I have placed a order in meesho for 2 jackets RS. 519. Money has been deducted from my account but order is not placed. I want my money plz help me, it is not small amount for me.

    Ordered stayfree secure cottony sanitary in on line for 120 pads for Rs 518 in meesho . Delivered yesterday and an amount of Rs 518 was paid. While opening the parcel, found only 20 pads parcel. All MRP rate was hidden with black mark. Came to know that we're cheated. While contacting meesho help line no[protected], they told they are not responsible for the purchase. Send mail to their usersupport.[protected]@ meesho.com. No response.. Entirely cheating the public..

      My 2 orders are getting delayed from last 15days.Sometimes it shows in scan at my location but not delivering it.What sort od delivery partner you have.Never ordering from meesho.Pathetic service.

          The order was placed on 01.10.2021 but till date neither product received nor refund.

          I have requested you so many times to arrange another delivery but all in vain, you and your delivery partner are doing nothing to resolve the issue.
          No one from MEESHO bothered yet to contact or deliver the order. WHAT A CUSTOMER CARE?
          The delivery partner of MEESHO is ECOMM Express both the parties are making me run pillar to post. both are playing blame game and not resolving the issue.

          The supervisor Mr. Matheu at MEESHO assured me on 24.10.2021 that they will arrange delivery by 29.10.2021 and if they fail they shall refund the money.

          Today is 12.11.2021 almost 15 days passed but neither item delivered nor money refunded.

          I need the contact details of top management at MEESHO, hope they are at least doing their job and are not like their supervisor Mr. Matheu.

          Till date the matter is not resolved.

          Just now someone "Harshdeep" called but she neither resolved nor gave any constructive solution to the problem, she just asked me to wait more, DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG.

          They have delivered a wrong product on 21.12.2021 which was intimated them and later level 3 officer Mr Syed called on 19.12.2021 Sunday, but he did not resolved the issue.

          I have clearly informed him that they may arrange delivery for the item ordered first and after checking that the item delivered is correct as I have ordered, they may collect the wrong item delivered.

          Do not know how many more days, months or years they will take to resolve this matter.

          Same person "Harshdeep called up yesterday and same story your wrong item will be collected and after receiving at our end the money charged will be refunded in 4-5 working days.

          I have been requesting them to arrange delivery of the item ordered first and after receiving and verifying the item received I shall handover the wrong item to them.

          but as usual, every time a new person comes in and starts the story with same thing and ends up with no resolution.

          Till now the below people came in and did nothing just earning for doing nothing.

          Ms. Anitha who did not lodged the complaint on my first call.
          Mr Mathew who gave only big talks
          Mr Firoz who was suppose to call back with solution in 10 minutes, its more than 2 months his 10 minutes are still counting...
          Mr. Syed who claimed he is escalation desk level 3 office from CEO office, he also just gave big talks did not resolved the issue.
          And the last but not least Ms Harshdeep who called on 27.12.2021 - I requested the same thing to everyone "deliver the item ordered and collect the wrong item delivered"
          on 10.01.2022 She called again as if this is a new case and was asking what is your issue and what do you need.

          This organisation is best to join, for those who does not want to do any work and just talk to people over phone calls and earn big fat salary. if you have failed as a radio jocky join this organisation its a same job here too only difference is you get fat salary for doing nothing.
          Ms Latha from escalation team who claimed that
          - the labels on parcels might have changed or items from one package might have gone into another at the courier hub (magician)
          - the courier boy could not find your home, 3 attempts he tried to deliver the order
          And the CEO of MEESHO whom I have sent direct emails and marked mails CC since more than 2.5 months but as it is said "jesa raja vesi janta"

          A CEO of the organisation is not responding since more than 2.5 months then what to expect from his employees.
          Its more than 6 months but there is no sign of solution of the issue.

          MEESHO team please collect your wrong item delivered and arrange to refund the money.

            Out for delivery...and i was waiting.

            Now status is showing, "Customer want Future delivery"...

            Very worst service providing by u and ur agent...

            Courier is prepaid... Should deliver on time?

            Ur this type of behaviour with customer...will rate u 0 star online...

                I orderd a kurthi on 4th November2021 and paid an amount of Rs. 679/- via Google pay. Debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
                But when I open the Meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
                I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my isssue.
                I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                  I ordered a few items for my personal use from meesho app. They were not worth the price so i returned them. I made online payment for all the orders. After returning the parcels they will processed my refund from their side but days passed but there is no amount credited. I mailed meesho customer care but no response from their end. The order ids are #[protected] and AWB [protected] & pickupcode[protected]

                      Hi,

                      I have order a kurti in Meesho which suppose needs to delivered to me in Saidapet Chennai but I didn't received any OTP nor any call or any message from courier service and delivery agent., But while I checking the status of my order it's showing as Delivered which is not true. Kindly take severe action on this issue I need my product urgently.

                        I placed an order for the above product for Khaki colour on 23/10/2021, which was selected from the display. However I received a different coloured product and also not fitted to me, which I have mentioned in my return request. But the courier person did not accepted the same due to colour mismatch. As I was not available at that time, I could not make him understand that only for this reason I am returning. However, I am unable to place return request again in the app. Please, therefore, request the seller to arrange return of the same and refund my money.

                            On 3 Nov 2021 i placed an order in meesho and payment was done through google pay. The payment was successful and money got deducted from my account but in meesho app the order was not placed. I was trying to order a gown of Rs 1475. I need a refund. Please give my money back

                                I ordered a few items for my personal use from meesho app. They were not worth the price so i returned them. I made online payment for all the orders. After returning the parcels they processed my refund from their side and told to wait for 5-7 working days for the credit to reflect in my account but its been 15 days but there is no amount credited. I made complaints with my bank and also with meesho customer care but no response from their end. The bank says that there are no such payments received. Also the bank provided the bank statement for reference. The order ids are #[protected] Order #[protected]

                                        They cancelled my 25 orders and when i am placing them, they are cancelling again and again.. They are cheating now.. The new management sucks...i am screwed because i trusted this company.
