I have purchased a Micromax Nitro 4G E455 but now it is having a problem in screen. the entire screen has become yellowish. I have called to your customer care executive so many times and they have assured me that i will get a call from micromax and the handset will be replaced. but i dont know whats the problem with you guys i havn't seen this kind of wrost service from any company. I have called around 10 times but i haven't got even a sigle call from you. this is the worst experience of my life. let see what happen now.

      I bought a micromax tab f666 for rs. 7, 500/- from poorvika mobile, tower junction, nagercoil on[protected]. On the first day itself there was problem in touch. As it was manufacturing defect i informed about it to poovika and also in micromax service centre at nagercoil to replace a new tab and submitted the tab to them. They prepared a job sheet on[protected] no. S[protected] and informed me that it will be replaced within 21 days. But i did not receive the tab till today, already it is 38 days past. I have contacted the micromax cutomer care and poorvika customer care but there is no response from them. So i am put into mental agony. I invested the money and with out the tab i am wantering here and there to poorvika and micromax. So i request you to arrange the tab (New) within 3 to 4 days, otherwise i will be forced to take necessary steps legally through consumer court.

        I had submitted my a350 phone to the koramangala, bangalore service centre since there was a problem with charging. The agents said that there was a problem with charging strip and they replaced it for rs. 950. When taking it back, i saw that the charging was slow and indicated but they said that it was due to a full dead battery. I assumed that once the charging pin was replaced, they would have charged the phone. But that was not done. Then i took the phone and charged it overnight. I couldn't use the phone that day since i had to transfer sim and reconfigure certain programs. When i put the sim the next day and was trying to browse the web, the phone restarted and same repeated two times and then the screen flickered and restarted and then flickered again and went blank. Now the service centre took the phone and two days later say that the display has gone and it will be charged at 11000. Being an electronics engineer, i clearly know that in this case the display can go only if there is a fault with the new cable due to wrong connection or a short circuit. For a mistake from the technician, i do not want to pay for it. We go to established service centres only because if the trust we have. With such incidents, micromax is losing its sheen. My phone is still in the service centre. Job sheet number is s[protected]. I would request the concerned to provide a judicial resolution to the cause.

          I purchased a laptap from dwrka sectir 07 . whike buing they said it us onsite warranty . the laptab had some issue on the very nextday . then they denied on site warranty. And when i visited the service center uttamnagar. They took it for 20 minutes and said the seal was tampered and sumply denied warranty.

            I broke the screen of micromax mobile a-315. And went to their service centre in nawanshahr for the change of display screen on 16 march 2016. However, as told by them i would get it in two days, only on this condition. I deposited my mobile to them. As i am gonna travel back to delhi on 19 march. But now after three days, they are making me wait for the mobile till 21st march, as they dont have staff who can fix the screen and now, they are force selling me the screen guard and display charges that i need to pay or else i just have to pay them the amount even if they dont provide me the service. If they are committing to a date and cannot do their job, so just return the product and which is also not being done.

                My name is kshitij narang. I am having micromax knight cameo a290 model . I have purchased a set on[protected] and after 2 weeks i am facing problem in that like hanging, phone is on/off automatically, battery not showing properly etc. Due to some personal reason i unable to go the service centre to show them . But now i am facing the many problem like didn't on of the phone for past 2-3 days . . Then i go to the micromax service centre they have checked and said to me that the internal component is not working or breakdown. The repair cost of the whole will be approx. Rs.2, 200 . But my product is in warranry but then also they said the cost to repair will be rs.2, 200 and they have write in my customer job card that it is physical damage but i have not damaged it. It is internal fault not my fault . I have also said them that it is not physical but they regret to listen me from my point-of-view. Then i called micromax care number i have explained the problem that i am facing then they also have said that the the cost of repair will be zero or free and i am also have the recording of that person as a proof of micromax service centre.

                    I purchased micromax canvas nitro a311 mobile on 23rd september 2015 through flipkart via online prepaid mode. From first day of purchase i found that the mobile's battery used to drain very fast and the mobile used to heat up too much even after playing games for 10 to 15minutes only. The camera was claimed by the company to be 13 megapixel but its performance was hardly as good as that of a 5 megapixel camera. I somehow tried to manage with it but hardly after 10 days from the purchase of mobile, i found that this mobile was getting switched off automatically. Now this was an unbearable problem. As i keep all my contacts and other important official data in this mobile, this had become a big headache for me because so many times the mobile automatically got switched off when my colleagues and/or bosses had to talk to me and vice versa.When automatic switching off became very frequent, i gave this mobile to micromax customer care where they kept my mobile for more than 1 month.I suffered a lot during that period because during that period i somehow managed with my old mobile which is a very ordinary mobile & which already had lots of problematic issues. After more than one month, customer care returned my mobile saying that now it is perfectly fine. For few days it was ok but hardly after 15 days of getting back of my mobile i found frequent recurrence of above mentioned problems. The month of march is very busy and hectic for me. In such a time i am unable to give this mobile for servicing and somehow managing with it. I now want a refund/return of my money or exchange of my mobile with a good one or some other good solution if possible

                        This is really sad to inform you regarding my hand set ( micromax gold ), sir i had deposited my hand set on 25/12/2015to ( m/s a v communication) your company's mobile service center at saharanpur . It was told to me that your handset will be sent to company office at delhi for repairing, sir its almost two months i have not received my handset back, i had visited your company service center more than 15 times with this reply only that your handset has not returned from delhi office. Sir i request you to kindly look into this matter as this is really a bad impression for your customer, being a such big & famous company you should take care of this.
                        Sir i received an email from you on 15 feb16 with my reference ticket id - 253480, and it was told to me that your problem will be solved in next 15 days, sir now
                        Its almost 3 months i have not received my hand set back, kindly look in to this and do the needful, thanks.

                            I have given my mobile handset(Which is in warranty) for repair at micromax absolute care service center located in koramangala, bangalore. They have provided a job sheet no: 1894. The service center people said that as they are unable to repair the mobile, it has been sent to their head office with a new job sheet number s[protected] on the same day i.E. 18th jan, 2016. When i enquired with the customer care of micromax, i was told that the mobile would be received in 21 days. It has been 2months now, customer care even today bluffs saying that i need to wait for 21days to get my mobile. When checked with the customer care about the status of mobile, they say that it is under processing since 18th jan, 2016 onwards. This hints that mobile has not been repaired and customer care and technical team of micromax are simply wasting customers time. Kindly ensure that the mobile is reaching within 24hours

                                        I submitted my X 84 phone for kepad not working and the phone was in under warranty in January 16. I received the my phone on dated 15 March 16 as a replacement of my phone with old phone. but when i connect with charger the phone show battery error and i again submit my phone to service center for battery replacement.
