Order a watch from mesho it was broken old watch when i return it they take the watch bt they did not give my money back. Fraud e com services recommend not to get trap in that

I have returned the product on 19th may (shadowfax came) but status is return cancelled. So placed complaint on meesho on 21st. They said it'll take 4-5 days to resolve and today is 29th still I haven't got refund amount. They are still saying that it'll take 4-5 working days. I have called meesho cust care 8-9 times for update but not getting info, just telling backend team is working. I need to get 544/- refund. Please take strict action.

I have place a order on[protected] then it was deliver on[protected], product not good, then I will return product on[protected], at same date amount will initiate will mail will receive, but still now[protected]not refund my amount ₹335, more than 6 time to asking meesho customer care complaint only to raise but not action. First time to initiate in your amount 5-8 working days amount will refund on your account, then 8 days finish again asking customer care then still now not refund to telling, I will compliant rasie please wait 3-4 working days, I am waiting again 3-4 working days but amount not refund, please action take immediately for request my compliant

Sir i have my account with meesho with phone no.[protected]..they blocked my account..my orders cannot be returned now as some orders are not correct..but i am unable to make return request.

I have ordered two dress delivered me only one dress and took the money of two dress now he is not refunding the money of one dress very disappointing

25March2022 I ordered PX4 women jeans..some size issues i exchanged that product picked on 29March 2022.

Then i will track my order but tracking information not available and i reached customer care services more than Eight times they registered complaint but no action from your side.

almost 2 month ago.. Kindly refund my money or product

I called meesho excutive that delivery boy doesn't deliver the product because of OTP.
That Time our number was switched off.
So we are not able to provide OTP.
Or order was prepared so without OTP he can't provide the product.
We understand his concern about the product.

But just an after 3 hour around 1:52pm at afternoon we get update that product get delivered.

So how is this possible.
I raised complain that we didn't get product.
Still we are not getting any response from meesho.

Worse experience ever

It is scam.
If it not resolved I will file complain in consumer court. But not let your free.

I Have Received An R.T.O. When I Have Opened The R.T.O. I Was Shocked To See That The Products I Received Back Was Not That I Have Originally Sent To The Customer. I Have Attached The Product Image Which I Have Received Along With The Package Photo And The Label. It Is Very Hard For A New Supplier Like Me To Bear Such Loses, I Would Request You To Check Upon The Delivery Partners, As It Was An R.T.O. I ordered kurtis on 4th May 2022 of Rs.601 paid amount via Google pay and amount debited from my account but order has not placed & also i got confirmation mail from bank regarding the successful payment transaction.
But when I open the meesho app, order was not placed and I lost my money too.
I called customer care but they didn't solve my issue.
Please give me my full refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP...

I had placed an order on 10th May, my order No is[protected]. They had canceled this order from their end on 16th May and blocked my account. From the same day it is showing that I’ll get the refund 5-8 days as per the APP, they are not helping me out.
Kindly help me out, I am attaching the order details.

We had order 2 Kurtis from meesho and that delivered on 16.05.2022 and immediately I had returned both the Kurtis due to fitting problem.

on the 2nd day courier person came and pickup the Kurtis and on the same day we had received the refund of only 1 kurta. We had called them on next day (18.05.2022) we had told him every information what is happened with us, they said us that they will raised the complaint..so I asked him for complaint so he told me that you will received the complaint no with in 5 min and wait for 4-5 days but they costumer executive did not raised the Complaint against Our order.
Today (25.05.2022) we had call them that we did not received our amount refund they are saying that no complaints was raised against your order and you had passed the 7 days return policy so we can not help you in this issue.
I was just that where are we in fault, this was 2nd time they had do the same thing with us so i am now goign the register the complaint

I've returned this product on 16th of May because I received a wrong Product and still I've not received refund of 267 rs in my bank account I've called customer care 3 times regarding this issue but still not received my 267 rs

My product was picked up but I didn't receive any confirmation message so I still didn't get my refund. Meesho care asked me to repeatedly show a pickup slip else I won't get the refund.

I didn't receive my parcel yet that I order from meesho and status shows that it's was delivered on 22may
I didn't got any call, message, and any OTP so how it delivered.

I ordered a kurti on may 16th and amount was debited twice for same order. Tried contacting customer care also but number was not going through. I have attached screenshot of my bank statement. Please reverse my amount...

I received a product and paid 1771 and paid it.But in app status "delivered" is not there to return the product.Now it is showing that product is cancelled and mentioned that "donot accept the product" after receiving the product.Very bad service.Just now they even mentioned that there will be no return/ refund for the product.Hateful service really bad.They gave all broken and remained stuff.

I've placed an order today itself i.e. 23rd May 2022 on Meesho. After receiving the payment request from Meesho's end via UPI, I have approved the request received on my cell. Then after, before even placing the order, the money got deducted and couldn't proceed with the order too.

Request you to process the refund at the earliest. Attached screenshot of the payment made.

Hi, Meesho is a big fraudulent company. I have placed an order of Rs.2877 INR (total 7 product), In which 3 items were delivered and I returned these due to the wrong fabric information of the product. But I didn't get a refund for these dress.

Now they have blocked my account without any prior notice.
Rest 3 items are undelivered, checked on the Meesho help centre. they have cancelled but did not process the refund.

I called them atleast 10 times. Everytime they say we are working on it. but nothing is happening . It's been around 20 days i think.
