Ordered three skirts of 907 rupees in Meesho app,[protected] and I received only one piece of cloth. Regarding this sent 21 mails to them and their reply was I received two of them and they will only refund 307 for one item.Here down I am attaching the package photo and item photo that I received.

          Hi
          I have purchased cotten pants and size was small so I have returned it on 3rd April 2022
          Till date 31srt may 2022 I have not received my Refund
          I have called 10 time to castomer care no they alway give asurence that I will receive my payment within 2 to 3 Working days but nothing happen
          I never check in bank for refund but this time I have check so I came to know about this scam.
          Now I can see in my meesho app many payment have to refund in my account

            I have ordered three Kurtis under same Order ID[protected]
            .but one pink kurti is missing but it's showing delivered status in meesho app but I have prepaid through online but not received one product out of three products under same prder

              I've placed an order today itself i.e. 29th May 2022 on Meesho. After receiving the payment request from Meesho's end via UPI, I have approved the request received on my cell. Then after, before even placing the order, the money got deducted and couldn't proceed with the order too.

              Request you to process the refund at the earliest. Attached screenshot of the payment made.

                Greetings

                We are seller at meesho and we own 7 accounts but our all accounts are under attack of cyber attack and we think it's from meesho side some o[censored]r manager has done it..it happened friday night after 11:00pm ...our accounts all price recommendations were accepted by someone without our permission and many ad campaigns ran by someone without our permission which was roughly woryh of 200000...in addition around 500 orders...

                Order a watch from mesho it was broken old watch when i return it they take the watch bt they did not give my money back. Fraud e com services recommend not to get trap in that

                  Hi,

                  I have returned the product on 19th may (shadowfax came) but status is return cancelled. So placed complaint on meesho on 21st. They said it'll take 4-5 days to resolve and today is 29th still I haven't got refund amount. They are still saying that it'll take 4-5 working days. I have called meesho cust care 8-9 times for update but not getting info, just telling backend team is working. I need to get 544/- refund. Please take strict action.

                  Tracking info shows the courier name as xpressbee but product got picked up by shadowfax. I mentioned this to cust care also on 21st but still no resolution

                          Then i will track my order but tracking information not available and i reached customer care services more than Eight times they registered complaint but no action from your side.

                              22 May 2022 at 10:30 am.
                              I called meesho excutive that delivery boy doesn't deliver the product because of OTP.
                              That Time our number was switched off.
                              So we are not able to provide OTP.
                              Or order was prepared so without OTP he can't provide the product.
                              We understand his concern about the product.

                              But just an after 3 hour around 1:52pm at afternoon we get update that product get delivered.

                              So how is this possible.
                              I raised complain that we didn't get product.
                              Still we are not getting any response from meesho.

                              Worse experience ever

                              It is scam.
                              If it not resolved I will file complain in consumer court. But not let your free.

I Have Attached The Product Image Which I Have Received Along With The Package Photo And The Label. That Means The Products Got Exchanged In Between The Transit As It Did Not Got Received By The Customer Also. I Trust Meesho To Look Into This Matter Thoroughly So That The Loophole Gets Identified.                                   I ordered kurtis on 4th May 2022 of Rs.601 paid amount via Google pay and amount debited from my account but order has not placed & also i got confirmation mail from bank regarding the successful payment transaction.
                                  But when I open the meesho app, order was not placed and I lost my money too.
                                  I called customer care but they didn't solve my issue.
                                  Please give me my full refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP...

                                    I had placed an order on 10th May, my order No is[protected]. They had canceled this order from their end on 16th May and blocked my account. From the same day it is showing that I’ll get the refund 5-8 days as per the APP, they are not helping me out.

                                      We had order 2 Kurtis from meesho and that delivered on 16.05.2022 and immediately I had returned both the Kurtis due to fitting problem.

                                      on the 2nd day courier person came and pickup the Kurtis and on the same day we had received the refund of only 1 kurta. We had called them on next day (18.05.2022) we had told him every information what is happened with us, they said us that they will raised the complaint..so I asked him for complaint so he told me that you will received the complaint no with in 5 min and wait for 4-5 days but they costumer executive did not raised the Complaint against Our order.
                                      Today (25.05.2022) we had call them that we did not received our amount refund they are saying that no complaints was raised against your order and you had passed the 7 days return policy so we can not help you in this issue.
                                      I was just that where are we in fault, this was 2nd time they had do the same thing with us so i am now goign the register the complaint
