    I have placed an order of Casual Shoes on 22 March 2022 and got delivery on 28 March 2022 but due to wrong product I have request for exchange and the product was picked up on 29 March 2022. They are unable to deliver the exchange product till 29 April 2022 then the order was changed from exchange to return on my request and refund will be processed within 3-4 working days as per Meesho app but till now I have not got my refund. I have called several times on their "Help Centre" and complain but each time they are assure me very politely wait another 4-5 days for the refund. It is proofed Meesho is very cheap company and making the customer fool. Even I am unable to escalate this matter to any senior person because Help Centre never transfer the call to any senior at any cost. Still I am waiting for my Refund.

      My product returns which were processed were returned to origin with wrong products.
      This has been the case, for all orders with incomplete Addresses. No action will be taken by Meesho team to address the issue.
      When it is RTO, the customer has not recieved the product and still the product that is returned to the supplier is different. How can the product shipped, magically change. Either the courier guys or the ghost customers or resellers itself are taking advantage of this loophole in the system.. the meesho team terminates the supplier accounts, who do not process all orders.. Ghost ordering is common in meesho, but unfortunately, meesho does not support the suppliers or takes action against such resellers who are placing fake orders and replacing with cheap quality clothes or used clothes and returning it.

      The support team closes these tickets within 15 minutes of raising the issue mentioning sorry . But does nothing beyond it. Atleast such reseller accounts have to be banned. There is no check point by the team or no action taken, has been an advantage for the fraudsters...

            I bought a product from me show on 9th May 2022 the same day the product was returned by the shadowfax delivery after calling meesho, they said you you should provide us with the return receipt its been 6 days I have provided them with the return receipt but the Meesho executives are not at all responding and they haven't returned my money they are Liars and just trying to postpone the situation further and I have been trying to call them multiple times but they said the same things all the time that you should wait for the resolution there is no resolution at all it's been 10 days and I haven't gotten my refund yet they are fraud.

              My registered mobile number at meesho is [protected]. I have recieved a defective and wrong product by meesho on 07 may 2022. I initiate return on same day. Item was picked up on 08 may 2022 by courier boy. But online status updated that pickup cancelled.
              Them i submit a complaint at meesho but they are asking for pickup slip but there is no instruction regarding pickup slip anytime before at meesho.
              They are not provided me refund.

                      On 20 April I created a meesho a account and placed a prepaid oder of 1394. After several days my account got blocked before the delivery. When the parcel came I refused to accept it because if I accepted it then it was impossible to replace or return the product as it might be wrong or defective product. I even assured from customer care that will I get my refund i denied to accept the prepaid oder they said yes.. And few days later I checked meesho aap there was a message that refund initiated and will be transferred to your upi bank linked account in 5 - 8 days.. i waited for 8 days but now 10 days have passed I contacted them through Twitter and customer care number they said that my account was blocked so they can't refund my account. They directly refused to give my money. I told them that it was my money and not yours that you are keeping it kindly send it back to me ... They told they can't refund it. I told about the message of refund they told it system generated and nothing else... I even tried to explain everything what actually happened but they refused and denied to refund my money as if it was there Money...

                        For the above orders i have already paid the amount, the delivery person came to my house but was refused to give the order as i did not recieved any OTP.
                        Regarding the same i have approached meesho customer care several times, each time they said your order will delivered without OTP.But today i got a reply from the compliant[protected] that the order is already delivered but i did not recieved the order.
                        Very pathetic response from meesho, i am frustated to contact meesho customer care, i have spent lot of time, event i feel i have wasted my money on ordering meesho.very worst customer care service

                          Dear Team,

                          My wife had ordered a “Party Wear Women Gown” worth Rs.1309 on 27th April 2022 through her registered mobile number on Meesho App. Against this order (Order ID:[protected], we got a packet delivered on 5th May 2022. When we opened the packet and saw that only a piece of raw cloth was kept in that packet, we immediately informed it by calling the delivery boy and demanded to take the packet back, but the delivery boy refused to take back the packet and asked to submit a return request through Meesho App.

                          We immediately put a return request through the App as per his advice, in which we selected the option of 'Wrong Product Received'. After a few hours a delivery boy came, we handed-over the packet to him, then he clearly refused to return the packet and cancelled the return request and went back. We raised the request again on the Meesho App and the same guy came back again. This time we asked him to talk to the first delivery boy (who delivered us the packet) on the phone call, the first delivery boy explained the whole thing to the second delivery boy. Then he took back the packet and told us that your returning message will come in a while and your refund will come in 3 to 4 days.

                          When the whole day passed and we did not get the return message, we called the second delivery boy (who picked the returned packet) and told him that we did not receive the message. So he said that I have updated the return details & submitted the packet in the office, if you have not received the message, then call customer care and file a complaint. So as per the suggestion given by him we filed a complaint with customer care. Customer care executive told us that we have registered your complaint and we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department, your problem will be resolved within 4 working days.

                          Today it has been about 13 days, but till now neither we got the return message nor my money came back. We have called customer care many times again but no one is resolving our problem. All the customer care executives I have talked to till now say only one thing that “we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department, your problem will be resolved in the next 4 working days.”

                          13 days have already passed in this process, now you tell me how much time it will take?

                          So, I request you to please solve this problem of mine as soon as possible and refund my money on priority basis.

                          I have attached the photo of the product which was delivered to us and the photo of the delivery boy who took the packet return with this mail, please check for your reference.

                              Leaking of personal order details

                              Today I received a speed post at 3 pm stating I have been chosen as a lucky customer for the product that I purchased on 25 August 2021 worth cash prize of 12.50 lakhs on occasion of meesho birthday celebrations so initially I didn't believe but later they asked me to pay Rs 6500 as Registration fees for payment of 12.5 lakhs to be paid so then i understood it's fraud i believed because when my personal details were shown on that letter so...

                                  In 8th may I was trying to make payment through the UPI for one order which was placed on meesho.com site and in between the order payment page has expired and amount has been transferred to meesho account (details in below). Several times I contacted meesho.com about the issue and I am ready to share the transaction details but they don’t even have an email address to share details and asking me every time to check with the merchant and check statement as money has been transferred whereas no amount has been transferred from mesho. I have an email from a merchant & account statement. They are not ready to refund my money. I will reach out to you for your help pls help me to get the money as Meesho is doing fraud with customers or help me get the escalation point to further highlight the issue. Please save us from the fraud company.

                                    We have been victims of swindling or swindling and only one boy used to come for pickup.
                                    And the request used to cancel our mobile or it is the policy of Meesho to give different product by canceling the return cloths request.
