I received a product and paid 1771 and paid it.But in app status "delivered" is not there to return the product.Now it is showing that product is cancelled and mentioned that "donot accept the product" after receiving the product.Very bad service.Just now they even mentioned that there will be no return/ refund for the product.Hateful service really bad.They gave all broken and remained stuff.

      I've placed an order today itself i.e. 23rd May 2022 on Meesho. After receiving the payment request from Meesho's end via UPI, I have approved the request received on my cell. Then after, before even placing the order, the money got deducted and couldn't proceed with the order too.

      Request you to process the refund at the earliest. Attached screenshot of the payment made.

        Hi, Meesho is a big fraudulent company. I have placed an order of Rs.2877 INR (total 7 product), In which 3 items were delivered and I returned these due to the wrong fabric information of the product. But I didn't get a refund for these dress.Â

        Now they have blocked my account without any prior notice.Â
        Rest 3 items are undelivered, checked on the Meesho help centre. they have cancelled but did not process the refund.

        I called them atleast 10 times. Everytime they say we are working on it. but nothing is happening . It's been around 20 days i think.

          Worst website. Received one product. Ordered for 4 products. Worst meesho verification team. The team will see invoice details printed by seller. They won't check weight. Small package i received, they don't even have common sense how they can put 4 products in that small package. No refund. They don't even have package pic that they are delivering and they wont even check how many products they are picking up. Developer contacted me.No support can be provided by them. Bcoz of their worst team. Order id[protected]

            Ordered puppy piggy bank quantity 3 for rs 594 rs and recieved short quantity of only one..Now meesho dening this and m having loss. Of 396/-
            Ur employee backhanded did my request process then told me to update bank details and now telling me u won't get refund as u mailed us now..I have all recording to go to court to launch complaint thanks

              I have ordered a green gown on 11 may 2022.On 15 may I recieved my order but it was not gown it was saree.I initiate it for returning.When pick up boy came he said that product is not matching He cancelled my pickup.I have called to customer care 100 times bt every time my pickup is automatically cancelled n now I am fed up of this

                I had ordered a dress from meesho of rs 2280 they delivered me the parcel with lots of old clothes. I had raised refund request lots of time but now they are saying they deliver right product but i had sent them all the proof regarding the garbage I got.

                They are are responding to my compaint. They again and again close the compaint by checking product's weightage report . They said product's weight is same from the begining but parcel has the weight of garbage they are not asking the supplier about the proff that he has sent the real product but they finally refused to refund money.

                  I hv orderes usb 3.0 adapeter having 5 gbps speed 4 port adapetr but received usb 2.0 486 mb low speed adapter i paid money to meesho allready

                    We are Purchase in Meesho Website Price Value 999Rs, Product is damaged we return the Product . One of Delhi very Person take the courier he shared the Return slip on May 2nd . Meesho team can't credit the Refund the amount, he shared the information we can't receive the product that's why we can't refund the amount . I share the Mail Return Slip still we can't receive refund amount . Please taken action the Meesho team.

                      I ordered a kurti on 4th May 2022 and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
                      But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
                      I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my isssue.
                      I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
                      placed an order. Sub Order ID[protected]_1 I have done an online payment via phonepe money was debited from my account but my order not placed I contacted to Phonepe and they clarified that money has received to the supplier and I contacted meesho they said we didn't get money form you. I lost my money but my order not placed .

                        Since last month of April dated as on 16 April 2022 I have been following up since last month for my refund amount but still till now have not got any proper resolution from meesho team.
                        Approx 20- 25 times complaint has been generated but every time meesho team closes the complaint from their end
                        Please look after the issue and try to resolve at the earliest moment and want my refund amount as soon earliest as possible

                          I ordered from meesho on 6th of May, 2022.It is a prepaid order worth Rs 602The product is about to deliver on 18 th may, 2022.But the delivery service changed the date to next day.I called meesho's customer care service and I have been told that they file a complaint and look after it.But the next day same happened .I didn't get any help from their customer service . Moreover my money got wasted.

                              Where do I can write a complaint I don't know but here the only source I found this is a urgent matter I ordered a track pant but it cancel and my money is detected 807 Rs from my account but it shows the order is cancelled and refund will be processed but transaction ID is not showing I called you but I am not getting a proper solution I am attaching the screenshot of the order which is cancelled and I am waiting for the refund 8 days passed not credited...kindly do to the need regards..Can I get the refund or it is lost?                                     I have placed an order of Casual Shoes on 22 March 2022 and got delivery on 28 March 2022 but due to wrong product I have request for exchange and the product was picked up on 29 March 2022. They are unable to deliver the exchange product till 29 April 2022 then the order was changed from exchange to return on my request and refund will be processed within 3-4 working days as per Meesho app but till now I have not got my refund. I have called several times on their "Help Centre" and complain but each time they are assure me very politely wait another 4-5 days for the refund. It is proofed Meesho is very cheap company and making the customer fool. Even I am unable to escalate this matter to any senior person because Help Centre never transfer the call to any senior at any cost. Still I am waiting for my Refund.

                                      My product returns which were processed were returned to origin with wrong products.
                                      This has been the case, for all orders with incomplete Addresses. No action will be taken by Meesho team to address the issue.
                                      When it is RTO, the customer has not recieved the product and still the product that is returned to the supplier is different. How can the product shipped, magically change. Either the courier guys or the ghost customers or resellers itself are taking advantage of this loophole in the system.. the meesho team terminates the supplier accounts, who do not process all orders.. Ghost ordering is common in meesho, but unfortunately, meesho does not support the suppliers or takes action against such resellers who are placing fake orders and replacing with cheap quality clothes or used clothes and returning it.

                                      The support team closes these tickets within 15 minutes of raising the issue mentioning sorry . But does nothing beyond it. Atleast such reseller accounts have to be banned. There is no check point by the team or no action taken, has been an advantage for the fraudsters...
