My mobile is in micromax service center since 2 months. and they says that company has not sent the parts. the part is inbuilt battery. Everytime i goes to service center they says came after 4 days.

    Hello Team,

    Because of some problem with my micromax smart phone, have submitted this to micromax customer care jajpur road, Odisha branch . I have submitted this on 27th January 2016 but not getting any response from them till now . Each time they are saying till will take 10 more days and all . its been 12 time i went to the CC office and more then 15 times called them but still same problem . They are not even responding to my queries .
    I also try to submit complain through there website but not accepting complain showing server problem error .

    I want us to take this email in high priority and acknowledge .

      I have purchsed mobile from Ganpati Mobile -Lucknow on[protected]

      micromax Q324 3G serial [protected]

      MOBILE battery are not working /headset . I have already compalint at ashiana service lucknow . But he has not given response . He has said to me u submit this handset for 10-15 days . if battery & headset will come . I inform to you .
      If company can not provide service . why is making this type of mobile .

      kindly replace my mobile . I am suffering in proplem till 16.09.2015

        I really dissatisfied with micromax a 300 set. I bought the phone oct 2014. When i use the set heating pbm occures, they return the set and fresh mobile given, i bought A 300 only the reason features was excellent. Touch pbm arised when warrnty is going to end, suddenly submited in service center it takes 3 weeks to resolve the issue. I thought all pbms resolved .Now the touch pbm arised again . 2 nd time happening within 6 months. Now there is no warranty. I dont know what to do. I am realy sure i will not take any micromax product in my life nor suggest to any freind. I want to resolve the issue with my handset consider this as my complaint and do needfull

          Sir/mam, it is my 3 rd time mail to micromax provider. Today they called me to make a deal with me, they told me my canvas express 2 which was damaged from service centr (Naihati) can't be ok in previous condition. So they r offring me a canvas selfie.

          I dnt want this phone. I need my canvas express 2 back in preivious well condition. Do something plz. It wasn't expectd from micromax. Job sheet no. E[protected] .               Dear consumer complaint team,
              my self akash chaudhary i buy a brand new micomax mobile but within just one month i got problem in my head set as per the company committed they will resolve the issue
              so i visit a micromax store in main puri and meet there executive and manager they took a mobile and committed that they will resolve this issue with in 15 days but after 45 days i didn't got any kind of response from there officer whenever i visit there or call they always said two days more
              due to this kind of behavior i am frustrated and i have no option to do against this company like this you can not run the company

                I bought Micromax X-710 (Micromax – X710 – [protected]) mobile on 15th January 2016. Within 2 months Mic is not working properly. I approached your Authorized service Center at Kandanchavadai-Chennai-96. They told me to handover my Phone for next 10 days to change the Mic, because spares stock is not available.

                After discussing with the executive (executive name - Nirmala) I have requested them to inform me once they received the spare. But they insisting me to hand over the phone for next 10 days, if not they request me to go for any other service center to recover this mic.

                On above I have a doubt it’s that service center needs a Customer phones to raise a Spare Request?

                I kindly request you to look on this issue and do the needful.

                Still now I have not yet received any proper reply from there.

                My Doubit: it’s that service center needs a Customer phones (more than 14 days) to raise a Spare Request?

                If the Customer handover the phone to service center for changing repair spare parts for more than 2 weeks, then customer lost lot. Is this your procedure?

                I kindly request you to look on this issue and do the needful.

                Please let me know for the further steps to recover my phone mic.

                I want to know the status of the Job sheet for requesting Spare.

                  After complaining against micromax service cntr they had called me on 11.03.2016 from their head office. this is the number ([protected]) and they told me to wait for a day. now 3/4 days gone but no response from them. and I didn't get any call from their head office. now I need my phnone back with the proper and right condition. so, I can't wait now. I wanna highlight this "my phone was damaged by your service centr guys. it was for softwer update and they made my phone damaged. and 12 days gone I didn"t get my phone back."

                        I had purchased the above mentioned Phone on 04-Apr-2015. Within 6 months of its purchase it started giving the charging problems and was not getting properly charged. I contacted the authorised Micromax center (Shri Laxmi Enterprises, G-1/3, 1st floor, Main Najafgarh Rd, Metro Pillar No. 673, Uttam Nagar, ND 110059), who, inspite of the fact that the phone was under warranty, charged Rs. 970 for its repair, stating that the Charging Pin doesn't come under warranty. Copy of the Service Invoice is enclosed. But again (within 5 months of repair), the phone is showing the same problem of not getting charged. On contacting the ASC again, we are informed that it will again cost us Rs 970, as there is no warranty for any repair work.

                        Now please guide me whether the behaviour, treatment and the charges of the ASC are correct or should I make a further complaint in some other Forum.

                          I submitted my phone Micromax A311 for service center On jan-2016 which is in Pune, Chinchwad, Mobile in warranty. It almost two month over still i have not receive any call or feedback from company. Every time they said mobile is in under process, it will reach to you in 20 days. I dont what research are they doing on my mobile.
                          I think its my fault to believe on this this brand and purchase it.

                          how many time i have to submit my concern its almost 10-15 times i have submitted.
                          But as usual no respond. Its my request to you people dont play with customers.
                          Useless service by your company.
                          Its an request to all Dont buy Micromax Mobile...Very Very poor service.

                          This company dont have any policy for customer satisfaction.

                            My Handset A311 given to resolve some problem at 20th January 2016. The Customer care executive told me that my handset will get back from company within 25-40 days.
                            But now, there are 55 days passed on and still they are telling me to wait for 21 days.
                            Yes many people are suffering from the same problem . I think they are making fool of customers like this .

                              Till Today I am waiting for my phone to be replace and deliver it to me. But they are again asking for 21 days for replacement as it's a work of just maximum 1 day to replace it.

                              They have taken money 2 months ago and now they are frustrating me. I have deposited my damaged handset to there service center on 17 Feburary.

                                This incident took place on[protected], my phone, after changing my sim card, which is just two months old start asking for privacy protection unlock password to unlock, i took it to the authorized micromax service center at E-3, kalkaji, new delhi-19, but they said that this phone will require the change of mother board and i have to pay the money i.e., rs.3250 even when it is in the warranty period, they said that this is the user's fault . Kindly tell me is changing the sim only is the user's fault? and how this problem can be solved asap.

                                        Sir can you please tell me this is realy acceptable for any customer.
                                        Sir I need your help to sort out this matter because now they are not giving response to me correctly.
