Respected sir, i'm facing a huge problem with micromax service centr. on 04.03.2016 i wanna update my micromax canvas express 2 (E313) from micromax service cntr. (naihati, west Bengal). they told me to wait for 1 hour nd they will update my phn to lollipop.. aftr few hours i was there and found my phone with fully dead condition. they told me itz a normal problem with this device. then i submitd this phone nd still waiting for getting back my phone. but didnt get any response from the srvce cntr. my job sheet no. E[protected].
** my phone hadn't any problem
** this fault was happing with those guys in service cntr..

now sir/madam i'm requesting you plz do something and help me. i m in a totally insecure position. and i hv 2 say u my phone was only 6 months old.. i hv lost my all of important documents in the phone. plz help me to get my phone back.

    I purchased a micromax a350 smartphone last year and on 19th december 2015 i submitted the phone at secunderabad micromax care service center. I was told i will be getting the replacement for my smartphone within 30 days and i got the phone After Approximately 70 Days and the phone i got was not new and was just another phone which had issues, the speaker wasnt working and the phone was rebooting etc. so basically after 70 days i get a phone which is worse than the phone i gave to the company.

    now i have submitted the phone again to micromax care service center, secunderabad. i am told i will get another replacement. i am pissed off with the service and their employees, .

    I purchased the phone in 2015 for 19, 500 Rupees and this is what i get???

    This is how a company sells their product?
    I want full refund!!

      During the month of February 2016 our TV set suddenly stopped working, after which we filed a complaint with the customer care. On 29th February, 2016, a person from Micromax Excel Agency came to check our TV. He took 550 as visiting charges and said our mother board is damaged. After which, on 10th March, he visited our home to replace the so-called defective motherboard. He is now refusing to give us a pakka bill because we have refused to return the damaged part. The damaged part which is our entitled property since we are paying in full for the new part. He is threatening us to remove the new part he has installed and is also asking for an additional amount to give us a bill without taking along the old damaged component. Kindly look into the matter.

          Sir i had brought the Bolt AD4500, but it has many problems till i brought it. Micromax care bilaspur has give me only dates to resolve the problems. But they do nothing. it has 5months left of warranty but my smatrfone is still in very bad operating condition, its touch does not working well from the date when i brought it. i had sent it many time to ur service centers but no responce. so plz tell me what can i do now. plz contact me as soon as possible. i have all Job sheets of your service centers. they erasing me. now i have ony one choice. that is Consumer form. if you does not help me soon then i will fire a case in the court against micromax.

            i gave my micromax mobile for repairing to service center of micromax before 1 month ago.the address of service center is:M/S The Mobile Care(Delhi) B-36 Guru Nank Pura opp.V3S Mall Near Maharaja bequett Hall Laxmi Nagar, Delhi pin-110092...they are not give a positive response when i go to receive my mobile.. so plz help me..These people are such a liar and extend the mobile delivery date and generate new jobsheet...they are not fully solved my mobile functionality and hardware problem that was occurred ...so what are doing the Micromax engineer..they providing third class services to his customers..and not fully solved the problem.and i aslo want to know which date my mobile will be ready to use.sir plz help me and take the action against micromax service centers.

                    I purchased micromax canvas express 2 mobile on 22/01/2016.But its not working proparly and battery also giving only 2 to 3 Hours back up[But the given 9.5Hours.For that i went to micromax service in bangalore on same month[30/01/2016 center and they taken for servicing but not yet they not given my mobile.If i call to service centre they are telling another 20days and 10 days like that.
                    And i also called somany times to

                      I purchased micromax mobile in Bangalore last month, for that back up issue is there ..
                      Once i charge fully it is not coming even for 5-Hours, while purchasing its self it is behaving like that,
                      for that i went to service center and i submitted in Bangalore[Damaged product they given]. They told me it will take 20 days for servicing my mobile.
                      40-days already over i dint get any feed back and if i call they are telling it will take another 20days.

                        My micromax handset, E 311, still under warranty given at service center in Moradabad for software upgrade on 28/1/16.

                        On following up several times service center is not giving any information / reply / comment on the status of handset . Its been over a month, and im afraid the phone will run out of warranty .
                        1 month and 10 days later they r offering me a replacement of inferior model A 255 which I do not want .. Either refund my money or give me a better model.
                        Add to this rude customer care executive.

                        Its a shame, that the PM is promoting Made in India.. And poor citizens are fdlling prey to the trap of Micromax.

