This is ganesh working in leading national mediaMy policy number is[protected]..I have paid all my 6 years premium of 60, 000 but when i went to close my insurenace plan, they are saying i can only get 24000...This is truely atrocious..I am not saying max life to pay any bonus, please return the premium that i have paid without any interest...Please ensure this complaint is resolved failing which your brand name will get affected in media..br...

I have not my incentive. I have gone in office also. But no one is giving proper answer, they are telling come after 2 or 3 days. After that also no one is giving response. Again the same thing.

Dear friend i bought a life insurance from max lifE in 2009 and after paying continuesly u year of premium i think to surrender the yhe policy and max life told me that you will only 30 % of your paid ammount. I have made several request to get my premium paid receipt but they are not sending me.
Made calls to customer care for about 10 times but they are disconnecting call when I ask for receipt.
I want my receipt as soon as possible. don't fool people you cheaters...

Don't like the ax life insurance i also told the customer service center then today my account debited the amount 20738 i want my amount because my loan emi amount due date is 10 aug then please refund my amount immediately otherwise i will go for courts...

Due to one of my relative constant pressure who is max life executive i didn't say no to purchase a policy from max due to her persistence.
Now i want to withdraw my hard earned money from max life. I called there customer care but they are saying your money will be lapsed you will get nothing if you don't invest for more 2 years.
I will suggest to all please don't choose max life for your investment. May be you will loose...

I have taken this max policy[protected] in march 2012 thru axis. I have so far deposited 5 annual premiums of rs. 40000 yearly. Due to some financial crisis, i planned to surrender this policy. When i reached out to customer care, they told me that if i surrender the policy i will only get 30% of last 4 premiums submitted. actually i got sms from max life insurance that i can pay online policy amount of Rs 4076.19/-, so i paid this amount through online on 04.07.2016

but again i got sms after the day that policy amount of rs 4076.19 is going to be debited on 08.07.2016.
