I'm Dr Nitin Patil from aurangabad Maharashtra. Purchased davinchi shoes from metro shop Prozone mall aurangabad Maharashtra week back for rs 5990.upper part of my shoe is loosened and it's rolling inside which disturbing while walking. Will they replace the same?Really it's disgusting after paying huge amount quality is so poor .can't expect from such reputed company davinchi and metro. I'm regular customer of metro shoes. Pls do cooperate and replace the same

    I had purchased crocs from gandhidham shop
    While cleaning the same, the have got shrinked
    Today i went to request the store for some remedy. But the store manager rudely refused to look in to the matter. How can i let go so costly crocs
    I requested the store people. You can say i begged to atleast send to the factory for any remedy. But they just refused, which is highy regretted

      I am sorry to say i bought 4 pair of slippers and sandalsin 1 year and out of that 3had complaints
      1st in 1 sandal the colour of sole became white from black
      2nd i bought v shaped cjhappal one strap of it broke from base in 15 days and my foot twisted and i am having foot problem since then and your company has repaired it and they are giving me back after my foot twist and on bed how can i wear them
      3rd after bad foot hurt i bought floaters and after wearing 4 times i found whole sole is tearing

        I had bought a metro wedge sandals on jan 7, 2018 from a mall in kochi. The sandals were not even used on a daily basis. Recently for past one month, i was using it on a daily basis. The strap has come out all of a sudden. On usage criteria, it would have been used only for 2 months as a whole. Really disappointed to experience this kind of issues with metro! Kindly look into the matter immediately and provide replacement for the same. I have attached the photo of the worn out sandals.

          I have bought a new lee cooper sandal from metro shoes show room outlet on 1st may 2018 bill no 39859. The product is an old product as the manufacturing date was 1jan 2017 and defective/dead one as after using 2 days the stitching and pasting was out. I registered a complain with the show room on 7th may. The show room manager mr. Shabbr assured me that it will be replaced by the company. After mutiple follow ups the shabbar told me it can not be replaced and he can only repair the same. This is quite frustrating as the old and defective products as being sold in this outlet and i feel cheated by metro.

            I had purchased brown colour formal shoes from METRO store at Colaba. Within a period of 6 months the left shoe got fully destroyed. The sole was torn and also the quality of left shoes is very bad. Whereas nothing has happened to the right shoes. It feels like I was given a duplicate left shoe which now I can't even wear the same. This is just not logical. I have attached the photo of the same

              I have purchased ladies sandal from metro (In anand-gujarat) before 6-7 month
              At sale time (Exactly month is not remember). From 2nd april, 18 i have started wear this sandal after 5 hours i noticed some prints were remove from sandal but i ignored and again i weared this sandal next day 3rd april, at afternoon i felt not comfortable and i saw this sandals are completely damaged. I have paid after discount 1300 to 1400 rs. (Approx), because i purchased at sale time that time actual cost is rs. 1875 (Aaprox). Usually i wear metro brand footwear and always i satisfied with footwear but first time i have complained this company. I want to replace my footwear or money back. I am waiting your positive response.

                I purchased skechers shoes 3 months back, within 3 months inner lining & foam near ankle started wearing out leaving a hole, along with stiching done on front of shoe is loosend.
                I lodged complaint for this in store in gt mall jaipur, sales persons were convinced it to be a genuine complained & assured me of all help.
                After 1 month i received mail for complain no s01022018d5 stating that this is a routine waer & tear so complaint is declined.
                If such a costly shoe wears down in 3-4 months where should a consumer go?
                In fact skechers india is selling chinese made product with substandard material in name of world fame skechers.

                  I had purchased a shoe from metro shoe shop situated in linking road before 6 month back through my credit card thinking as most trusted brand as advertised. However, after buying the shoe wore hardly 4 to 5 days, its sole was deatched from the body (First time) and given it for repair. The shop took almost a month to fix it. Again after 15days (Wore for maximum of 5days) agin the same situation. Again i had given for repair and as told by their sales person that the size of both shoe are different (One is 34 and another is 36) that is why the sole is not properly fixed. This time it will do. Again i had given for repair and took after a month,
                  Again the same situation, photo is uploaded. (Hardly wore for a week)
                  The circumstances is not understood as a trusted brand and such a serious offence.1. Selling diiferent size to customer (Left and right side are different size) 2. Out of six months, almost 2 months taken for repair.
                  3. Even after 2 times repair, the situation has not changed.
                  4. Do i need to give it for repair or abandon the shoe.
                  5. Can some one from metro shoe suggest ([protected])

                    I had taken my wife and purchased one ladies sandal for rs.2290/- on 25.12.2017 metro shoes kharvel nagar, bhubaneswar (Bhu-bbs010) invoice no32204. Myself and wife daughter are regular customer of metro shoes.
                    But unfortunately there is some manufacturing defect of your sandal purchased on 25.12.2017. The upper strap has become unusually loose and not fit to wear any more. The size of the sandal is perfectly ok. We are surprised that such a costly sandal within a month of purchase become so loose that it looks very odd and not fit to wear. We request you to immediately replace the same or allow us to choose another sandal.

                    To day my wife had visited Metro Shoes and requested for replacement sale person kept the chappal and told that as per the instruction of company i will send it to company and refused to change it.So my wife handed over the chappal at kharavel nagar metro show room.For last 5 year my whole family used to purchase shoes from either metro or mochi. I have also redeem 500 points in this particular case.We used to purchase shoes from colaba metro when i was in mumbai. If the sandal will not be replaced i have decide that my family will not purchased any thing from Metro or Mochi.

                    regarding defective chap-pal we had reported you on 28th jan and returned the chappal to kharavel nagar bhubaneswar show room to be sent to mubai, Unfortunately till date i have neither received any e mal or intimation. it is almost going to be one month.We never expect such bad customer service from areputed company like metro.pl immediately give areply regarding your decision.

