      My name is Mrs.P.Vimaladevi. I have got a policy in new york life insurance on march 2008. It's locking period for 3 years. I will approach the policy office at virudunagar of Tamilnadu state for getting my deposited insurance amount. But they are not response to my approach. And also they are said that the insurance period is upto 10 years. But i want to withdraw my policy and get money. Kindly take the necessary actions as early as possible.

          sir ur agent telling the policy terms in five year in realized customer paid only 3 years doubled the amound in five years iam totaly faith with agent so i have two policy my father and some not literate and not known in English language so he is paid in fully time to time 3 years and according to agent advised wait five year completed so go for office and reply for max office you have deposite 75000/ ihave only paid 50% so what can i do my agent reply ihave change the job ineed money only my money not interest and all pls help me and give money my second policy is same type i need money for my daughter marriage.

            I have bought Max Newyork life Insurance policy of shiksha plus II in Oct 2011. Till Jan 6 January - i did not receive policy document to verify the details. After receipt i found the details entered by Company agent was wrong which was immediately informed in writing. Second time document received again in Feb 2012 with wrong details of name with continuous follow up in writing. Company kept on investigating, finally second time i refused to go for policy considering the way it is treated at the time of buying the policy. I requested to trigger refusal of policy during confirmation period. i am not sure this company can give service to customer in unfortunate events for claim. so decided to refuse the policy. till today i do not have correct policy. i can forward all communication in this regards. please help me to get refund and i would like make clear to all that this is not the company where you can expect any service.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I hold a pension plan #[protected] from maxnewyork life insurance and the harassment started,due to this now I am mentally disturbed.
            I was approched by maxnewyork life insurance pesion plan through their agent Mr.Praveen Arora & manager Mr Mukesh at their Ghaziabad office.
            They convinced me that this policy is the best policy come first time it's feature is 100% allocation no other charges,hence I agreed & paid them two month advance premium of Rs3000/- (@1500/pm) as desired by him,with tenure of 20years.

            After paying premium and confirming that the cheque have passed through from my hdfc saving bank a/c no.[protected].when I told to agent for my policy bond.
            he told me do not worry when he come then i will give you.in between I saw in policy status on internate, that I have shocked Rs 470/- deducted from my first premium,I told ther agent & manager,he replied it's deducted in first premium only,so on his behalf I signed bond reciving,but I saw next month premium Rs 470/- also deducted.

            Since these information given to me by agent was wrong, I feel cheated by him,due to which I have to loss my two premium invested

            So I want to get the amount which I have deposited as premium,since I have already surrendered this policy on date 20th July 2010

              I have done a blunder by taking 3 policies from MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE. They had misrepresented all the terms and conditions of the policy. I am paying rs. 15000/- P.A. (Ulip)and rs. 12,000/- For other insurance policies and have been paying since last 5 years regularly. Now its been noticed that even after paying rs. 75,000/- Towards ulip policy, now the fund amount is rs. 59,000/-. When I asked them about this deivation, they have informed me that out of this policy amount, they charge martality charges,policy adminsitration charges, premium allocation charges,fund management charges, etc. They have not informed me about all these charges when their officer approached me for taking this policy. When again I asked them about to have brief description of amount lesser than the investment amount even after 5 years, they have informed that this fund is based on market conditions. For them I wish to inform that when I made these investment of rs, 15,000/- Sensex is very lower than what is at present and I do not understand why they are looting,charging and making much benefits out of hard earned money.

              I have written letter to surrender my whatever balance amount is left against all these three polcies and after continuous follow up through consumer forums they have responded to my letter stating that surrender value is only 25% of premium paid.

              I have received letter from max new york life insurance regarding surrender value in respect of follwoing three policies.

              Policy no. Start date amount remitted till date

              [protected]/07/2006 rs. 36,000.00
              [protected]/01/2007 rs. 75,000.00

              now max new york life is stating that surrender value against policy no.[protected] is 10327.59 and against policy no.[protected] is rs. 10395.62.

              When last year I approached max newyork life, they have assured that adfter 5 years' of policy date, surrender value is full amount and there will be no deduction of any charges. Now, they have deducted rs. 52,000/- Out of total payment of rs. 72,000/- Against first two policies.

