I have purchased micromax juice 2 handset by snapdeal for standby use in oct 2015, but hand is problematic.I visited in micromax service center but hi told this handset not repaired in waranty period.

We have received tv from your store m/s. Durga electronics - bangalore, in the month of feb-16, due to some technical problem you have replaced the tv, but after inspection we found again the tv has colour display problem for which we have registered complaint with you and with micromax but still the problem has not resolved.

The details of complaint is as followes

My Micromax AO5510 is dead due to update installation failure. So I give my phone to Micromax Service Center at Kottayam, Kerala on March 7th . They told me that it will takes 15 days to repair. But didn't get back my phone till now after on Month. Is it you customer Service. My Job Sheet No. 6505

I have purchased a new micromax AQ5001 in nov 15. After 2-3 month has serious problem of hangup everything freezes up. Now touch of screen is not working, even i cannot unlock the phone. so i approached to service center namely M/s parth Agencies Kaithal. He gave me time of 1 week for repair of the phone but each and every time i visited there he asked me to came after 2-3 days. More than 20 days has been passed but still not getting proper answer from there that when will i got my phone. No one is giving responsible answer.
employees on service center are not skilled and use harsh words to customer, they even dont care what customer is feeling about there words. They told me that they don't know how much time it will take to return my phone(I mean really its annoying being INDIAN company but spoiling name in terms of after sales service.

Its my second time need help for micromax yesterday I gave my mobile which is under warranty as facing excessive lag issue as well as phone stucked at bootloop following are some major things I noticed at service centre :-
1.Employees are not skilled and use harsh words against all customers
2.They told me that they don't know how much time it will take to return my phone(I mean really its annoying being INDIAN company but spoiling name in terms of after sales service -_- )
3.People or employee's who open phones of public for test don't even have basic knowledge at ALL!
4.Need serious help _/\_ please as I think its much better to hire complaint here as compared to MMX.

I am Priyanshu Mishra I have submitted my cell phone in RU Interprocess Allahabad on dated 28/01/2016 because my cell phone was not powered On properly and my hanset is in warranty when I have submitted my handset they were told me I have take maximum 45 days to repair your handset But today is more than two months submitted my handset so I am kindly request to you please take any action and return my handset.

I bought my new handset through online - ebay - micromax yu - yuphoria - jan 20.

But the new handset was defective & never worked from the first day it arrived.

So i had gone to their service center - pune. Those people took my phone & said it will be replaced by the company in 2 weeks

Its been 2 months now i have trying to follow up, but the company is not able to send me a replaced phone.

I have been using this product for more than a year. But now i am getting a problem which is really an very important part. I could not run app more then 5-10min. I had done factory reset but still have same problem. Gsm network too weak then others canvas model. Sometimes application freeze or most of the time forced stop or crashed. Which is really annoying. I'm very much disappointed with this problem. I don't know how could i cure it. I need an immediate response.

In my micromax canvas knight 2 e471 mobile one of the two speaker is not working. This problem is being faced by me from the very first day.I have already given this mobile to company centre two times. They are also not providing me doa certificate. Micromax service care center is unable to solve this issue. Please take an immediate action for this issue.

My wife is experiencing a worst customer service from micromax company for last 3 months which was under company warranty when given for service all she gets answere as another 10 days or 2 weeks for last 3 months hope Indian government should take action on this types of company who gives service warranty on their products but don’t honer them after sales

My self Sushila Ketan Sahu, from Dist. Dhenkanal, Odisha. I have purchased a Micromax Mobile Phone Model No. S 301. After 7 days I found that the Wi-Fi of the set gets connected but no web page opens through Wi-Fi. I gave the set for repair at Micromax Care, Dhenkanal, Odisha on 28.12.2015. After 2 months I received the set but the problem was not solved. Again I return the set for repair on 26.02.2016. Till date I have not received my set. I have contacted the Micromax Customer Care Contact No. [protected] several times. All the time they say that your hand set will be delivered within 7 days. Already 20 days have been passed. I have not received my set.

I had submitted my phone Micromax A311 for service center On jan-2016 which is in Pune, Chinchwad, Mobile in warranty. After submitted to service center company is not responding to my mails and calls. Every time they said mobile is in under process, it will reach to you in 21 days. ( when their 21 days will over?...Dont know). Almost 80 days over...i am asking my mobile.

Service center manager are also saying same situation happen for all customers, he saying i cant do anything to resolve this issue you have to talk to company...i dont have any authority.

This company dont have any policy for customer satisfaction.
I think its my fault to believe on this this brand and purchase it.

Its an request to all Dont buy Micromax Mobile...Very Very poor service.

Myself aman zambare, i have deposited my yu yuphoria yu5010a mobile phone at nearest service center on 11/02/2016 with job sheet no- n[protected] display and speaker problem, sir i have contacted thier customer care 15-20 times on their contact number-[protected] and via email id- [protected]@yuplaygod.com for my phone but when i contacted they told your phone will be delivered within 7 days, sir already 50 days crossed but i have not received my phone, sir please solve my issue as soon as possible as i will receive my phone within a few days please sir this phone is urgent for me...
