        Dear sir, last 48 days my cell is under repaire in micromax services centre. They had told me that your cell phone will be repaire within maximum 25 days.But sir now it is 48 days more but no response from services centre regarding my phone status, when i call from my cell phone micromax customer care no not reachable and when i called from another cell its reachable easily, .
        I called up from customer care they told me that now it will take more 25 days to repaire my cell.
        So it will be 48days +25 days = 73 days almost to take repaire.
        Sir can you please tell me this is realy acceptable for any customer.
        Sir i need your help to sort out this matter because now they are not giving response to me correctly.

        Please look into the matter..Please help me .

          Respected sir,
          I purchased a micromax mobile model q338(Worth rs.6600.00) from mangalam, dibrugarh-1 on 18/12/2015. But it give problem so i placed it at micromax authorised service center ([protected]@ajmera.com, dibrugarh) on29/01/2016) then they said it has software problem so they updated the software and the mobile returned back to me same day at evening. On 02/02/2016 it give another problem so i placed it again in same servicing center, in this time they said it has hardware problem and its motherboard will be change so we will submitte the requirement of motherboard to micromax company through email. They also said to me for this process it take 10 to 15 days but they returned the mobile on 24/02/2016, when i received the mobile i request them to show me the defective motherboard then they refused to show me even they refused to give any proof of replacement of the motherboard. After two days my mobile gave same problem. Again i placed it in the same servicing center in this time they said to me that your mobile have no problem your sim card is defective so you contact with your sim service provider. Then i insert two different service provider's new sim in front of them in that mobile then the both sim show same problem. After all they harasse me continuously. At last on 05/03/2016 they told me over telephone that we discussed with micromax company your mobile has manufacturer defect so the company will launch a new software in next few days then the company will send the software to us then we will update your mobile and your mobile will be ok. Still my mobile is on servicing center.
          So i kindly request you to give me a good solution which save my rs. 6600.00 and take necessary action for their harassment.

            I purchased a micromax mobile (Model q338, worth rs. 6600/-) from mangalam, dibrugarg-1, assam on 18/12/2015. Again it give another problem on 02/0 2/2016 .So, for second time i placed it on same servicing center. In this time they took 22 days to repair my mobile and they returned back my mobile on 24/02/2016. Again on 29/02/2016 it give same problem so i placed it in the same servicing center but my mobile is still in servicing center. The authorised person of that servicing center cannot give me any satisfactory answer . They only said to me to discuss with company through mobile on their tollfree no.

                From day one I was facing the peoblem in micromax yureka phone and several time discuss to customer care executive and after suffering lot submitted the phone to authorized service center for repair/replacement to Gurgaon Shree Sai Telecom on dated 15 Feb 2016 and despite passing one month and repeadetly follow-up havent received back the phone.

                Everytime call or visit they say that phone sent to company and waiting for return. This phone is in warranty period and still company behaving irritatingly and not giving back the phone.

                  I purchased model A107 in July 2015 and now its touch panel not working.I have submitted mobile to service center on 4th march, and i was informed that mobile will get repaired after 15 days.For replacing or repairing touch panel whether 15 days required ?? and if so why?

                  I'm working lady, how one can remain without mobile for 15 days, I'm unable to receive important messages.

                  Please solve the matter as early as possible or provide me replacement for the same till then.
                  I hope you will look into the matter seriously and revert back.

                    Sir i have purchased micromax canvas spark q380 on 09/11/2015 after november i started getting problem in my phone i have given 4 times on service in just 3 months but they are not ready to replace. i did not even used the handset for 1 month within 4-5 days its giving problem company taking 14 days time to repair every month going to repair

                        I have bought the handset micromax A102 on 6th December, 2014. The display was not working from month of November, 2015. I have submitted the handset in Jagubajar service center, kolkata. The matter was supervised by Bipin Agarwal of your team. No hard copy of my job id I had received as he told me if I have any query I should contact him. It is 3 months gone I do not get my phone back. I have asked him over phone many times how much time should I wait. From the very first day I got same answer that it should not be more than 15 days. Nearly 1 month ago from one another member of your company called me and told me to wait for 10-15 days more. I repeatedly trying to contact Bipin Agarwal but no answer came from that side. I do not have any other contact where should I ask for. I am not at all satisfied with this kind of service. Please suggest me what should I do now. My phone is in your head office for more than 3 months (as your company mentioned). Is it really possible? How much time should I wait to get back the phone? Waiting for your reply..

                        Your replacement is good enough.. But if You did the same before my complaint then it should be appreciable. I expect that I should not face the same problem in future..

                            Purchased A 093 mobile in Sept 2015. Immediately after using it was giving hanging while receiving, calling and could not switch off. It was reported to local micromax service centre. They said soft ware upgradation required and did the same and returned. Despite doing that it was again giving same problem.
                            two three times it was reported to local micromax service centre, but not given any remedy. Immediately on 7.1.2016 it was again reported to local service centre of micromax and they gave job sheet and said they would be sending the hand set to their head office and advised us to enquire them after 45 days. I have personally went the service centre on the 47th day and again they hand over the hand set and they themselves tested with the sim. but despite using the sim it was not working and hence they advised to come after a week. I went to the local micromax service centre to enquire about the hand set. They immediately gave the hand set and inserted my sim as well their sim. both sim was not working. later they indicated that
                            in that hand set there was no imei base hence they said they are sending once again to their head office for which they gave another job sheets. (both the jo sheet nos are : 1.S[protected] DT 12.01.2016 2.S[protected] DT 07.03.2016. In between dates i called their head office but they said they will refer and revert and asked to contact their local service centre. I reiterated and told them that they should put in bold letter stating that "I NEED ONLY REPLACEMENT AND I DONT WANT THE ROTTEN PIECE" I also told them to record my voice. But yesterday when i contacted they indicated that there was no mention about replacement which is not true. Just they want to evade. After purchase of new mobile 150 day, more than 75 days are in their head office only. But no action has been taken.
                            Hence you may treat this as my humble request to replace and give a new mobile towards replacement of my A 093 mobile.

                                My mobile had some charging problem. I have given submitted my mobile on 25.01.2016 to The Mobile Care (Delhi) Vikas Marg Service Center for repair. It was under warranty period.

                                Today, even after 45 days they are not ready to return it back. Every time I contact them, they demand more time to repair. I do not what kind of this after sale service is? they took 45 days and still the mobile is with them.

                                I got a call last week from Micromax number[protected]. One Sudha was calling and asking for model of my handset. Voice was not clear. I tried to answer but call disconnected. After I did not get any call from Micromax.

                                Today is 78th day and my handset is still with Micromax Service Center, vikas marg.

                                  I would like to bring your kind attention that my phone battery not properly charge
                                  when I was changing my phone get 100% charge but phone was few second switch off,
                                  So that I summited micromax service center in dated on[protected] he said battery was
                                  swelled and maximum 2 week time to phone battery issue resolved, I have face many
                                  problem because I have no other phone to use my no. I was painfully shocked with mictomx services, till I have not received response from service center So you are requested to sir
                                  please do the correctively action and fast processing to update the new battery

                                      Micromax canvas spark q380 is a good phone but its some problem some people is not lik this ...mera pas micro..^ ph hai jisma kuch dino sa network ic nd body ma problm a rhe hai care wala phone ko thek nhe karta bolta hai ke onlin bill lakr aao jabke shop wala ka pas uska systum ma onlin bill nhe mila ..plz mera phone abhe 6 month warenty ma hai so plz muja apna phone thek karvana hai plz help, nhe to mai court case krunga
