ritz.

I completely agree with you...I too bought a Ritz Zxi couple of months back and have developed severe pain in the legs on account of the very hard clutch. When we took it for service, we were told that it is normal. I've driven many cars in the past including many Maruti cars but have never faced such a problem.

I too user of MARUTI Ritz and suffering from knee pain due to faulty clutch plate which is too hard. Going to replace it today on seeing reviews. I too used other maruti and Toyota cars but experiencing problem of hard clutch with Ritz only.

    I Have purchased anew car which i have booked 20 days ago to get delivery on dhanteras from Fair Deal.

    They offered me a scrathed car, and when I asked to replace it they say u can either take this car or take your money back.

    We have already comprise on colour, loan, offers etc.

    They even try to harras us by saying this is your car car and we are not responsible for any svcratch even before handing over the key to me and before billing even.

    They arte just spoiling the Maruti's name.

    If no action hasbeen taken over them by the Maruti, than it is very shameful to Maruti only.

      Myself S.A.Razzaq,writing on behalf of my Father Syed Abdul Raheem.I have bought a Swift Dzire car in 2008 and had serious problem with windshield as it gets blurred during raining and the something like frost remains in the Windshield eventhough after wiping it or by switching on Heater to it does'nt get disappear making the vision to get blurred and can't see anything while driving which puts me in trouble.already after complaining to Suzuki customer service,they have changed the Windshield and later on the problem still persists so i think something is wrong with manufacturing of Windshield for Suzuki Dzire.I strictly recommend Suzuki to get in to this issue and get back to me on my email adress [protected]@hotmail.com.

      Iam having the same complaint my model of the year 2010 swift VDI, It is said by the maruthi service dealers in Karur & Erode ., it cant be corrected and advised me to go for a special coating in the windshield which is around 3000/-, I was irritated at that time to spend more for a new vehicle, Now the problem is i have to drive during the rains much more which is very annoying.       i am also having the same complaint of the Model 2011 October which i purchased from Tellicherry kerala. during slight rains even wind shield looks blurred.facing much visual difficulties even slight rains. Please advise nazir.[protected]@gmail.com. The service center guys not even ready to give attention of such complaints (especially Indus service centers)

        I am RAM NIWAS from GURGAON i have purchased a swift lxi car through csd from apra motors gurgaon.
        i booked the car in month of september and paid rest of the amount to csd ambala in month of october .
        at that time apra auto promised me to deliver the car on 3rd november but they couldn't kept their promise and didn't deliver the required product and now they are not telling the date of delivery and not responding to our call. kindly look into the matter and do the needfull.

        i am ronak shah from halol i had booked swift lxi white colour in the month of september from rb cars godhra through ravindrabhai and rameshbhai patel they told us to give delivery in month of october but they did not kept our promise and still they are keeping false promises and we have booked white colour and they are deniying to give us white colour . i want only white colour otherwise i will file a suit against maruti suzuki company rb cars godhra from ravindrabhai shah mob no [protected]

          Sub: Delivery of Access-125 SUZUKI [White colour] vehicle.

          Ref: Your money receipt no 4270 dt 3.08.2010 & 4760
          dt 11.10.10.

          As you are aware I had booked the subject vehicle on 03.08.10 and paid Rs. 5,000/- towards booking amount. It may be recalled that you had assured delivery of the said vehicle at the most within three months from the date of booking. Further as per your suggestion I had paid Rs. 30,000/- towards part payment of the vehicle which will facilitate you in early delivery. The stipulated periods for waiting after booking of the vehicle expires on 03.11.2010 and till date I am worried about assured delivery on the date. This is creating lot of confusion mental torture and agony in my family.

          I had approached number of time to your showroom and enquired about delivery status of my booked vehicle but I regret to state here that at no time I had been assured with any Indent placed on the company with regard to streamline the delivery process. This fact is against the social ethics which may compel me to initiate any legal action in this regard, if I do not get the vehicle delivered to me before stipulated date.

          I once again humbly request to take immediate action and deliver me the vehicle on 03.11.10.

          Dear Sir
          You need to handle customers more professionally. With respect to the delivery of the vehicle, I have not received any positive actions from thepeople who are sitting at Yelahakna. They are simply providing new dates. It clearly shows lack of communication and professionalism at your end.
          In fact I have booked Activa earlier but cancelled, thinking that Access have more options.
          I have paid entire amount. NowI am regretting. I have taken a wrong decision.