                      I have taken a shoes of rs 1990 from city center 2 kolkata its a leather dark blue colour shoes they told me that it will get comfortable when h wear it for 2-3 days but nothing happened as such my money got wasted please help me and replace it or ask them to makea due slip i hope you will look after my complain and make your customer satisfy kindly look after my complain

                        I have received sms from BW-METROS that I have added 300 Bonus points in my ClubMetro A/c and my current Bal. is Rs. 427.80. Accordingly, I went to your Show Room at Goldighi Mall, Silchar, Assam to redeem by purchasing accessories like socks, polish etc. But your manager/sales personnel said that if I purchase only shoes of Bags, then my bonus points will be adjusted.

                        If so, this is my last purchase from Metro Shoues.

                        I bought a women’s footwear on 2/12/2017 worth ₹1490 and within a week the base layer of the footwear has started coming out on both the footwear .the cream colour cloth layer has also started to worn out and the layers are peeling off . If this is the condition of the footwear in a week, I don’t think it would last even a month .

                          I bought a shoe from metro in the Month of August for Rs.1890. Within a couple of months the sole started tearing off for which i went to the store again for a replacement. And as it took place before 3 months from the date of buying so they agreed to replace and this time they asked me to buy a sandal which wont be worn out even in water and good for long walks. I bought it for Rs.2690. I bought it on 15th of october. And after using it for a week, it again tore off. I called the customer care on the it tore i.e.30th of october.i have attached the call history also. It tore off in office and whole day i had to walk with that. Such pathetic and poor products for such high prices. They are just looting the Customers.

                          I bought from metro after some 2 years hoping that the quality would have improved. But NO. It hasn't improved and it will not.

                          I just want my money back For the shoe/sandal which i hardly wore for 10 days. I feel i am cheated. Not once but many many times. But my patience has a limit. They should feel ashamed for selling such cheap products to customer at such high prices.

                          I just want my money to be refunded. According to their return policy if we are not satisfied with their product, within 30 days from billling date our money will be refunded. So i dont want any more replacements or anything, i just want to return this rubbish and get my money back.

                            I have ordered a metro black sandals from jabong. My order number is [protected]. I ordered this shoes in april. Wore it for 2 months and after that synthetic material of shoes was torn out.

                            I am highly disappointed with the quality of shoes i received. Now i cannot even wear that shoes. I bought shoes considering the brand image of metro. But it did not even lasted for 6 months.

                              I have purchase shoe with serial no.[protected] from metro multan as on october 8, 2017. But it was such poor quality, torn after one day. I am totally disstified from your quality of shoes. Quality control is ur responsibility. I know you will ignore my complaint. But keep in mind if i am not satisfied then a good number of my friends, colleagues, and family will never purxhase shoe from your franchise. If my complaint not entertained, i will sue you in court.

                                I had purchased pair of 3gle shoes from metro showroom at elante mall, chandigarh in the month of feb'17. After using it for 10-12 times, the inner lining from back side of shoes got torned. Though the sales man at elante mall shop took it back for sending it for repairs but after more than one month, returned it unrepaired saying that this has happened due to wearing the shoe and it is not manufacturing defect.
                                I am of firm belief that now metro has started selling sub-standard quality shoes because i am using metro shoes for last more than 12 years and nothing of that sort has ever happened.
                                Guys be careful in spending your hard earned money in buying fake shoes from metro.

                                    That shoe feel little bit tight to me, so i went back to shop to replace with 9 no.

                                    But they dint show me new shie but instead sale me defective peace.

                                      I had purchased shoes and dr. Ortho pad for my daughter living at australia by walk in through your company's show room rkt-rks01, near malaviya chowk rajkot vide bill no 200645 dated 08/02/2017 as product details attached herewith a copy of bill
                                      As your brand is worldwide and products are always costly but precious and genuine
                                      But unfortunately with a three month sole of the shoes became flat and sleepery and as she has only 55 kg weight and wearing shoes in routine in simple walk as well as dr. Ortho pad pressed become non used so concern doctor has advice not to wear the said and shoes and dr. Ortho's shoe-pad same thing i had intimated to concern sales executive and now she come to india we had visited your shop and sales executive with products and its problem he had tried to contact his higher authority but unfortunately no one is ready to resolve the problem. Metro sale's executive is ready to change dr. Ortho's shoe-pad but unable for metro product
                                      I have faith and very good image of metro product and it's service, till i could not think about this worst experience with company and its product.. I didn't argue for money which we had paid for your product but it is a matter of regreat that your sales division is not ready to listen about failure and review of the product to find out the root cause in the interest of company
                                      Sir you are humbly requested to go through the case i will send you all the photographs of regarding said product and factual position from procurement to non used condition with in three month. Just to send your product from india to australia and same to procure back is more costly then product so please think about the genuineness of grievance

                                        Two days back i bought a pair of sandals from metro worth 990 rupees. But the sandals are making a very annoying squeaking noise while walking over tiles flooring. Did not expect such low quality of product from metro. It is so embarrassing to wear such sandals. Kindly solve my issue asap by either replacing my sandals or by fixing it. Do make me understand the reason behind this noise and the solution required to be applied. Expect a quick reply please.
