I had purchased the above mentioned Phone on 04-Apr-2015. Within 6 months of its purchase it started giving the charging problems and was not getting properly charged. I contacted the authorised Micromax center (Shri Laxmi Enterprises, G-1/3, 1st floor, Main Najafgarh Rd, Metro Pillar No. 673, Uttam Nagar, ND 110059), who, inspite of the fact that the phone was under warranty, charged Rs. 970 for its repair, stating that the Charging Pin doesn't come under warranty. Copy of the Service Invoice is enclosed. But again (within 5 months of repair), the phone is showing the same problem of not getting charged. On contacting the ASC again, we are informed that it will again cost us Rs 970, as there is no warranty for any repair work.
Now please guide me whether the behaviour, treatment and the charges of the ASC are correct or should I make a further complaint in some other Forum.