            I took my Alto LXi to Bimal Auto Workshop at Bamunimaidan, Guwahati on 30.10.10. with the complain of noise in the front suspension. This is the second time since I had to visit the workshop with the same complain. On both the occasion the brakes had been checked and necessary parts have been replaced. But the compalin could not be resolved. My Car has just done 26500 kms since 9th April 2007 (date of purchase). I called up the customer service helpdesk on 01.11.10 with the complains and and requested them to pick up my car from my workplace and they have assured me to send their representative accordingly on 02.11.10. But my question is will i be charged again for replacement of spares and labour as i have already spent twice for the same job which did not solve my problem …..??

              I sanjeev shukla I/C ram pratap palace @haider ali road,kokar,ranchi booked a wagonR above mentioned model with M/S premsons motor udyog pvt. ltd.@502,kanke road ranchi834008.the booking was done on 28/09/2010 vide coustomer ID:I[protected], order/invoice:SOB0002394 through chq.no.200541 of hdfc bank ranchi amount rs.11000/=.till now date 30/10/2010 the above said vheichle is not delivered nor the fund released on request , we purchase a car from hyundai , so please refund my money as soon as possible... when we talk to your dealer for refund, there salesman mr. shekher and mr. nirmal lohia told us that the refund will given you after 15 days. at the time of booking they never told me that type of process, so i logging my complain, please do the needfull...

                Dear Sir,

                I am customer of Maruti with Customer ID= I[protected].This is to bring to your notice that we purchased Swift VDI (PB 39 D 0967) in May 2008 and there had been multiple instance of lock breakage due to which fifth gear does not function as normal.
                Continuous services were undertaken against payment at Berkeley(Chandigarh), but a problem related to fifth great (breakage of lock) could not be eradicated. Berkeley company second time told us that they would try there level best to repair the vehicle and the vehicle was repaired.
                Third time when I was en route from Mathura to Punjab, the problem of fifth gear was encountered again. I got it repaired again from Berkeley Chandigarh. After this there were again two other instances when I got it repaired on 22nd Mar 2010 and 25th Aug, 2010. Unfortunately yesterday as well on 29th Oct, 2010, this problem has resurfaced.
                Please let me know how many time I will have to wander to get this basic problem repaired. Should I send the vehicle back to company and get it stranded there? In the last I would like to request your good self to look in to the matter and direct your agencies to undertake the repair.
                Also I would like to know why it happens again and again, why not the work is done with full honesty and diligence and fixed at once.

                  Hi. three weeks ago i booked the car alto through csd they said i will get car next week monday but they refuse that they said its a csd procedure i cant do any thing even they are not very well in customer handling then they said that we will give you next monday sure but when we went there they said no not yet we didont get your stock so we cant give you even they arre not going to tell us about the status my car i paid a cash for this far means dd on the name of csd and when i said i dont want car from this dealer they said sorry it will take 6 months the car i s on my father name shri Omparkash verma .still they are not going to tell me about status my car even i did the complaint in maruti customer care as well they didnt respond me. after the cash payment i am still waiting my car .my phone no is [protected]. name harish kumar

                  We purchased a maruti ECCO Ambulance from M/S Bhandari Automobiles, Kharagpur and the delivery of this vehicle was given to us on 10-11-12 but registration and insurance was to be covered by party.

                  it was informed to us that it will be completed and documents will be given to us with in max.30 days.

                  as required we have given all required papers to party on the same day when we took delivery of the vehicle.
                  now more than one month has passed but still we did not receive the registration and insurance documents. we followed up several times but no action has been taken so far.
                  now we are unable to use the vehicle and we don't know the status of required documents.
                  we seek your help in the matter.

                    Maruti Udyog — Non availibility of spares

                    This is regards with swift diesel spares which are not available, my vehicle purchased in sep 07 recently the fan belt got cut and i was stranded in middle of the road, i tried calling up all the dealers in belgaum, hubli, kolhapur and pune for the belt but i got a reply saying that its not available and we can not help, i am located in belgaum but the dealer here has a common answer for each and evry thing that the parts are not availble.
                    What is the point in calling up so many dealers when a part like fan belt for diesel is not available, its been more than 15 days my vehicle is parked in the garage.