                            I bought micromax eg111 mobile on 01/01/2016 in ebay and at first attempt itself its sim card slot(Gsm) not worked and i returned the product as per advice by ebay seller.And i was promptly replaced new sealed handset by ebay.I got it on 17/01/2016 and i was using it without sim cards for nearly 2 weeks to get the menus familiar.Then i started using the mobile with sim cards.I havent used it for 15 days even.I got error message as no sim card while i was using internet in mobile(Cdma).I switched off/on the phone but same condition i observed.So took it to service centre at tambaram(Mobi tech, no 29, 1 st floor, gst road, kadaperi, tambaram, chennai-600045, job sheet number- s[protected][protected] or s[protected][protected].)they inspected and said cdma sim card slot damaged and needs replacement and for that i should pay inr 650.The incharge of service centre claim as mishandled, when changing sim card.I asked them why i should i pay when the handset is not even one month old? Why should i pay when there is no physical external damage by handset dropout on floor or liquid entry on phone, which is not normally covered in warranty.I willnt accept the service centre claim as it was broken by me.Please note i am an electronics engineer by profession in the hindu english daily and also handling lots of pcbs at my professional work which costs in lakhs.So no need to say that i wil take extra care on handling electronic parts.How can they shift the blame on me when the product has poor quality material that too same problem in both new handsets also.Does not it enough to prove this model has sim card slots problem?Please instruct them to repair it free of cost, since there is no external damage on using the phone.As per customer care advice,
                            My visit to m/socean care, velachery, chennai-600042, today(17/02/2016) proved the cost as inr7000.
                            On 01/03/2016, as per customer care advice, i handed over the handset to the third service centre (Mobi vision, no-61, kodambakkm high road, t.Nagar, chennai-17)and got the job sheet (Scanned doc attached).Now they also say inr550 chargeable as sim card tray will not come under warranty?
                            Then what else comes under warranty?No liquid entry allowed, no physical external damaged allowed, then internal parts also not covered, then what warranty means to micromax?
                            I would like to get a brand new replacement of handset or else, the defective part be replaced by micromax at their cost for my current handset.
                            My first handset( imei-[protected]) i received had the same problem and i reported it to ebay seller and he promptly replaced it. This second handset( imei-[protected]) also face the same problem.They both belong
                            To same batch of manufacturing, so i suspect the batch products all made with defective material.
                            Now i insist micro max either change handset or change the defective part without charging to me since both handsets having the same defective parts, its nothing to do with mishandling as claimed by service centre.
                            Ther are so many calls coming from micro max saying escalte to higher level since 02/03/2016, 05/03/2016 and again on 07/03/2016 and dont know how many to get yet.
                            So i am not at all satisfied with this, i want to escalate this with top most authority of customer relations at micromax and resolve the problem.
                            Note-the handset is ready on 04/03/2016 as called thrice by service centre, but i am waiting from micromax call confirming me and service centre of non chargeable basis to me.

                                I bought a micromax X1800 phone from ebay and after 15 days of the delivery I started using it so the return period was over no option for return found...I faced a charging problem with that handset so I take that to service center…0n 13th January 2016….after a month they called me on 27th February 2016 and they give me a new piece luckily I just opened it and checked it that new set also having the same charging problem. The manager of the service center again take back the handset now I am waiting for my handset …I think it will again take 1 month to manufacture a new piece by micromax …but my only prayer is that at least this time micromax may can manufacture a handset without any problems. The quality checking is done by fools of the micromax new handset again and again manufacturing with defects such a horrible experience ….i humble request to everyone is please don’t buy any micromax mobiles whether smartphone or a basic model ….please don’t buy any micromax products …you have to wait until death to get it back from the micromax service center …

                                  I raised a request for wall mounting of my tv on Sunday. I was told that in 48 hours it will be done. Till now no one has visited my home for installation. I called thrice to your helpline number and they gave me a contact number [protected] which belongs to Omkar Murthy. When I called him he gave me another number [protected] and that number is switched off. How mny more calls do I need to make. Will they or will they not do the installation.

                                  Please note that if the installation is not done today then I will have to start putting this is blogging sites, social networking sites and then finally put it in local media.

                                  Act fast and sharp before its too late.

                                      Help desk team can not able to solve this query. Cellphone has already given to Micromax service center.
                                      Still service center has not received the parts from company.If you can not able to parts to service center on time, why are micromax still continue this products? It should be discontinue.

                                        After that on 06 jan 2016 again service centre personnel says that you have to submitted again and again it despatch to company because mobile phone having same problems.
                                        Today After 2 months also service centre personnel says that your mobile phone received without repaired from company...
                                        What is this...

                                        Sir, i received my phone today on 22 mar 2016 after 4 months (submitted on 26 Nov 2016). When i insert sim cards, it do not detect sim in one slot and in second slot it detect sim but data service not connected in this. And now my phone warranty has expired.
                                        Please do something..
                                        Or tell me what i do..
