Not getting my policy, want to cancel my policy and get money back

Refund of cancelled policy

We cancelled life insurance policy for our child after 3 years. still we haven't got our refund amount. when we enquired about the refund amount, they are saying it will take for minimum of 3 to 4 years to refund. This was not mentioned in anywhere in thier the policy....

Lies and unethical behavior with me

I have a maxlife policy "stepping stones" a 11th year term done on 3/07/2006. which is inactive from 2014 when i wish to run this policy after auto call frm company, , asked me to send health declaration signed form and outstanding premium even i paid all requirement.. but one by one requirements demanding is continued by the insurance company..and i had to get a maney back on 30/07/2015 .yet i didn"t get it. what will i do???????????????????...