                    3 months back i was plannig to buy maruti suzuki procut swift dezire. for this i went to dealer in jalgaon, maharashtra. And the sales executive told me price including octroi irrespective of, that i am not resident within octroi limit. i asked them regarding this but no proper answer was given to me from manager also. this is the most horrible experiance of maruti dealer. i complained this on maruti official website also but no response after primary reply of mail.

                    Maruti — Non Availability of spares

                    I visited M/s Libra Automobiles for buying Fly wheel of Maruti Zen, when we confirmed from Store was in stock, how ever they denied to sell the same, when asked for complaint book they said no complaint book is available, When contacted the works manager, Mr. Sunil Kumar, Mobile No. [protected], he repeated the same & he further guided us that we should pay rs. 50/- as stationary charges & get the job card made & parts will be issued to you. which he again refused,

                    i again asked for complaint book which he said is not avaialble with Libra automobiles

                    hence i am writing this complaint.

                    Customer should get spares directly if he want to purchase

                    secondly complaint book should be available on demand

                    He should not misbehave with customer like this

                    Sub:Non-availability of a danger/tail light cover for Esteem Vxi

                    I am running from pillar to post for a commonly breakable part as detailed in the subject. For the last more than a month I am in touch with Maruti service center Auto Hi-tech at Kolkata and they are unable to resolve my problem. Pls help

                      I PURHASED MARUTHI K10 VXI ON 18th OCT 2010 FROM M/s SWANI MOTORS PVT LTD.,GT ROAD JALANDHAR WITH ALL MGA ACCESSORIES. WHEN T WENT FOR DARSHAN OF MATA CHINTAPURNI IN HIMACHAL PRADESH ON 22/10/2010 SUDDENLY MUSIC SYSTEM (MGA BRAND) STOPPED WORKING. THEN WHLE TAKING TURN ON HILLY ROAD THERE WAS SOME NOISE FROM REAR RIGHT SIDE. AFTER SOME TIME WHEN INSPECTED I FOUND REAR RIGHT SIDE TYRE WAS HAVING FOUR CUT MARKS & RUBBER WAS CHPPING OFF AND CARs BODY PART WAS PROJECTED BY 25mm IN COMPARISION TO LEFT SIDE. IT WAS VERY SERIOUS MATTER WHILE DRIVING ON HILLY AREA SO HIRED A TAXI FOR FURTHER JOURNEY OF FAMILY & CAME BACK ALONE DRIVING MY CAR.
                      WHEN I WENT TO M/S SWANI MOTORS ON 25/10/2010 AFTER HEARING MY ROBLEM THEIR SUPERVISOR ON "MAY I HELP U" COUNTER TOLD ME IT IS ONLY DUE TO PROJECTED METAL PART & HE CALLED HIS WORKER FROM DENTING SECTION AND ADVISED HIN TO HAMMER THE PROJECTED AREA TO MAKE LEVEL. THEN I INSISTED FOR JOB CARD THEY PREPARED THAT BUT THEY REFUSED TO ENTER MUSIC SYSTEM PROBLEM. WHEN I ARGUED THAT IT IS MGA BRAND & FITTED BY YOU ALSO THEY ALLOWED ME TO MAKE ENTRY ON JOB CARD FOR MUSIC SYSTEM NOT WOTKING.
                      IN WORK SHOP AFTER INSPECTION THEY WERE SURE THAT TYRE WAS CUT DUE TO PROJECTED PART SO THEY HEMMERED IT TO MAKE LEVEL. THEY DONT REPLACE MY TYRE. WHEN CONTACTED TO THERE SUPERIOR HE WAS ALSO SURE THAT IT WAS DUE TO CAR BODY GRAZING WITH TYRE SO HE AGAIN ADVISED HIS TECHICIAN TO BEND UPPER SIDE ALSO. THEN I DID NOT ALLOWED THEM TO ALTER WITH CAR BODY. MY DAMAGED TYRE WAS NOT REPLACED BUT THEY CHANGED THAT WITH MY CAR STEPNY.
                      ITS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER WHICH MAY CAUSE SERIOUS ACCIDENT DUE TO TYRE CUT. PLEASE INSPECT MY CAR & ENSURE ME SO THAT IN FUTURE IT IS NOT REPEATED AND REPLACE MY DAMAGED TYRE & TAKE NECESSARY PREVENTIVE ACTION AT YOUR END.

