Sir, i received my phone today on 22 mar 2016 after 4 months (submitted on 26 Nov 2016). When i insert sim cards, it do not detect sim in one slot and in second slot it detect sim but data service not connected in this. And now my phone warranty has expired.
Please do something..
Or tell me what i do..

I have purchased micromax spark Q380 IMEI No. [protected] on 24 June 2015. After one month i had on off problem . I give it to service centre and it returned me after two months with partially solve problem. and after 15 days it speaker problem and again on off problem occur . I give it to micromax service centre for servicing . It hold my mobile two months in service centre and when i asked for mobile eveytime replying that parts is not availble, parts not available . At last i Furstrate and i took return my handset and give it another micromax service Centre Alraza mobile service centre, sadar, nagpur.
He also Keep my mobile three months in his service centre and not solve the problem. Set return to me and saying its repairing in not possible you sold it and purchase new sets.

Micromax informatics making fullish to customer by giving faulty set to customer and their customer service is too poor . It keeps guarantee/ Warrantee mobile in his service centre till the warrant lapse without solving problem

I have submitted by handset of Micromax Nitro A 311 at the Ambarnath Service Center since January' 2016 till now i have not received my handset back.

I have called many a times to Centralized helpdesk to get the status however such a bad response from the team and every time they arrange the call backs however nobody called me up since then...

Such a worst and pathetic behavior i have never seen in any of my service provider..I would never ever go for Micromax again in near future and would also not recommend any one about this brand as this waste of money.

I hope somebody is reading these complaints otherwise i feel again i have wasted my time to write to you...

Ashamed of you...loads of improvement is required...

My mobile micromax (A315) (imli no [protected])which was bought on 21oct 2014 and it was showing screen problem on 07 Aug 15 then i went to micromax repair center boby electronics rishikesh on 18 aug 2015 my mobile was under warranty that time. They solved my problem of screen resolution but they damaged my mobiles body (sim port and body cover ) then i complaint them again for same and i got job sheet number E[protected] then i complaint so many times refer complaint number mmx[protected], mmx[protected], mmx[protected] for same but they didnt give a responsive solution to me and they had just misguiding me & hrashing me by giving time again and again and till date i didnt get the solution of same and i am just keeping the damaged mobile with me and whenever i called customer care of micromax then they are giving time for 20 days since sep 2015, the job is still same in damaged condition so pl take a quick and favorable action .

I purchased aq4502 on 11/1/16 and after 24 days.. the camera of the mobile has stopped to work... n[protected] this is m job sheet no. when i submit my mobile in service centre on 04/02/16.. and after 12 days service centre provide me new job sheet no. n[protected].. after 15 days on 1/3/16 i raised a compliant in micromax (mmx[protected] and they said to wait 21 days. and yesterday the given time is completed.. so now i dont want my mobile.. i want cash back.. otherwise i m knocking on consumer helpline.. now i cant trust on micromax.
this is my last warning to u.

This is akshey kumar from gurgaon haryana. i was purchased micro max mobile, model no Yoreka plus YU5510A date of 14 january 2015. when i use this phone its battery very heat. and when i calling battery drain very fast, when i complaint to coustomer care shop .he told me this your home power problem.
now i m requesting to sir please change my hand set.

For display problem but till date they not solve my problem i am in trubble because of this behaviour of company, and also dont give false information to customers that they received phone from service station in 15 days and please improved your sales after service to customers,

My Micromax Mobile set 290 (Model Code SERMOB0537) Not Repaired by (M/s Vijay Pal Telecom, Near Roorkee Talkies Chowk, Engg. House, Upper House) Customer Care Center, Roorkee. I have Submitted my set on[protected] at Roorkee Centre. But not repaired till date.
It is also informed to that this set is very low quality and has been defected many times (12-14 times) in guaranty period.

Sir, exactly after one year my mobile started draining very fast. At service centre they are saying battery not available. This is conceiled battery . Not available outside. I have spent 18000 on it . how can i get battery

My self Susanta Rout of Sambalpur give my mobile for repairing from 23 Feb 2016 at Sambalpur Micromax repairing centre. But they assured me today and tomorrow Till Now. My jobsheet No. E[protected].

