My product returns which were processed were returned to origin with wrong products.
This has been the case, for all orders with incomplete Addresses. No action will be taken by Meesho team to address the issue.
When it is RTO, the customer has not recieved the product and still the product that is returned to the supplier is different. How can the product shipped, magically change. Either the courier guys or the ghost customers or resellers itself are taking advantage of this loophole in the system.. the meesho team terminates the supplier accounts, who do not process all orders.. Ghost ordering is common in meesho, but unfortunately, meesho does not support the suppliers or takes action against such resellers who are placing fake orders and replacing with cheap quality clothes or used clothes and returning it.

Updated by IndianV123 The support team closes these tickets within 15 minutes of raising the issue mentioning sorry . But does nothing beyond it. Atleast such reseller accounts have to be banned. There is no check point by the team or no action taken, has been an advantage for the fraudsters...