              Now what is the surety if I remit the premiums and will get money at the time of whole term is completed from this FRAUD Company.

              Regarding third policy (ulip) total payment made to company is rs. 75,000/- And the fund value as on date is rs. 61,426.21. They have ate the entire premium amount of first year and second year onwards, they are charging, martality charges,policy adminsitration charges, premium allocation charges,fund management charges, etc which is not communicated to me at the time of taking this policy.

              We should organise against such type of fraud companies and start movement in facebook to give awreness of such frauds of multi national companies
              I am holding their policy no.[protected]. I am paying my premium from last 5 years . I had decided to surrender this policy due to monetary constraints. Their customer care executive is replying that I will only get 30% of the total premiums paid. Is there any legal action possible against this company for fraud. There should be zero star rating for such companies.

                We would like to inform you that basis the Proposal Form submitted by you, the Company issued the above mentioned policy with effect from Feburary 04, 2004 for an annual premium of Rs.8022.00 The Policy Documents comprising of the Policy terms and conditions and copy of the original Proposal Form submitted for this policy was delivered to you on time.

                Moreover, as per the policy guidelines if premium is not received by us by the end of the Grace Period, the Policy will lapse. If the Policy has cash value then it will be subject to Non Forfeiture Provision, elected by you in the Proposal Form or as per your subsequent request, in writing, from the due date of such unpaid Premium.                   After 15 days i didnot get my payment,so I contact to co..office they inform me that my payment has been credited by mistake to other party a/c.It was not our mistake.                     I have successfully completed training program for LIC agent and also qualified in the online exam in the month of sep 2011. However, my license has not been released till date because in the month august-2011, I myself applied with Max new york life insurance branch- astral heights,7th floor,road no - 1,banjara hills,hyderabad vide urn no.MAXI [protected] but I have neither attended training program nor appeared in written exam for Max new York life insurance. In this context, I approached Max new York life insurance branch, road no 1 jubilee hills for cancellation o[censored]rn no issued to me by them & I have also mailed them regarding this issue, but I didn’t get any response from them.

                    You had applied for a license for being an agent advisor with Max New York Life Insurance under the said URN. However since you did not attend any training nor did you appear for the examination the URN has been removed from the IRDA website. You may want to check the IRDA site and take it further from there.Hope this helps

                      I feel very sorry that I am insuered with a institution that is not showing any concern towards it s clients.

                      I have not received till date the ORIGINAL INSURANCE PREMIUM RECPT FROM HEAD OFFICE.

                      This is a gross disrespect towards Client.

                      What more, I have repeatedly asked from the office here at Raipur(CG), but I am told everytime that it would reach me by post from the HO.

                      And I have also written to HO on 07/04/2011 and then again on 05/07/2011, but it seems thst all my communications are falling on DEAF EARS

                      and U guys are hell bent on not responding to any querries. Lets see what this gives me in response.

                      And mind it, I am not asking for PAYMENT RECPTS, but categorically for ORIGINAL INSURANCE PREMIUM RECPT FROM HEAD OFFICE of last two years, namely 2010 and 2011.

                        I took a insurance polict SMART step plus, policy no.[protected] in Dec 2008. I have paid 2 installments of Rs.20,000 each in Dec'2008 & 2009. When I got the policy statement I found the fund value as Rs 8000 against the deposited 40,000, means a total loss of Rs 32,000/=.
                        Every month I was being charged around Rs 950 against the admin charges, which consist of rider charges, morgauge bla.bla.bla...
                        This huge amount of 12000/= per annum was eating away my deposit, hence the fund value was getting down day-by-day.
                        I talked to all officials of Max new york life including service manager (Jyoti Arora) but of no use. Finally I surrendered this policy, to stop further reduction, and lodged a complaint to IRDA. But it is of no use so for, still fighting for these false commitments..........

                        Dear Sir,

                        Life insurance is for long term savings and protection. It would not be correct if looked at otherwise. Smart Steps is a ULIP which is linked to the performance of the equity market (depending on the funds chosen by you) and hence subject to its ups and downs. At the time of your investment, the markets was performing adversely. However, that was only a part of the cyclical nature of the markets. One must keep in mind that over a longer time by investing every year the ups and downs of the market fluctuations are averaged out. This is also known as 'Rupee Cost Averaging'.

