Hi, I have taken ULIP policy of MNYL in 2008, and was giving premium at regular interval, however from 2012 due to my personal resons i was not able to pay premium on time. now when i am asking them that i want to continue this policy and i can pay the premium in part, they have refused. also i have made payment of 25000 rs which has not credited to my policy and also i did not recieve back that amount. I was made to buy 2 different max life policies one amounting to 21k and other 11k..Agent had clearly communicated that the policies can be stopped at any point and a refund is liable. however i shall get maximum benefit if i apply for a refund post 3 years.
