I have got the different product but I have not received any solution I have raised the request 5times but not goting any solution so please give me the resolution as soon as possible

I am a seller on Meesho. On 29th Oct, I received a return courier of shipment which was empty. We supply Tablets with their cover & charger in them. We send the video and images of the courier to the support team on 29th Oct(the same day as receiving the courier). I received a reply on the ticket of getting full compensation but I received only 3924.2/- instead of the full amount 7999/-(actual price of my tablet which we have mentioned on Meesho's dashboard). Since then I am continuously raising tickets on its dashboard, but all is just a waste. Meesho executives(Vaishnav & Amit Verma) on-call assured me that I will receive 100% compensation within 7-8 working days as I received an empty box(their call recording is available on google drive too) and they explained me that there is some backend issue due to which the compensation is not settled, but on ticket I only get a written answer that I have already received the compensation(the partial compensation).

Kindly provide us full compensation as we received an empty box asap, as we have already waited for it for the last 8 months.

I taken a product from Meesho amount of 127 my son given him 2000 rs cash to the delivery boy. He not refunded exchange money to my son he ran away with remaining money 1873 rs. I make a complaint many times to Meesho help center but i did not getting help from messho help center. If I will not get refunded money as soon as possible then i will do a police complaint against meesho ...

The Guy who came to deliver a Meesho parcel did a robbery in my building. We have complete CCTV footage of the same. Meesho customer care did not help.

The order was not received to me however it is showing as delivered. When contacted the customer care they said that I needed to contact within 48 hours however when asked that where is it written the same in their terms the executive kept me on hold for 30 minutes on the pretext of checking and then disconnected the call.
The same is not written in their terms and condition and therefore they are cheating their clients. Pls the customer service is horrible

CHEATERS WORST APP
I have ordered a product in March and got it delivered. But it was not updated as delivered in the app in order to request return. On raising a request through customer care, it was not resolved. I shared all the required information for refund. From last one month they are asking to wait for 2-3 days always. I have done almost 100 mails and many calls. Worst app ever worst customer care, dont trust, they are cheaters. The customer care ppl Rohit and Yashoda doesnot have proper information. In one call itself, they told the amount should be reflected, then changed as refund is initiated then told the refund will be initiated. Its been 4 months with hundreds of mails and endless calls. Dont get cheated with such apps. I just need my money back.

I Ordered 2 Cholis on meesho on 25th april & got a piece of garbage instead of 2 cholis on 29th april...
Within 10-15 mins i called to MEESHO CUSTOMER care for this fraud happend to me...
From 29th april till date (20 june) i called them so many times, mailed them shared video, recordings, screenshots still they gave half refund to me for rest payment they are saying you didn't choose "Missing Product" option at that time so we are unable to give refund. Your 7 days policy window is close now.

I ordered a product from Meesho and paid for it online via Google Pay. The amonut got debited from my account but the order was not confirmed. I want refund of my hard earned money.

Item needed to be delivered on 15 June .
The consumer services were contacted which gave assurance that parcel will be delivered the next day . But still now they is no update on package .
I need a refund .

But i haven't get my order and in my app its showing me your order was Delivered
I tried contact to Meesho complaint number but they didn't respond anything
They ask my email address and Order ID But i don't get any response .

Since April I have returned the product but still not get refund .

I didn't receive my order.But it is showing like the package has been delivered.

We got a phone call from meesho company and he tell us i am the lucky draw winner (second prize amount of 6laksh), then give a link then he said to check the winning prize.i will check. w send to the help line# they ask to pay first pay3500 (paid)for registration and later 12400(paid)for GSt and later 36000(no paid)for RBI and they send us a [censored] letters to us and they send us message in that the money of 6'laksh credited you account within 10 minutes (payments are paid, ) then your money will release in your account. But there is no money is credited.please help me my money.

Hello i am frequent ordering customer of meesho

I am facing extreme problems recently

I had returned my 3 orders which were picked successfully by courier partner, but didn't get refund of same and its been almost 3 days, even placed complaint by no solution yet

And bigger blunder is one of my order is i had ordered 5 items from m/s sneha fashion supplier and out of 5 i received only 1 item so ultimately i should get refund of all 4 missing items but technical team did wrong calculations

I have purchased two bangles at Rs 295 after I received it's size not perfect for my hand so I returned it on 15 April 2022 but I did not get my refund amount it's 56 days around passed. Please look at my complain and solve it as soon as possible . Thank you

I ordered a bag from meesho. They neither confirmed the order or did anything about it but my money was deducted. Either confirm my order or refund my money asap

I had placed an order for resale through Meesho for ₹1100, . Product was delivered on 28th of may and the delivery boy charged ₹1200 from final customer (₹100 as delivery charge but it was free delivery ).
After delivering the product he marked the product as cancelled and Meesho denied crediting margin of ₹472 to my account. They are asked for product photo and label on the packaging as proof of delivery which I send, I shared the payment screenshot too but they are not resolving the issue and saying it is returned to origin.

I have ordered * a saree by paying 693/- online" from Meesho App on 27th May 2022. Firstly it should be delivered on 7th Jun but didn't receive any product. So i reach out to its customer care regarding the issue but they are saying we don't know where is your parcel and saying to wait for 48hrs more... Today is 15th Jun till now my parcel not delivered nor issue resolved. I said to cancel my order and refund the amount but they are not doing. My money is blocked. please do the needful ASAP.

I have prepaid orders that are not delivered and dispatched yet . And I didn’t get my money back for my returns