                        We are sure you would have bought the plan keeping in mind a long term goal for your child . To realize the true potential of a life insurance policy we advice that one must stay invested for the entire duration of the policy.

                        Dear Sir,

                        With reference to above subject, I would like to say that I took an insurance policy of Max Newyork Life Insurance in 2008 for Rs. 25, 000. At the time of inception of the policy I am being told that I have to pay only three premiums in these policy and after completing three years I can withdraw our amount with handsome returns.
                        But agent, Mrs Nitu Lalawat(Agent Code : 210525) slyly & with greed, filled the column for the term of policy as 'annual' in which I have to make minimum three annual payments. This she did it only to get huge commissions.
                        Today, when I ask the policy NAV, I found the fund value as only Rs 61000/- against the deposited 75, 000, means a total loss of Rs 14, 000/=
                        Except to this when I went to surrender my policy, the co. informed me there will be 35% deduction too of total value since I didn't pay five minimum installments. Sir, I 've been inhumanly cheated. I am unemployed and financially poor; I can't bear this huge loss(14000/- + 35% of 61000/-).
                        Further I was not informed of the exorbitant charges the co. levy on my investment.
                        Sir, my request is to please take action against this fraudulent company. Since they hide the fact & do incompetent practice. Also they exploit the poor people like us.
                        Please sir, take strict action against Max Newyork Life Insurance.

                        Pl. do the needful at the earliest in this regard.

                              I had a call from max new york life insurance, chandigarh. The telephone number was - [protected]. These people have been constantly calling me again and again and irrespective of polite denial, they continuously bugged me. Today the calling executive was so rude, he literally passed comments in punjabi (they try to speak in hinglish) and banged the phone. This is how these people disturb others.

                              I m profoundly aggrieved and disturbed by the fact that Hyderabad Office at HYDGO1 led by Harbhajan Singh is so callous about the way the office is run.

                              I took 6 policies on my name and two for clients.

                              Due to unforeseen circumstances and reasons that my marriage is on the cards i wanted to withdraw 5 policies of mine.

                              Mr. Harbhajan Singh is letting me cancel the policies and wants me to resign the agency.

                              I have been very serious and sincere in all my efforts to rpocure wonderful business for Max New york Life Insurance.

                              I have also joined our sister concern Max BUPA and that was one of the reasons i feel Harbajan singh is against me(fact) and apart from that 'the number of cases being lower than other branches of India' in case i withdraw my policies.(assumption).

                              The fact that i joined MAX BUPA enraged him to such an extent he openly challenged that I would fail in MNYL in front of the BCS session.

                              Also he insulted me that 50,000Rs is paltry sum for marriage, my would be girl asked 'why did you tolerate such an insult"

                              MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU IS SCRUTINISE YOURSELF IN TERMS OF THE ETHICS AND PAPER ADS BEING PRINTED OFFERING 2LAKHS AS INCENTIVE AFTER TRAINING ( DECCAN CHRONICLE A LOCAL PAPER)

                                My sincere request to all, who reads this message, Please be careful while investing with Max Newyork life insurance, if you are careful about your hard earned money.

                                I wanted to put this, real horrible case for me. I had invested in Max Newyork Life insurance, in 2007, from Pune. For the first year I invested Rs 24000/- . And What I could see after one year is my fund value bacame 12000/. I paid next installement of 12000/-, and then the Fund value became Rs 24000/-. This is frustrating as, I lost 30% amount straight away, when the market was balanced. And I was doubtful about the future with this company.
                                In[protected] was down time in market and I could not continue this policy and policy got lapse. Now I wanted to renew the policy just to get back my invested money, but no one in whole Max Newyork company, no one knows about the current fund value of my policy. And they said, they cannot disclose this FV, as this is per their company rule. Now, I am in trouble because, I don't know what happened to my invested money and I do not have any confidence that my money is secure with them, as I had already lost my 30% (appro) amount in first year.Even this company is not giving me any confidence, that my money is secure with them even it is lapsed, so that I can invest in.

                                At the end, I Iost my Rs36000/- .

