I ordered a top of price 231 with offers
my payment was done
But that order is not showing on my Meesho app

We have been recieving a couple of calls saying they are calling from meesho and they said rightly told us what we had ordered - some clothes/ payjamas and that have won us a lucky draw and we won a tata safari. They further asked for identity documents and asked to send rs 3500 as registration fee tp get tata safari home delivered. They knew all the order details plus my wifes name and pur address etc and this can only be possible with Meesho selling or leaking our information. This are the numbers we got call from[protected]

I ordered a kurta set, but received smelly stained, damaged wrong product.
The order got delivered in 21st june, but the status in meesho app got updated on 24th june.I raised the return request on 21st june itself, but there was no update. I tried to reach to the customer care several times. And one of them suggested to cancel the return request and raise a fresh return request. Now they are saying as 7 days is over we cant process the return. I have paid 716 rs for this damaged product. I am shocked how can a well known seller deliver a product like this. Have a look into the pictures.
I want to complain on this issue and want my money back asap.

I ordered one product from meesho app on 28 May 2022. But till now I have not received the package. They are responsible for enquire the products are reached by the customer, but they don't enquire anybody. I also mailed so many times to meesho to register my complaint. But they didn't respond any mail till now. Very bad customer support.I also paid tge cash for my product. But they don't refund me.

On 2nd July i was trying to place order but sum error came while doing online payment so my order was not placed and immediately my amt got debited so m trying so contact u ppl but m not getting ur email id nor ur contact no. On refund setting after putting complain in call back option m waiting for long time but still as on date i dint received a call frm ur side. I want my money to b refund asap. Amt was 833rs. So plz chck and refund back. And better put some contacts no or email so costumer can contact u ppl eaisly

I ordered lehenga 29 June 2022. Meesho send me wrong product they send me some unstitched cloth and one short. I talked with meesho about product return. They said courier person pick up your courier and then amount deposited in your account. But shadowfax courier also not responding for pickup. Courier. Please help me to back my money

I order a smart watch from meesho and it's shipping got delayed and so i cancelled it and ordered it again but it's taking long again from estimated shipping date

I am a seller at meesho.Meesho's courier partner xpressbee has lost 9 packages and posted fudged pods.Meesho has the worst seller support, they don't do anything.

I have placed baby carrier in meesho on July, 3, 2022. Payment of ₹633 was done through Amazon upi. Before approving in Amazon app, amount got debited. Then I got message to approve pending payment. I approved payment one time and the order was placed. Then I checked my bank balance, the amount debited twice.

Kindly process my request for refund. I have attached the Amazon transactions for upi reference id

A fake Meesho Online Shopping PVT. LTD. offering lucky draw scratch coupon asking to provide bank details, Aadhar card details and pan card number to receive the cash prize or gifts. I am afraid that they are hacking information. Kindly look into this as there is confidential information breach of address and contact number that they are offering to the customers.

Refund time is 5 to 8 days, But i haven't received the refund amount 20days completed...

I tried to purchase Heels from Meesho using UPI payment, for some reason I cancelled payment.

I was notified thru my google account that payment successful and amount was deducted.

Though I did not place order, payment was deducted.

I need refund & I sent emails to Meesho Customer service but Mail is n more working.

I tried "Call me request" from Meesho app but the representative said payment issues are not their issues & I should contact Google Support to claim the amount.

PLease should you help me out for getting my money back?

Since the payment was done message came thru Google, Meesho must have received amount.

Meesho should refund the amount.

Awaiting for the prompt action to get refund.

Meesho ne mujhe wrong item delivered kr diya or mai return request kr rhe hu to cancel kr rhe h or refund bhi nhi kr rhe h

Meesho just not refunding me ny amount of 522₹ of which i even have a proof that money had reached to meesho app but they are not acceping it and now what the solution here this app is total fraud one i nwed my refund back this is 4 th time happening the same thing

I made the payment through yes bank net banking but order was not showing confirmed on meesho app…… Either give my money back or place my order

I places an order on meesho on 19th june, 2022(order id:[protected]. it was delivered on 23rd june. due to size and quality issue i places an return request on the same day. the tracking id for pick up was R[protected]FPL. no one came to pick the product by i was notified that my request was rejected due to mismatch of product handover. i called their help centre. they did not register any complaint and told me generate request once again. i did so but i receive same response again. i called the help centre again on 3rd july. they were unable to give any information about the product return. i requested them to resolve the issue quickly as i was going to be out of station for the next 14 days. they did not give any satisfying answer. it is obvious that after 14 days i will not be able to return the product as the time will be over and i will not get any refund. besides the seller is clearly accusing me of forgery by stating I am returning the wrong product.

Today, I order on meesho, did Payment via Google pay but my order is not placed.money deducted from my account. This is second time happening with me. On 18th dec 2021 same issue happed, I talked to customers care but problem not resolve, I didn't get my money back not I get the product which I order, same problem is happens today.. Please take seriously action on this, I lost my money

I was ordered 4 Jeans worth ₹1200 from Meesho but I received some dirty & used cloths from meesho. Today I raise the complaint to Meesho they promises the replace the product within 3 day. Lets see what happens.

It blocked my account because according to them I returned too many times of course if the person is not satisfied with the products they will return it, & literally all of its product are absolutely different from the pictures shown its only obvious that I return it the dress I ordered is so cheap and definitely not as shown in the picture, also i have received so many orders wherein the colour was different and the design pattern everything was different I also received entirely different products so many times but I never complained before as it could be easily returned. I had been using it since a lot of time i never thought this would happen. I was satisfied if at the end of the day i could return the products I was dissatisfied with. But definitely not the case now .A warning must be given but no such warning or prior notification was given. I really hope it doesn’t happen with any more of you please be careful. I lost ₹1300. I kept on buying because i thought if at all I didn’t like the product I can always return it, it literally advertises easy returns everywhere but it blocked my account so i couldn’t return my items. Meesho is cheating us all. In its terms and conditions it states that it takes no guarantee or warranty of the products sold and that is on us to see that the seller is trusted or not, if we don’t receive the product or anything meesho has no obligations pertaining to it. But it doesn’t take any guarantee because it knows all products aren’t always good in quality or as described in the information. That is the whole point of return. There are also products that I ordered and absolutely loved and didn’t return because they were what I was expecting and as shown in the pictures. I ordered a lot and most of the products were of such cheap quality and definitely not how the seller was claiming so obviously I returned them. But they just flagged my account so I can’t return anything. This is not fair. Their website also mentions that we can return any product that we’re dissatisfied with.
