I placed a saree through meesho, I didn't like its quality so I placed a return request. The return request got approved. But Nobody came to take the return, I waited for a few days then I opened the app to know the status, in the app they wrote product mismatched and return is rejected(How is it possible, when nobody came to pick back the product.)Then I again requested a return and after 2-3 days they rejected the return request, by mentioning in meesho app that the time has exceeded its limit. What is this?
I placed a return within your time limit, if you guys didn't pick up my return and gave me a false reason, is it my fault????
I am doing online shopping for the last 9 years, never faced such type of issues with any e-commerce website. Amazon, Myntra and Nykaa are really awesome .