                      Hi sir, with reference to d above stated problm, I RASOOL BAIG has purchased a ALTO K10 car no kA 04 MJ 4402 in May 2011 in ur Maruthi Suzuki car showroom, Pratham motors, Queens road, Bangalore.This is my 4th car in ur company & u vil hav all my details Sir. My issue with ur dealers is that its been only 5 mnths that i hav purchased my car & now that i had sent it for service within this short duration thy r tellin that there is problm in the engine,& full engine has burnt. hwz it possible tat its been only 5mnths from the date of purchase & iam facin all this problms.Now that i wnt some help frm the showroom so tat thy cld fix this issue for me thy are so neglegient that thy hav taken the problm vry lightly..I hav nvr evr faced this issue from ur company cars n service earlier.Iam vry disappointed with the issue and the carelessness taken to my car this time.Even the managers are least bothered to come & sort the issue this tis & thy dnt evn hav tym for the customers...Since iam the old customer this kind of attitude is vry heart breaking.Kindly Sir, I wld like u to take action as soon as possible & give my car in good running condition & ask the managers, staff to cooperate with me and solve this issue....

                      Hello sir my name is Amritpal Singh Sekhon from Punjab . My problem is from my car Alto K10 . Problem is that the front tyres of my car are gone mean in very bad condition only in 13000 kms.Rear tyres are looking like new but front are very rood.

                        We are happy to cancel our booking of Acess 125 from your Nagpur Dealer M/s. Nangia Automotive due to giving us false commitment for delivery of Scooter,Misbehaviour of Manager and owner, as we booked on 22/07/2010 for 30 day waiting. yesterday we have cancel the booking.

                        Now we will try our best cancel maximum number by publishing in news paper , brochers, every thing .i will try my best

                          Hello ,

                          I had a terrible month .

                          I booked an Alto K10 Lxi with AVG motors , Thiruvalla branch for my brother on the 2nd of October 2010 with an advance payment of 5000 RS with a maximum waiting periodof 15 days.

                          Then what happened is-

                          Nobody called us to tell the exact date of delivery till 16 th october 2010. We called the sales man and he told us that the car is ready.

                          On 18th we went the Thiruvalla showroom , then there is no car , 'they are on transit ', is their reply.

                          So we immediately cancelled the booking with them. Then they started misbehaving , the manager asking me to get out of his cabin when i asked him to give me a receipt for the cancellation .

                          The manager Mr Shamjith was telling me that they never wanted such clients in future and asked me to leave.

                          Then i went for the refund money from Kottayam branch. The manager was willing to refund only Rs 4000 , Rs 1000 will be charged as cancellation charges. I explained to MS Beena , the manager that it was not my fault , I waited for 17 days and iam cancelling it only after promised 15 days .Then she was furious and told me that nothing can be done in this matter and
                          ' One customer can do nothing on our business ' and walked away.

                          I refused to accept the refund as RS 4000.

                          MY COMPLAINT IS THIS IS THE WAY THESE GUYS ARE SUPPOSED TO BEHAVE ?

                          Similar issues happened with me also... I booked Alto from Pala and they have given no refund for Road TAX payment (Rs.16069) which they are supposed to do. There was no one at the delivery point when I reached to explain the payment calculations ( We have done True value, advance payment, Exchange bonus etc..)
                          They are charging Rs.100/- for the driver to deliver the at vehicle at Pala where I booked the vehicle.
                          They have added accessories worth 4500/- without informing me even though I have told them many times I don't want any accessories and NO BILLS GIVEN FOR THAT.

                          Overall AVG was a bad experience. I could have opted for INDUS or POPULAR who had better network and customer support.

                            Have faced bad behavior , negligence of service ,part changed, which was not damaged, took the charges for part & labour. problem is still there, now asking to change another part & saying that there's still no guarantee that it will get resolved.

                            & saying that you can complain wherever you want.

                            Dealer - My car. ,service center - Bhopal.
                            Handled by Mr. Vishal & some other mechanic ,both the times.

