I had purchased crocs from gandhidham shop
While cleaning the same, the have got shrinked
Today i went to request the store for some remedy. But the store manager rudely refused to look in to the matter. How can i let go so costly crocs

I had purchased pair of 3gle shoes from metro showroom at elante mall, chandigarh in the month of feb'17. After using it for 10-12 times, the inner lining from back side of shoes got torned.
