        My name is Naina.My registered no.in meesho is [protected]. Today I have received 4 orders of 4 different lehengas from shadowfax delivery executive. But delivery executive have not update the delivery status yet.i have initiated refund request due to some issues of colors, size and quality. But these products are still showing in shipped status only.but I have received it and i already paid for all the 4 products to your delivery executive. Why he haven't update the status of my all 4 orders yet.

        I have paid total 4477 rs to Shadowfax courier boy. I have received his call from.this no. [protected].

        Below I am mentioning all 4 meesho product order id and shadowfax is the courier service for all these 4 orders.

        Please ask your delivery executive to update the delivery status as soon as possible

            Ordered product wrong one shipped returned the same immediately. Order picked up on 30th Oct and today is 28th Nov but no refund. Made many calls emails all fake assurance . Really fed up with Meesho treating customer so badly. No one helping customer. If startup is like this sorry Meesho will lose their customers and I will never order in Meesho again nor will refer to others . Worst service ever .just cheating customer without processing refund .

              I had ordered a product worth of 490 & returned it back because it was small, its been 3 & half monrhs & i 've not received the refund amount yet, they are giving false promises of returning the amount in 4-5 days from padt 3 & half months & still i've not received the amount yet, i've be mailing them all the bank documents & still its not been fixed, please help!

                It's been 2 months since I started selling on meesho. After my first order got delivered I started getting orders daily. I was a bit shocked but at the same time, I was happy too, But right before the product is about to go "out for delivery" it always says "Order refused or canceled by consignee". I have almost sent 5 to 6 products to the given address and I have no update on these products. Did I get scammed?? Is Meesho a SCAME??? I run a very small business and I have quit my job and invested all my savings into this business. I'm at such a Loss right now that can't able to produce business. Please I need my money and products back by anyhow!!!

                      I ordered the product from Meesho on October 22 and I received the product on 31st october. The size was not fitting, so I gave the exchange option. The delivery partner(from Ecom express) came and picked up the order on 1st novemeber. He had shown the picture of the product and confirmed with me and picked up and went. Later than evening, another person called me and asked that can he come and pickup the product. Then only I am realising the actual delivery partner is Delhivery. So they delayed the pickup, and I tried to contact the ecom guy, but I hadn't receiced any code, so I couldnt contact. But i got the order id, awb number and tracking link. After 2 days the Delhivery people cancelled the pickup thmeselves. Then it is shown in the aoo that the pickup is cancelled. Nothing is mentioned about the ecom. I contacted the customer care on 4th novemner and sent screenshots of thepickup confirmation message that I recieved and the tracking status screenshot. So then they said they will resolve the problem in 4-5 working days. I called them 3 times in 15 days and they told me to wait over and over. Then in the status it was shown that the product reached the seller on Nov 6. When I called the customer care on november 19, the customer care girl said that it had been solved and confirmed that I will revieve the refund in 4-5 days from so and so account(she even said the account name on call). Then on 20th, i received a mail from Meesho that it was found that the product is not picked up. Then I was furious and I called them for the 5th time, and then they said its a communication problem with the delibery partner, they are still resolving and i wasnt convinced and then they trasferred the call to a senior, and she said it will be processed and she will call me back in 2 days (that is on 24th Nov). It's 25th Nov evening today and i havent reveived any call or any mail yet. I am not understanding what is the probelm with their unferstanding. I had the confirmation SMS, I had the Air way bill no., I had the tracking status, and it is seen that the item is delivered. If it is so, if not the echange product, I am not understanding why they are not giving refund. First of all, who even assigned these Ecom people if not Meesho? How did they get the product details and photo. So if there is a communcation problem also there is no doubt that the product has reached back the seller. Full proof is with me. I want a resolution from Meesho and also a compensation for all the difficulties they have caused me. They not only just put me in a difficult sitiuation with money loss, but they didnt even keep their words. I have all the screenshots and call recordings for proof.

                        Hi,

                        I had ordered Kurta set on 17th Nov 2021. When I checked the Tracking option, this is showing at my nearest location since 20th Nov 2021 and today is the delivery date (25th Nov 2021) and the Kurta set has not been delivered.

                        I will be travelling to a different location, so I will not be able to receive this.

                        Very disappointed with the delivery of Meesho. Very bad delivery service.

                          The company says that there is a discount on the first order but they send wrong product and defective product and then the customer will have to return it and so the customer loses the discount money if again the customer orders the first order. This is merely a cheating with the customer. I lost trust in meesho. Ther say that its their policy and they can't provide the discount on my first successfull order. meesho doesn't wants to provide discount. Meesho is only fooling the customers in the name of discount. They have no value for money of customer. Pls do the needful.

                              I placed an order on meesho on 23rd October I received the product by 27th October but the color was different.So I raised a request for ecca of product.The product was picked up by 28th October.It's been over a month but I didn't receive the product.I filed complaint with meesho support system many times but they didn't help.

                                Sir,
                                I am Dr. Deepa Somanath, a regular customer of MEESHO.
                                I placed an order of 4 packs of Liberty adult diapers (each containing 20 pieces) by SR Traders and paid Rs 2466.00 by online transaction.( Order No: [protected]) on 4th Nov 2021. But I received 4 packs, each containing 10 pieces on 14th Nov 2021. Hence I placed a request for the rest of the products to be delivered, on the same day itself.
                                There was no response till today. Hence I called customer care Meesho today at 3 PM, with the reply that the product has to be exchanged. Since it was a product to be used by elderly and that too diapers and the reply was taking time, the delivered products have been used.
                                My request is that either the rest of the products (4 packs, each containing 10 pieces) be supplied or a refund of Rs 1233.00 to be initiated.
                                I am a regular customer of MEESHO.I trusted this and ordered this product for my elderly mother thinking that the delivery and service of MEESHO is hassle-free than any other online shopping sites. I am extremely unhappy by the rude response by the customer care and that forces me not to recommend this site to any of my friends in my circle in the future.
                                I herewith enclose the photo of the product received.
                                I hope the authorities will act and solve this problem in a fair way as early as possible.

                                  I ordered a dress in meesho app on 11.10.2021 (Order #[protected]). It was a Pre-paid order of amount 454. The expected delivery date was 20.10.2021. The product was not delivered but the app shows it was delivered on 18.10.2021. No notification or sms regarding the delivery was received.

                                      I ordered a proud from meesho which was delivered in poor conditions. I returned the product and it was picked up by them. I received a message for the same. When I opened the app it shows pick up pending. I contacted the customer care and they said it's because of some technical issues and their panel is not updated. But I'll get my problem solved soon and get the refund. It's been so many days I've not gotten any help or any money. Please help
