Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform that I have submitted my Android Phone dated
On[protected] for service in sector -18 Noida details are attached. When
I have submitted my cell phone for the service when I have asked for when it will be complete reply was that it will take 15-20 days. After 20 days when I went to for collect my cell phone, phone was not ready reply was your cell phone is not ready try next week when next week I went for the collect my cell phone. Phone was not ready try to come next week
3rd time was same reply sir not ready. when I asked for that they are saying your phone is ready When I saw my cell phone phone was looking very bad condition . when I gave the my cell phone just looking new now very bad condition .After one month they have issue new job sheet because phone was not complete. Problem was mic, led was bliking, micro Sd was not sported and audio jack is not supporting it was the my problem. Thay have created more my camera was not working proper and touch was in bad condition.
Till now I have not received my cell phone.

    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you about the invoice number N[protected].
    We had submitted this phone at 15/01/2016 and its almost more than one
    month but still we are getting response from your executive that it
    will take 20 days. But what is this if it is taking to repair a mobile
    two month than what is purpose to purchase the micromax phone. So now
    want to positive response from you as soon as possible or I will take
    another action. Also this is to inform you that we had also submitted
    this phone twice for the same problem. If there is any problem to
    repair this phone than replace/refund with the same.
    Please find attached documents for your refrence. and please look into
    this matter on Priority basis and try to resolve it very soon.

      this is serious issue that there is a blast in micromax original battery 5 days ago.

      i have complaint for this by mail but no revert.

      My reference no is SER[protected]...for complaint online...

      My Reference ticket id- 285621 by mail complaint.

      My verbal talk to MR.. Akid hasan on no:[protected] at 9:10 pm on 25 march 2016..by no [protected].

      i have try to contact micromax responsible person but no call centre is giving information no company is taking this seriously.

      I want to file case that company is selling a bomb not a smart phone and also i want refund money and compensate the damaged happen.

      due to blast i luckily some distance from the phone but damaged in furniture happened.

      for clear detail i have attached pic to this..

      please solve my problem.

        Sir,
        I have given my micromax phone model A096 for repair in micromax care rohtak since 03/02/2016 . And they said me to recover it with in 20-30 days but yet i have not received my phone ( till 25/03/2016) . And they are also not giving any apropirate answer or time of recovering the phone. And last time (on 22/03/16) when they called me and asked me to take an another older phone which was having crack on body so i refused to take it . So you are requested to do any appropirate action against them rather than i have to go to consumer court .

          On (25-Jan-2016) in micromax service center bhilai I had given my micromax nitro A311 (which is in warranty) smartphone to repair and still they hadn't repaired my smartphone neither they gave a replacement for my smartphone . I already told them to provide me my phone or any other smartphone of the same value becuase I need the phone urgently .I want my phone within 1 week from now plz do something as early as possible

            My job sheet no. S[protected]-21156000 dated 04/01/2016 still 25/3/2016 not yet received my mobile
            Model no : micromax canvass - duet ii -eg111 - gsm/cdma.Still while calling in customer care in service center pondicherry usually tells me whenever call them wait for 21 days really i hurted to hear that 21 days because nearly 4 - 21 days after given for my mobile for service. I given my mobile for the reason wifi not working they told me when i given within 21 days we will return and maximum 40 days return. I relied on their words but still i could not get my they are not telling correct time also.

            Because of cdma sim i could not use the sim in other mobiles i didnt my cdma sim for past 3 months i asked many times in customer and mail to them please give me replacement for my phone if both gsm mobile also but not doing so.

            Micromax is worst service giving in my career. No response in chennai service center. Always telling head office to be decided spare not available for ur model mobile. I dont know when i get back phone

              Dear Sir, I had purchased Yureka phone in Pune in Mar 2015. In after the upgrade it developed a problem of camera not working and not connecting to Wi-Fi.. Since it was in guarantee I went to your authorized service center in Pune on 14th Feb 2016. I should bring it to you kind attention the professionalism of your agents and also their approach towards their your customers. The following are the sequence of events (a) the moment i had shown my phone the service desk gentleman immediately told that the we do not provide the service here and you need to submit the phone and it will take it will take 20-25 working days and after that the phone will be sent at my home address. I got a shock of my life, in this era of super fast communication micromax takes 30 days for rectification. I said OK and gave the phone. After 20 days when I enquired at the customer care initially he said it will take some more time due to some technical problem at the ware house I followed up with the service center for 10-15 days and the experience was really pathetic. There is a great lack of empathy and professionalism with your staff. (b) They need to be trained, they don't have etiquette's at all. (c) They don't have value for time. After literally begging for the phone it was sent to the service center and not to my home address as committed after 30 days. I collected the device and asked the guy at the service center do I need to check this. He said it is already checked and tested by the quality team. I went home and kept it on charging in the evening and found that it is not getting charged. I changed the battery, charger, electric point bit was of no use. The phone was sowing as charging but the it was not charging. I called the customer care and they asked to submit the phone to the service center again and wait for more 20 days. I was really shocked. They said this is the policy of the company and tis is how it works. I went to the service center the next day and they did not accept the phone saying it is out of warranty. I said my warranty is till 25th Mar'16. They said me the phone that you have received is out of warranty. I called the customer care again and I was informed that it will take 72 hours to resolve the warranty issue. I was really feeling pity because in this electronic world micromax takes 72 hours to send an email for the customer who is already waiting since last 30 days for the replacement phone.