                                I totally agree. I am depositing 20000 from 2008 (total 60, 000). Still as on date amount is only 52000. They are deducting so much that I am unable to make any gains. This company is really fraud. When I speak to customer care they say that its all about NAV.

                                  I got mediclaim policy from Max newyark insurance company (Policy no[protected], amount 5050 per annum. I have paid 5 years. In 2009 october they got the amount of my 6 th year premium. When I try to give my 7 year policy they simply told your policy was lapsed last year. They did not ready to explain the reason. After that they have return my 6 year premium. But they did not ready to return my amount or not allow to continue my policy.

                                      I sushant kumar mohapatra had taken a smart steps plus unit linked policy no.[protected] on 18th oct 2009 through Mr JARMAN KUJUR ( CODE- 232219), AGENT ADVISOR, MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE , KOLKATA.While taking the policy i had given a chaque of Rs 12000/- as half yearly payment. In addition to this I had handed over an application form along with a cancelled chaque of my ICICI bank account for ECS from my account on monthly basis wef APR 10. However after that i got posted out of kolkata in Feb 2010 to a remote area in NORTH EAST INDIA. Where i did not have any ICICI bank in near vicinity nor any internet facility to check my account. IN the month of nov 2010 I managed to get access to internet. and I found that NO MONEY was debited from my account towards premium payments for my policy. I had called up custemer care. I was assured that I will get a reply in a short duration. BUt I think that short duration is yet to finish. Now in FEB 2011 when i came back on leave i contacted a max new york office in Bhubaneswar to know why money is not being deducted from my account. the branch officials told me that i had not submitted any documents for ECS as it was not reflecting in my policy details. Then I contacted MR JARMAN KUJUR he told me that he had deposited the documents along with cancelled chaque in the office. The same thing can be confirmed from him. His mobile NO is [protected]. More over the executive at bhubaneswar office told me that I will have to deposit Rs 24000/- to continuewith my policy. otherwise it will lapse.

                                      Now My issue is why should I pay Rs 24000/- in lump sum where there is no fault of mine. If the company executive has lost my documents/ chaque due to his careless ness then the company should be responsible for the blunder and pay the money till date. Who should be held resposible for the loss of 1 and half years.

                                      please look into the matter.

                                      NOW my concerns are
                                      It is disheartening to see the first line of your mail. They have not even checked the policy NO while replying to my complaint. This shows the lable of concern they have for the customers problem. Now i can imagine what I should expect from the company executives. Really frustrated on the unrealistic concern shown by the company.
                                      NOT WITHSTANDING that
                                      In their mail they have mentioned the same thing that their executive at their branch office at bhubaneswar told me. And I have mentioned the same in my compliant. if you read it it is clearly mentioned in that. I think they have not gone through my compliant properly. what more have they done.
                                      my issues are
                                      1. who is going to make up for the loss of one and half year
                                      2. where are my lost documents. what is the assurance that they are not being misused/ will not be misused in future. After all the cancelled chaque contained all my account details. Is the company going to take the resposibility for that
                                      3. what is the assurity that the thing are not going to happen again

We have only received your first premium so far and both premiums of Rs 12, 000 each for April 2010 and October 2010 respectively are due. We would request you to pay the outstanding premiums at the earliest to activate your policy. In case you want us to process future payments through ECS, we would request you to contact your nearest Max New York Life office.
                                      I am 100% agree Mr. mohapatra, even I am facing the same problem with Max new york.

                                        My Maxnewyork lifeinsurance policy No.[protected].I have surrendered the Policy on 24/12/2010 at the Guindy,Sardar Patel Branch,chennai. I have been asked to fill up the requisition form for crediting the amount to my bank account.I was told that the amount will be credited to my account within 29 days. But Till date I didn't receive the money. I enquired through phone & I personally went & enquired thrice.But i am repeatedly getting the reply that they are delebrately trying to return the money. I met Mr.k.Padmanabhan Assistant Manager-Policy owner Service on 22nd January. He assured that the amount will be credited before 26th January. But till date there is no progress. I am in need of money. So I surrendered my policy. Today,09/02/11 ,I received information from the head office over Phone that due to technical problem amount has not yet been transferred to my account. Hence,I request you to kindly help in the matter.
