I purchased a michelin 150/60/17 pilot street TL(radial) on october 16th 2020 from TYRE PLAZA, Koyikkal building, Ambalapally line, Kazhakoottam, Trivandrum, 695582, ph: [protected].
After 3 months o[censored]sage and almost 4000 km the tyre is getting damaged from its side. After noticing this complaint i check my tyre and i found that the tyre manufactured on 2018th. I purchased it on 2020 october. Both sides of the tyre are crumbling small pieces. I purchased that tyre for 6100/- and i didnt complete 4000 km. I really disappointed on this product. I need to change my tyre. Kindly do something for this problem. I need to change the tyre manufactured on 2020. Before also i used michelin tyre and that has no problem at all and i used that around 23000 km. So please issue me a good product manufactured on 2020. I have used the same tyre before but then there was nothing wrong. It is in this belief that i chooses michelin again.

Hello There, I am Sharafat Ali, I have bought a Michelin tire on 28/02/2019 at Batra Auto Centre, Chandigarh, at the time my car reading was 88k (till today reading is 112k). I have attached the photocopy of my purchase. I have Toyota Innova. We have four cars in my house, never faced such a problem, but last year I bought a much expensive Michelin tire and getting the worst quality, as every month I am getting a puncher in these Michelin tire.I have a complaint about the quality of your tire, since I have them, every month there is 1-3 puncher, just after 3 months of purchase. I know this issue does not cover your warranty and guarantee card, but my concern is just, I choose this brand over others, only the reason is quality and reliability + my friends recommend this brand, they are getting their value for their money. But in my case, it's the opposite, as it costs extra money for puncher every month + embarrassment, since I have them, which is very unusual. I drive the same routes as other vehicles at my home (and their tires are much older than mine). Please resolve my issue, I am very much disappointed and angry about these tires. Please look into my matter ASAP, otherwise I will go further with my complaint against this product, as I am very frustrated.

I was chanced my tyre with michelin in honda activa last one and half year ago. I have another vehical too. So i am mostlly useing this honda activa but here problem is tyre quilty is very low here tyre wear and tear are going so fast and also tyre make that's it littel littel hole. So i want to change my tyre without give any cost. Here in gujrat bhavnagar dealer are no cooperate and also he don't know how to complaint and what is the procedural of complaint. So i have very bad experiance from michelin so pls contect me!

I have purchased all 4 tyres of michelin, 185 65 r 15 energy xm2 to my car swift dzire zdi mh20 by 7408 considering the best tyre as told by dealer.

Last month one rear tyre automatically got burst while driving, which is serious problem as far as safety & quality is concern.
As i am also a mechanical engineer by profession & working at senior position in corporate, i know how much serious this concern is related to product quality, company branding image & customer safety.

I have submitted this tyre at your dealer m/s rajendra tyre service, aurangabad, mahrashtra, for claim vide their receipt number 415 dated 23.05.2020.
Presently burst tyre is lying with them

Requesting for your honest co-operation to look into this serious quality concern which is directly related with our safety of customers.
Also requesting for giving a replacement with new tyre.

I made the purchase of 4 michelin tyres from an authorised dealer. I was given 3 years manufacturing warranty. I was also given online website registration to claim the warranty directly.in 6 months one tyre got bubbles on side of the tyre. I visited the dealer regarding the issue. He gave me the no. Of the person named gaurav singhal ([protected]). He asked me about the details and asked me to send some photos and told me to wait 3 days. After that he denied any resolution saying i will not resolve any tyre purchased from that dealer. I told him that i have online registration as a proof he said that he doesn't care and further told me if i had made the purchase from other place he would have done anything. I asked him the reason for that and he said he has some issues with that dealer and asked me to never call him again. I have recordings as a proof.

I have purchased four tyres from xl tyre point, ramamapuram, chennai on 3rd dec"2019 vide invoice no. R[protected] dt.03.12.2019 for rs.19412/-

On 29th jan'2020, i have received a sms from your company stating that i can collect the free lap top bag from the above dealer for having purchased 4 tyres.