As a customer I am very nervous to get my mobile.

I submitted my mobile in November at Hosur with Job sheet number-[protected]. Now its March end till now i didn't get my mobile from there and even they are able to give me a particular date for the same.

Pathetic word is very small for them. Don't want to use any abusive word but they are completely A***ho*es...

This is a Complaint note for you to follow up asap.
I bought for my mother the model Bolt 321 via Snapdeal in Sep 28th 2015.
Since then till date She has had visited the Kolkata Service centre more than 5 times.
And everytime they find remedy by resetting the phone.
This had made her immensely harassed and she has to download all the apps all over again .
I have used phones with 512 ram before but never had such issues.
Recently, I had installed Google Photos and switched all medias into it to save more internal space.
Again, she had to delete the only single game downloaded via playstore as the phone signalled about deleting due to massive storage issue.
Thenafter, it doesn't allow her to download anything from the play store .
I am very much upset by the perforemance of the model and the the Customer Service follow up.
She has faced enough harrassement recently due to this phone issue and so need to come to a conclusion now.
As still 6 months warranty is pending, I want the Set to be Replaced with a new one, Full Refund or Upgrade a Set with a 1 gb RAM.
The software did not allow me to attached the necessary documents.
On response, I shall send you the same by email.

Guys I would like to update you that i have a micromax mobile terbo a250 mobile, which was 4 months under warranty.

It has occurred some software related problem, So I have submitted it to M/S SATGURU COMMUNICATION Shop No-1, GF, Dharampali Palace, Near Vinayak Hospital, Sector -27, Noida, Noida (Delhi/NCR) . He told me that your phone will repair within 10-15 days, but now its 60 days past and there are no any response i got from service center.

Whenever i tried to call on given number No. ([protected],[protected] no-one picked the calls

Whenever i call to customer care they always said same word that your mobile will repaired 15-20 days. same words i listen on date 15th feb, 22nd feb and 29th feb. i do not know that how many hrs in a day of micromax bcz there no days less when i called customer care.

So This is my humble request to you please help me to get back my mobile back, as soon as possible or provide a replacement mobile till mobile not repaired

Canvas Knight A350, white and gold given to Jabil global pvt limited vatika city point gurgaon) with complaint of charging point. No repair, replaced the phone with same model A350 but black and silver - new phone not charging with its charger. This is frustrating and leading to waste of time and continuing to mental harassment since 4 months.

The performance of the headphone is not good. My headphone is not work properly and the sound is not blow in both speakers. in 5 month speakers are stop working.

Respected sir, our micromax mobile eg111 submit in authorize service station in nagpur (Alraza mobile service center) on 08/12/2015.On first time, service station charge to me 1800 rs for screen and touch repair in under warranty period but they are not sucssess, so i re-submit mobile and make a jobsheet on 08/12/2015.
Till date no anny response on phone of service center, i visit five to tenth or more times but counter staff not gave to me sufficient answer . My mobile in under warranty .They say in under prossess.
Any mobile number of service station not responding, and counter staff behivier is very rudge, i request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

We send many mails and call to customer care but not any response or sufisient answer to me. I realy harassment from micromax. Micromax care not provide any information regarding of replacement.
Please solve my problem and take action against service station for rudge behavior and solve my problem . I am face a problem from last four month.

After three month i received my mobile but in three days i face same problem in mobile.
Mobile screen not repair by service station so i re submit my mobile in service station on 15/03/2016.
Service station gave me anathor jobsheet . We say service station person for made job sheet for replacement.

Service station and customer care not proper guide to me for replacement of my mobile. I realize service station gave to me a normal job sheet. So i request you please iform me and replace my mobile as soon as possible. And take action agains rudge behavior of service station person.

We realy tired by micromax informatics ltd., please put the request for replace my mobile as soon as possible.

(I want to replacement of my micromax mobile model eg111, because, i face problem from last four month and my product is in under waranty, i submit my mobile four times in service station in waranty period, so i want replacemen.)