              They really like to fool the customer by giving several reason. Will I get my phone or not.

              A sincere advice, if you want to survive in this competitive world of smartphone, only advertisements wont work, after sales service matter more that. Also customers are not fools, they do understand the things. Do you think I will recommend Micromax to anybody after this experience.

                    I have submitted my micromax mobile a120 to service center in etawah up which is under warrant period jobno.N[protected] after two monthsi i have collect a255 to the service center instant of my a120 but when i insert my sim in it i found the new phone is also not working it has not detecting any sim. Again i go to the service center they told me you have to wait again 1 months to repair it. Micromax service is disgusting now i have 3 micromax phone in my family but i decided after that i never buy micromax phone and suggest others to do not buy it

                        Dear All,

                        I bought a mobile phone YU Yuphoria in the Nov'15 from Amazon. Since I used it as a secondary device, I didnt use it much. The display of the phone used to flicker sometimes along with the non-functionality of touch-screen. But that issue arises only when I try to run some APP, so I ignored that. But, the touch screen stopped working on 22nd Feb, 2016. So i called the customer care and they told me to visit the service center. I was told by the executive that service center only collects the phone and send it to the factory. The repair/replacement happens only from the factory. So it will take 10-15 days time to get back the device.

                        I went to Thane service center on 9th March 2016 around 2 PM and I got the token number 50 on that day. I went there on my turn and I was attended by Ms Preeti. She also told me the same thing that the phone will be sent to factory. But then she gave the phone to another person from the technical side and he opened the phone. Then he came and said that it will not be covered under warranty and I need to pay 3000 INR to him and he will get it done (in front of Ms Preeti). You can check the CCTV recording of that day from 2 PM to 2.30 PM (if you have CCTV).

                        I asked why it is not covered in the warranty then he said its company policy and the phone has exposure to water. I told that I used it single-handedly and there is no physical damage and no exposure to water, but he said that if i need to get it repair I need to pay 3000 INR immediately. And then comes the cheating part.

                        Further he said that since he opened the phone, now I wont be able to take it to any other service center and claim for the warranty as he already opened the phone and the warranty is void.

                        Now I would like to know if this is the general practice of the company to cheat customers like that. If you dont want to give the warranty then clearly mention in the documents before the selling of the products. But if this is the general practice then I am sorry to say that your company is cheating the people and supporting the fraudulent business practice. Being an Indian company, you people are cheating your own countrymen is very shameful.

                        Moreover, its a direct attack on the PM's "Make in India" and "digital India" plan. So I am sending my complaint to PM's office as well and keep you posted about that.

                        I would like to request you to look into the matter and give me the warranty of my Phone.

                            I bought Yureka Plus in August until now I exchange my phone, exchange my battery, and charger as well . but the problem remain the same . Battery draining really fast, taking almost 12 hours to full charge, heating on the upper back side .

                            Any customer associates don't want to listen any thing don't want to solve this issues. They tottly freaking me .

                            I don't want to use this handset at all i want my full refund of my mobile . Please help to get my full refund .

                                I have bought a micromax yureka mobile device model ao5510 in march 2015.
                                I had problem with dispaly so i went to micromax care centre in vapi gujarat .
                                Care center is shivam enterprises.
                                Even though my mobile was not physically damaged, they insisted and i gave my mobile for reparing . They gave me a paper in which job number was mentioned i.E mmx8608 . They did not give me any bill of micromax, as such they said billing will need atleast 8000 to be paid, also this was not confirmed by them initially. They took more than a month and finally they gave me my mobile.

                                After getting my mobile i asked for bill they said they wont be giving any bill, they will extend the warranty for this mobile by a month.
                                During this period i even called micromax care they replied me by saying that make the care person talk to them.
                                How can i make anyone talk to them.

                                Now i am in that state where i feel sorry to be associated with micromax.

                                I was fooled at every stage by micromax . Even your care person here they stand by reputation by fooling people. Now i came to know from people that micromax just fools the people nad i am also the one who has been foooled.

                                Now after i got my mobile repaired just 2 days back.

                                Now i am facing a problem where whwn i get a incoming call or whwn i do a ougoing call my screen shuts and whole screen becomes useless. I cant receive the calls, cant discoonect it, because the screen shuts .

                                Now again today i am going to care here, waiting to be fooled again.

                                I am helpless as i have bought this mobile and need to face this.

                                Please do something so that as a customer we must still have failth in you.

                                        I have deposited my handset micromax xpress 2 after having some problem in the handset on 11/02/2016 at M/s Mobile Dot Com, 111, Ist floor, Sri Ram tower, Hazaratganj, Lucknow. They assured me that it will take one week in repairing/replacement process but till date i have not recevied my handset. They are just giving me date and date not my handset.pls help
