Dear Team,
My wife had ordered a “Party Wear Women Gown” worth Rs.1309 on 27th April 2022 through her registered mobile number on Meesho App. Against this order (Order ID:[protected], we got a packet delivered on 5th May 2022. When we opened the packet and saw that only a piece of raw cloth was kept in that packet, we immediately informed it by calling the delivery boy and demanded to take the packet back, but the delivery boy refused to take back the packet and asked to submit a return request through Meesho App.
We immediately put a return request through the App as per his advice, in which we selected the option of 'Wrong Product Received'. After a few hours a delivery boy came, we handed-over the packet to him, then he clearly refused to return the packet and cancelled the return request and went back. We raised the request again on the Meesho App and the same guy came back again. This time we asked him to talk to the first delivery boy (who delivered us the packet) on the phone call, the first delivery boy explained the whole thing to the second delivery boy. Then he took back the packet and told us that your returning message will come in a while and your refund will come in 3 to 4 days.
When the whole day passed and we did not get the return message, we called the second delivery boy (who picked the returned packet) and told him that we did not receive the message. So he said that I have updated the return details & submitted the packet in the office, if you have not received the message, then call customer care and file a complaint. So as per the suggestion given by him we filed a complaint with customer care. Customer care executive told us that we have registered your complaint and we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department, your problem will be resolved within 4 working days.
Today it has been about 13 days, but till now neither we got the return message nor my money came back. We have called customer care many times again but no one is resolving our problem. All the customer care executives I have talked to till now say only one thing that “we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department, your problem will be resolved in the next 4 working days.”
13 days have already passed in this process, now you tell me how much time it will take?
So, I request you to please solve this problem of mine as soon as possible and refund my money on priority basis.
