I have requested a return on my product. But it is getting cancelled all' the time.. Again i reintiate the return but by 2, 3 days it is getting cancelled again and again. I have reported it to many times on the customer care..And they told within 3, 4days it will be solved.. yet not solved .. Feels very bad with the delivery on meesho..No responsibility in the timing of return..

I was placed one order on 1 dec 2021. But this order not shown in my account as well as i was pay money on gpay rs. 535/-. Yet not refund a money nor dispatch my product.

My has been delivered on 22nd November, But Status hasn't been updated in my Account. They have delivered a product with worst quality and now as the status is not updated in the application, I'm unable to raise the return request. I have been calling customer Care for 10 days but there is no progress. So I would like to raise a complaint.

My exchange product not delivered yet after two month complaint they told me to wait 4 to 5 day so many time they told me same answers but yet nit delivered my product or not refund my miney back

The delivery person called and asked for the delivery code saying he will be delivering the package soon . I received a message that my package has been delivered, but I did not receive it. The delivery person is not picking up the call now. How will I get my package now ? Please help

I had purchased a silk jacquard saree order #[protected], I did not like the quality of the product and so applied for a return right away. It has been 9 days since the delivery but there has been no delivery updation in the app. The status of product is still shown as yet to be delivered. I called the customer care representative to get my issue resolved but there has been no development. I was given a complaint id number 18592528.

I have ordered a semi stitched blue and black combination suit from Meesho ecommerce app on 3rd Oct, 2021.
I received the parcel on 8th Oct, 2021.
Due to unmatched color combination and poor quality I try to return the product.
Three times I raised return request at Meesho. I also raised a complaint regarding return and refund of the product at customer care of Meesho.

But I did not get proper resolution.br...

Customer Had Returned The Product on 14th Oct Which I Have Not Received Yet . It reached Rajkot on 30Oct . Now It's More Than 45 Days, The Customer Returned The Product. I Yet Didn't Receive My Product. please give me my refund .

But delivery executive have not update the delivery status yet.i have initiated refund request due to some issues of colors, size and quality. But these products are still showing in shipped status only.but I have received it and i already paid for all the 4 products to your delivery executive. Why he haven't update the status of my all 4 orders yet.

I have paid total 4477 rs to Shadowfax courier boy. I have received his call from.this no. [protected].

I order from meesho shanti cretion I already paid but I cancelled order then also I can not get refund it's 10 day nd over I req to refund my money other while I will do the fir

Ordered product wrong one shipped returned the same immediately. Order picked up on 30th Oct and today is 28th Nov but no refund. Made many calls emails all fake assurance . Really fed up with Meesho treating customer so badly. No one helping customer. If startup is like this sorry Meesho will lose their customers and I will never order in Meesho again nor will refer to others . Worst service ever .just cheating customer without processing refund .

I had ordered a product worth of 490 & returned it back because it was small, its been 3 & half monrhs & i 've not received the refund amount yet, they are giving false promises of returning the amount in 4-5 days from padt 3 & half months & still i've not received the amount yet, i've be mailing them all the bank documents & still its not been fixed, please help!