But when i contacted the dealer, he refused to give the gift article as mentioned by you, as he has not received the intimation from the company.

Please instruct your dealer to release the gift item as mentioned by you at the earliest.

I purchased the tyre (2 nos back side) from tyre empire on 19 may 2019. The tyre is getting weared out very fast. Almost in 5 month and 4000km the tyre is almost gone. Raised it with tyre empire they asked me to inspect vehicle from hyundai. Dis it and hyundai said it is problem with tyre.
Now when i went back to them again they are saying to raised it with cust care. Calling cust care is not helping at all
Pls do let me know how can i get the. Replacement of these tyres.
If here also it won't work, have no other coice to go for legal openion. I understand this need time but not sure if consumer has to bear this all.

I purchsed this typre from typre empire on 19th may 2019. Around 1 month back i inspected the typre with them again as it was wearing out very fast. They said i need to raised it with cust care if the same goes even after some time. I also inspected my vehicle at hyundai and they said everything is fine it is problem with tyre.
I am not sure if 5000km is the life of the tyre. I am expecting a tyre replacement. Pls do let me know what should be the process from here.

I bought the michelin tyre (2.78/18) on 28/06/2019, from global tyres kothamangalam, and after a few weeks i found that there is split in centre portion of the tyre and i made the complaint to the global tyres, before i buy this tyre i purchase another michellin tyre and it has the same issue and they changed that tyre with full payement (1500/-) and after one month they gave me 500/- only and they says that the company less the depreciation charge, after a few months this tyre also shows the split in 3 more portion the centre and the global tyres is not resposible for that and they said we could make a complaint to the company,
Kindly do the needful

Sir, i bought four 155 70 r13 tyre 24 november 2017 gupta tyre delhi road meerut after 6 month i saw some wrikles on my tyre.in complained this gupta tyre he says me its not a issue but i again complained at customer care since 2018. They provided me local area number gaurav sighal
Gaurav singhal says me those wrinkles created by low air pressure. So it is not a issue then continue ride after one year june 2019. I saw tyre rough and hard. I again complained to mr. Prashant executive lucknow.
I am a goverment teacher move meerut to lucknow with my family. I purchesed this tyre. Plz solve my problem michelin india

The primacy tyres are very bad tyres. I purchased these tyres 205/60 r16 for my ecosport. The front tyre got burst just within 3 months of purchase and with less than 3000km run. Sent mail to michelin. No response. Customer service also very pathetic. They are now only harrassing me. No more michelin for my cars. I want at least a refund or replacement for my loss within warranty. Why michelin is not responding?

I have Bought a new pair of Michelin Primacy series 245/50-r18 tyres on 03/09/2018 from a major tyre dealer in thrissur ( kerala) . After few months, I have noticed cracks on both tyres on 30/03/2019 while changing other set of tyres .I have raised a complaint on the same day itself with the dealer and they have inspected and have taken photos of same . After that, i have been frequently visiting the dealer asking about this issue . They have once removed my tyres to take inner pictures . its been three months since i have raised my complaint and no action has bee taken till now . Now they are telling me to leave the tyres at dealer point and when i asked them what to do with the car, they are saying that they dont know about that . I have been driving with these dangerous tyres for the past 8 months . They are playing with the life of passengers without paying attention to the case . Some sample images are hereby attached .

I had purchased Michelin air inflator fr Amazon app but within 3 months it stop operating and I sent it to Super tyre tec, Bangalore.
After a number of calls and follow ups, I got my inflator back but again within 1 month it stop working.
Again, I called customercare and send it to Bangalore on 2nd Feb 19 and from then to till now, I am continuously calling at [protected] for replacing my air inflator but this guy is again and again giving excuses, not picking my call, giving fake dates for delivering inflator but till now I haven't got my inflator back.
Please look into the Matter at highest priority and provide me the optimum solution & and please ask your officials to help your customers rather than making them fool.

Reference to the above the discount price and its reason for discount describe is not satisfactory.

In your decision letter mesgd to me email id and toll free number shared mail id is not working. Toll free number working but no action yet to be appeared to solv my issue.