                            Maruti Suzuki Alto — Poor Service

                            we have purchase of one Veichle alto Nos is DL9CQS 2789 FroM DD Motor Limited At Maya Puri New Delhi -64 Our Third Free Service Was Due Which I decided to avail at Magic Auto a-93 maya puri industruial Area Phase -2 New Delhi (Authorise Maruti Dealer) when i went to collect my veichle after servicing i noticed lots of scratch Marks on the driver side door which were not there when i gave the vechile to Magic Auto.
                            When i Complained to them insteaded of listening to me and solving my problem they did not give any responses .
                            THIS IS SERIOUS LAPSE ON THE PART OF MAGIC AUTO WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS HARRESED AND NEW PROBLEMS ARE GIVEN IN VEICHLE. IN THIS REPUTATION OF MARUTI SUZUKI IS ALSO EFFECTED SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THIS DELER SHIP SO THAT PEOPLE LIKE US ARE NOT HARRESED IN FUTURE

                            MARUTI SUZUKI - ALTO — BAD SERVICE - FROM THE DEALER

                            I HAVE GIVEN MY CAR ALTO TN37 AQ 4788 FOR SERVICE TO M/S JAYAKRISHAN AUTOSALES PVT LTD ON 02.04.2012 BUT I HAVE RECIVED THE CAR 12.04.2012 WITHOUT SERVICE OFFERED BY THE AGENCY. I HAVE CONTACTED THE AGENCY BUT I HAVE NOT GOT PROPER REPLY.

                            THEY HAVE CHARGED SERVICE AMOUNT WITHOUT DOING ANY SERVICE

                              I have taken a Alto from Mohon Motor Udyog ( DN 18 Salt Lake City , Sector V , kol-700091 , phone: 4015 3333 , Email : [protected]@mohanmotors.com) and I got the delivery on last Friday at about 6 PM in the evening. Next day we found that there is an issue in the dickey ( Gap in one side of the dickey) and both the axles are rusted. Many parts in the vehicle under body are badly rusted. I am very upset with the newly delivered car. This is a brand new ALTO and this is totally not expected.

                              Car has not been on road yet and the registration papers have not being sent yet from the showroom. I hope to get urgent assistance from you in this matter and hope to get the car replaced.

                                I have purchased Vagon R lxi on 30-06-10 having proper certificate of true value,after day of purchase vehicle have bubbling and alignment problem in the car,in this connection 6time car has been given to their workshop at Hyderabad Varun Motor,but still problem is as same and now the workshop people are telling that all tyre has to be replace but true value is not willing so i strongly felt that true value staff are not true and car are not true.

                                    Dear sir, i had purchased a Maruti Suzuki A star on March 31.2010 form MANDOVI Motors pvt ltd, Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore. since then i am getting a very low mileage from the car which is nothing more than 09-10.5 km /ltr on city roads with A/C. This is all the more disheartening because the purchase was made keeping the high fuel efficiency in mind which Maruti Suzuki strongly says and the tall claims made by Maruti 21.6 Km /ltr on highway & 16 - 17 km/Ltr in city limits. i waited till the first two servicing to expect the mileage improvements , however that never happened and by the third service i knew something was seriously wrong. Then some where in between maruti came up with that fuel tank complaint for A-Star which was nothing more than a gimmick.Nothing helped my car have a better mileage so now I am all fed up with the mileage issue as well as low pick up, like it will take first gear everywhere & sometimes not even in first gear i can climb some height roads n i am trying to find some other gear may be -1 gear. I keep wondering how can a company like Maruti Suzuki manufacture such substandard cars and make such tall mileage claims .If this the way things go then it will surely earn a bad name for itself .Is there a solution to this dismal mileage , someone please help me or else i may have to look for other ways .Let me add to this that my driving is not all that bad ,, i am driving for the last 15 years and have driven various car models .So please don't come up with those endless excuses !!!

                                      This is regarding the quality issue in one of the tyre in my Wagon R LXI duo.

                                      Purchased from Manan Auto Link, Ahmedabad. vehicle's chassis no. 794759 & Engine No 4619400.



                                      I regret to inform that the car has hardly run 10000 Km since purchased on 1pril 2009.

                                      But one of the tyre got burst while driving.

                                      Just wanted to know what kind of quality checks are done, or if the workable quality of these parts are only few months.



                                      I am surprised to see this kind of quality in Maruti which is not expected.

                                      As a customer I request to look into the matter and do the needful.

                                        I had sent my New Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire ZDI for 1st Servicing after covering 1000 Kms. but I have been very disappointed the quality and service rendered the washing of both Interior and exterior of my white car as I loved my car the glaze and shine after 1st servicing has deteriorated many folds and I hope the same problem is being faced by other valuable customers too who are not in a state to lodge a complaint and have to bear with the poor service providers. When asked why such a poor servicing is being done then we were told that "How much do you expect in 1st servicing.
                                        So you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action as per rule.
